For the last 10 years anytime I needed body work done spoils bring it to them. I been working with Luke and for the first time was disappointed with the service I received. I dropped off my vehicle on 9/20/21 and to be fair there was delays with the parts and materials being on back order. Some initiatives were taken to get some of those parts in sooner then later; which I was happy with. Luke was friendly however his communication was so bad that it was unprofessional. He was vague, didn’t follow up when he said he would, and would say anything he thought you wanted to hear. I had communicated multiple times that I was coordinating the day that the work that was being done with a pickup date to have the vehicle transported to another state but could never get a straight answers from him. He told me that the vehicle would be ready for pickup on midday Friday so I scheduled my nephew to pick the vehicle up for the emissions testing and the transport company to pick up at 5pm from my home. Since I hadn’t heard from him so I called to ask what time the my vehicle would be ready and he was all over the place. I told him what the plan was for the vehicle and he said will it won’t be ready until after 4pm so that will not be done…not sure why he just didn’t say that??? He also said that he was doing paper work and that he would call me with the balance owed….Still waiting at 3:24pm and he gets off at 3:30pm
I liked that I was able to drop the car off. I was able to take the courtesy shuttle to the Starbucks and do a little sightseeing once I was done with my coffee. What I didnt like is that the garage manager didnt know exactly why I was bringing the car in. He wanted to charge me almost $100 more then what I was quoted by Heather who made the appointment with me. A suggestion to the secretaries write down why the person is bringing in their car so that there is no confusion for the next time. But otherwise everything else was fine. Im always happy to bring the car for service because everybody is always very nice
The experience at Andrew Chevrolet was terrible, they did not fix my truck the right way the first time. I had to go back, and when I did they tried putting me in a dirty loaner car of theirs. My truck was a rush job, it was not put back together correctly. I had to go back a 3rd time and it still wasnt right. I wish I could of went somewhere else, but the warrant is only good with them or I would have. I would not recommend this shop to no one they are terrible and bad business. I even had to call my insurance company because my truck was at thier shop for over 2 weeks. I went back and forth with them. Employee Luke did not want to do his job I had to do it for him in order for my truck to get work on. I will never go back there again to get anything else fixed on. Ill take my business elsewhere.
This dealership is amazing! They took good care of me and my vehicle. My transmission blew about 5 miles outside of Milwaukee. I am from Michigan. We were on our way to the Bucks parade. Still got to see the parade. Everyone here is kind and welcoming and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

The whole process took too long. Our fault we didnt look at the contract close enough, we were not given the internet price, convinced us to add additional options etc... Looking through papers they gave us a week later, we dont have anything except purchase contract; we signed our life away. Get notice from finance company of what our loan amount blew my mind. It was never disclosed to us what the loan amout was payment was suppose to be $100.00 less. Unsatisfied and do not recommend.

Have to say one of the most frustrating experiences Ive had in a long time. Clear cut bait and switch moment as well, witnessed another salesman yell at a customer and beyond surprised the police didnt get called.As we all know there is a car shortage and dealers can do whatever they want.Luckily I thought I found a black, base model, silverado 1500 custom for under 40k. Confirmed online with Kacey that it is in stock AND AVAILABLE.Drive to the store, pull in and recieve a call saying unfortunately that cars been sold... but the salesman I was working with pulled up the next level trim, and said this is very close in price and better features.Already livid but not showing it I entertain the thought of the BAIT AND SWITCH and test drive the car. Get told all the cool new stuff, comes with onstar.Informed my salesman my budget and where Id like to be with the very low end accessories and got to look at some rough numbers.Find out a few things. On star isnt included, its an extra $1,266! Then they also wanted to add their, Andrew Shield for an extra $895! When I saw that I asked the salesman whys that there? You said it was included and that if I have to pay for it I dont need it.Needless to say the sales manager strolled over, didnt even shake my hand and sarcastically apologized for the outburst of the employee and customer yelling at one another. Then I bring up the costs and tried to negotiate. Basically was told take it or beat it. They will be raising prices next month even higher.Hands down the worst experience ever. Has me even thinking about not going with chevy all together. Definitely going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I came to Andrew Chevrolet, do to an accident.My SUV was there in the auto body department for over two months.Finally I was able to come and get my SUV.It had extra scratches and dings on it not including the accident. I felt they treated me different because I didnt buy the SUV from them, by it being a Chevrolet I figured why would they treat me any different. . They did not wash itin or out., but call me to comepick it up. I call to talk to the manager left a message never got a return phone call. So now Im really feeling some type of way.Will not give them my business anymore

Had an appointment to get a fluid and filter change and a tire rotation and assess how much it would cost to repair my leaky fuel line. Pulled in and got out of my truck and talked to a guy who’s name I forgot to ask. As the power was still out at my house I understood that the power might be out when I got there as well and it was. Either way I would’ve had to reschedule but the man I spoke to referred to my truck as “what’s left of it” and told me the truck stinks and I should get it out of here and recommended getting a new truck. Never have I been so rude to a customer.

