Ive spent a small fortune at Sallys, I stumbled across Victorias and wow! Its huge, prices are so good, like 60-70% cheaper for the same products that Sallys sells. They have a huge selection of hair extensions and wigs etc among tons of other items, all at phenomenal prices!The only downside is its not in the best location (not too bad though) but Im sure the cheaper overhead helps keep prices low! Great store!

Why on earth do we have a store like this in the black community.First time im walking into this store and they already are treating all the customers as thieves.Pathic customer service.Will never recommend this store to anyone.Better off shopping online at a black owned business.!!!Do better!!

One of the best hair stores in Milwaukee they doing their thing, allowing people who have waited so long to do curbside pick-ups and thats why they received a five star and the hair I purchased is one of the best qualities in hair Ive purchased in Milwaukee.

Asked to purchase gloves at the door for 50¢, or I could not enter. There is no purpose for wearing gloves in a store when the customer will be walking around touching everything. It defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. Washing your hands after leaving or even using hand sanitizer is the wiser thing to do. Making extra money too. Smh. Taking business elsewhere.

They have everything you could think of or need in a beauty store. The prices are to beat! The Well T18 toner that I went there looking for retails at Sally beautys for $6+ and I got it here for $3.99! 30 developer was also a fraction of the price compared to Sally Beauty. They have clothing, jewelry, hair care, hair extensions and makeup this place is a one stop shop. Will be coming here for all of my beauty needs.

This just became my favorite beauty supply store. Great selection of wigs, contacts and other little things they had there. Really good prices too on the wigs. I came all the way from Racine to go here. All of the workers are nice and act like they genuinely care. Most beauty supply stores that Ive been to made me feel like Im being watched and borderline harassed. It should be the standard for all customer service places but go figure. This experience was great.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!!!! I have shopped there about 2 times. This will be my LAST. I come in there and the Asian woman owner I believe stops what she’s doing and comes over to where I am. Blatantly pretends to straighten up things implying that I’m going to steal! I had only been in there for less than a minute. And there were other shoppers at the time as well. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. It was so disrespectful. I only come there because of the convenient location. Looks like I’ll travel further to the normal stores instead.

BUYER BEWARE!! Bought something from their store and was not able to use it. Came to return it later that same and was told, after the fact, that I could only receive store credit. I, then, purchased about a dollar more than my original purchase to use the credit and was denied the use of my card because the purchase was below $5. Which would ultimately mean I would have to spend more since I didnt have any cash. They have zero communication skills and know exactly what theyre doing. I will never purchase anything from this store again because of this experience. So disappointed 😞.
