Went to D&E yesterday and thought Id try this store to compare. Horrifically disorganized! Asked for help finding a color and the 2 men wandered and then said they couldnt find it. NOT SURPRISED. If you have no plans for the day and are willing to dig amongst their hoarded mess, this is the place for you. Ths store could be great with some organization and a good cleaning. Would definitely not recommend.

This store is amazing for those who want to do your own nails or are learning how to do any and all types. The prices are on the cheaper side. Not to mention the people working are so nice and helpful. I literally was in nail supply heaven. I will be back very soon!

The store has endless choices on color, brands and supplys. The owners were very friendly and helped me find what I needed. I will continue going to this location, I recommend!

Purchased nail polishes for my sister, she ended up having those colors so i called ASAP and asked if i could return them HE said yes i also asked could i come in tomorrow said YES. Went to return them and i got the worst customer service ever he started yelling telling me how does he know that i didnt use them and i explained how i called and i was the one he spoke to and he just kept going how he has a sign (all the way on top of shelves) about no return policy, because i guess people can use them not like the color or simply use it once and not want it anymore . I totally understand, but they way he spoke to me screamed at me was unacceptable if he would of told me that over the phone i would of just kept them as easy as that. Definitely worst experience ever and will not be going back!!!!!!

Decent customer service. they have a ton of items, but very cluttered. a random few items had pricing but otherwise no prices were listed. items that go together (ie: empty lotion bottles and the lid/cap) were not together. overall it was an ok experience. would have been way better if things were organized and pricing was listed.

Wow just what i needed so quick

I would recommend this place.. I just got my nail tech license.. But was always told to go to places were you need licenses or a student id to enter. But them places prices was ridiculously high! And Mui is very helpful she can tell you what brands are popular for a good service.

Went in & it was very busy but the lady was so nice & sweet. She assisted me with everything I needed at a good price! Will most definitely be going back.

Took a drive from Waukesha here and it was well worth it. They have more than any supply store in my area. It was nail tech heaven! Almost anything you need. Love not having to order online anymore. Owners were nice. We actually got there 10 minutes before closing and they stayed late without rushing us out. Cant wait to go back.

The owner was very nice. Showed me how to use the drill step by step. He was very patient with me and got me everything I needed👍🏽

The owner is the best. If you dont know about a product he breaks it all down, demo and all. My ONLY choice to get my supplies.

My personal experience here was pretty good. The guy at the register was very helpful with helping me season my acrylic brush. He gave me good advice on certain items and was helpful when I called to see if they carried certain items. Only thing is I know its a wholesale store but it was so messy. Cardboard boxes everywhere could be a safety hazard. As I was walking around the store I noticed some polishes with the caps off laying on the shelves. Not cool, but Im sure Ill be back.

Always overstocked as usual. Always helpful & friendly as usual. They just need a bigger store.

The store is a little disorganized, but I tell everyone about Sunny Nail because of their polish selection. They literally have every shade and finish of polish you could ever want, and a few brands that you cant find at most beauty supply stores. Their prices are extremely reasonable, but keep in mind that you should bring cash if you plan to spend under $20, they only accept credit cards for transactions over $20. The owner is always very friendly and helpful.

Its pretty decent i wish the open time online was the same time of the store....i got to the store because it says that it is currently open come to find out it opens at 11..

Anything and everything you need to do any type of nails your desire. Helpful owner with reasonable prices. Well be back soon

I really like to shop here but only when the guy is there. Hes helpful an doesnt come off rude. The lady not so much, she comes off annoyed and when I asked her questions she made a weird face like I said something stupid.

I had a terrible experience they watched me and followed me around the store the entire time! They were extremely rude and had poor customer service skills! Dont spend your money here your better off going to Sallys or shopping online where you arent constantly judged or looked at as a theif because of your skin color.

Very small. No prices on anything. Cluttered. They did have a lot of nail products though. I just wish it was a bit more organized so I could have shopped.

The Lady accused Me of stealing and first said someone told her they saw me steal, Then said she had it on camera, But refused to show me and my mom the video of me stealing. She always actually follows me around the store or watching me, Will Not Shop Here Again, and I actually want to report it.