I was satisfied my oil change went so quickly, but when I returned to my car, there was greasy residue left on the door handles, steering wheel and shifter. Given the recent pandemic, I would hope that your cleaning protocols would involve at least wiping down high touched surfaces in customer cars before returning them to the customer.Edit: after posting this review I was promptly called by Neal at Andrew Chevrolet who offered to clean my car if I brought it back in and give me my next service free. My salesperson and the service team made sure I was completely satisfied with the used car I purchased from them. It needed several repairs within the first 3 weeks after I purchased it and they took care of each issue for me. I really appreciate the fact that excellent customer service came first for them.
I just purchased an automobile from Andrew Chevrolet and definitely got 5 star service. From the first contact they were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I was helped through the process by Lucas Musil who was fantastic and kept me up to date on all pertinent matters including the shipping to my residence out of state. I would highly recommend this establishment .
Sadly, we got taken advantage of while buying a new car here. The people were nice, the service was fine, but after sitting for 3 hours while buying a car, our patience was wearing thin and we accepted a deal that we shouldnt have. The cost of the car was fine, but the offer for the trade in was insulting. That alone should have made us stand up and leave. For whatever reason, we didnt, and the dealer had already worn us out. These people are professionals after all, theyre better at this than you are.My justification for the one star review is that buying a car shouldnt take 4 hours. I shouldnt fear being played while buying a car, and I shouldnt regret it afterwords. I wish I could be excited about the car, but all I see is regret and shame for getting ripped off.My advice to all is do your research, set a timer, and dont be afraid to walk out when youre not getting what you want.

My Tahoe needs a new transmission so my car may not be of any use to me any longer. I was informed I needed to do a transmission flush according to the manufactures manual. This is information that should be provided on a routine bases such as oil changes. The service with Chevrolet has cause a poor experience for me and my family and we will not purchase another Chevrolet.
Everyone in this dealership is super friendly, you’ll feel really welcomed by everyone as soon as you walk in. Me personally, I worked with Lucas. He’s the best! It made my experience really easy and great. He has great energy and he makes sure you leave with something you really want as long as you’re comfortable with it. It’s sooooo much I could say about Lucas but long story short, if you’re car shopping come here and ask for Lucas M. He’s great. Out of 5 stars I’ll give him 15. He’s great and super friendly.
Came here to downsize from my current vehicle to a different, used vehicle for personal and financial reasons. Discussions about the vehicle in question were great, test drive experience was good, and salesperson was very pleasant. Unfortunately, when it came time to work out a deal and I was given no opportunity to work something out. I was then given one offer on trade in value originally and then had a last minute caveat of a lesser value because a different person was appraising it the second time I went in to finalize a deal. Not only did they short change the amount significantly for no reason other than a different appraiser, I was given no opportunity to speak to management or escalate my concerns on working something out. Its not my fault that they had different appraisers with different knowledge on the vehicle, but I dont appreciate being told one thing and then told another. Im not sure how me trading in a vehicle worth more than the used vehicle in question without room for discussion on making a deal makes much business sense. Im guessing because Im younger and seen as less car savvy, Im perceived as more of a sucker and not given opportunity to discuss making something work.
Went to Andrews for a diagnostic test on my heater/ air. My truck was over heating and loosing antifreeze. Come to find out I needed a new thermostat. They were friendly at the service area did great work. I received my truck back and was a little disappointed that I didnt receive a courtesy car wash. I was told you have to ask for a wash with your service? Since when I remember when the dealership did it on all services. Im just saying 🤷. But other than that I was pleased!

My sales person got me in fast and out. I am sorry I did not get his name. He takes care of me every time I come too. He is great. Maybe look on my sales receipt for his name. I looked it says advisor. Not sure if that means the person that did my oil change or the gentleman that took me in.
Friendliness, fast, being inform and explaining and keeping us with updates while we wait, I miss the popcorn and cookies the drinks, but it was wonderful to see sergery and served by sergery.

Had a KBB instant cash offer on my vehicle. They reached out to me and told me they could beat the offer. When I got there I was met by a salesman who didnt seem interested and tried to offer a matched trade in value instead of a cash offer. Happily took my business to Heiser Chevrolet which beat the KBB instant cash offer by $2500+.

Sadly we were taken advantage of while purchasing a vehicle here last week. It was late and the store was already closed and we had our kids with us so patience was thin. We were charged with Onstar that we did not want yet ALL service members at this place seemed to make it sound like it was complimentary for 3 months (instead of the $1300 that was in our contract). NEVER did ANYONE at this shop review this with us and explain the cost. I understand this is now our issue that we signed the paperwork (yes the one with ALL the other numbers and we just missed this). The only time a person said OnSTAR to us was to tell us that we needed to call (AFTER we purchased our car) to get it set up (which we thought great its still free for 3 months). We even had the salesman tell us they throw the cost in there to make the extra money when we called to complain about it as cars are selling fast. Would NOT recommend going here as they will take every advantage of you that they can. Oh and to mention one more thing..on our way home a service light came in on the car and we already have to take it in to get fixed. Unbelievable for a brand new car!

I worked with Laura, who was just great. Personable, knowledgeable, and attentive.We worked with Alex for signing our documents and he was patient and knowledgeable in answering our questions regarding how the final price was reached.My major concern was with the overall laxity with mask wearing by the staff. While there were 2 people (Laura included) who consistently had their masks on appropriately, the remainder of the staff had either no mask or masks below their nose or mouths. This was really disheartening, since the vast majority of the people visiting the dealership would be doing so for an extended period of time (as purchasing a new vehicle or coming in for repairs/servicing typically takes hours), putting them at increased risk of covid exposure.Many consumers take this very seriously, and if I hadnt needed a new vehicle more urgently, I would have left the dealership without buying a car. There is nothing to lose by having staff wear masks appropriately, and much to lose by inappropriate mask wearing (sales, as well as the health of your staff and customers).

There are some slimy things going on with pricing at this dealership. Cars are OVER Priced! You can not get Straight answers from the sales department. Found a vehicle we liked but walking way from it. Found same vehicle in another state for $3000 cheaper. The sales staff said their prices are market driven. Well guess you want to sit on the vehicle longer and loose $$. Will NEVER go back there and will be warning people away from going there. I am so surprised they would operate like this with people now looking closer at reviews on Social Media.

Neil the service manager did an awesome deed for me. Went above and beyond. So much so I was in tears. But joyous tears. Love the staff period.
I generally expect to pay a bit more for parts and labor at a dealer, but one charge on my bill seemed a bit excessive. I was charged $45 for an item (cabin filter) that retails for $10 and then labor to install on top of that. I feel abused and unless Andrew can justify this exorbitant markup I feel compelled to take my business elsewhere and encourage my acquaintances to do the same.

Appointment scheduling was a breeze. Joel my service coordinator was excellent as always. Only thing I would ask is that the temporary protective floor coverings be removed and discarded before customer pick up. Other than that, I will be back.
It was good but the payments for the blue trax could have been a little lower.but othet wise every thing else was ok.

Not happy with retrieval of my car. They called at 10am saying it was ready. I got there at 11am. I did not get my car for 15 more minutes after paying. When they finally brought it out it was still covered in ice. Half the front windows and all of back window I could not see out of. I start to drive and have to stop cause my *check tire pressure was on. Tires were really bad. One was only 22. Why they didnt do something about this before giving me back my car is carelessness
I thought the arrival personnel were very friendly and helpful. The payment receiving staff was very cold and rigid. Not very assuring or gracious to receive my payment. I had an oil change completed per dealership/manufacturer recommendation. My air pressure was not checked. I thought that this would be a routine check because it is a safety issue.I was disappointed
Came in for a routine oil change and a in cab filter i specifically said in cab filter only they ended up charging me for a air filter and a in cab filter I change the engine air filter myself the mourning of my appointment I was charged for something I didnt need not a happy customer
Stopped in there because I saw a truck in the lot that I was very interested in. Im not sure why, but it took 5 minutes to even get noticed. This is a 60,000 truck, didnt feel at all that there was any interest in trying to make a deal. By the end of the day I felt insulted and extremely frustrated. Not sure how they sell anything.
