I travelled from Waukesha because they are so reasonable and knowledgeable. They are wonderful. He was able Diagnosis my car in just 10 minutes! Super friendly staff also!!

My friend called to ask how much it would cost to fix his check engine light which I had already discovered that the #5 cylinder had a misfire. They told him that they didnt know where the #5 cylinder was on his vehicle. Wouldnt trust a mechanic or service writer that cant explain where a specific cylinder is on a car. Who knows if they just throw parts at a car to make it run a tad bit better than it came in and not even fix the main problem it came in for.

Ill make my very long story short. Randy is an honest, good guy.

Andy is THE example of a Good Mechanic. Its obviouse has the respect of everyone he works with.No matter how difficult things are for him, his customer service and technical skill puts to shame any other given shop.

Owner was reasonable and took an extra effort to make sure my car was up to 6 hour road trip even though he was busy he tried to fit my brakes in to accommodate my schedule

I’ve been taking my car here for the past few years. They’re always friendly, explain thoroughly what’s going on with my car, and they offer reasonable prices. The biggest thing for me as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, is I feel like they’re genuine & that I can trust them. They’re not trying to pull one over on me.

They fix only what needs to be fixed they dont overcharge you or fixed up that dont need to be fixed

Their employee flipped me off as he pulled out cutting off traffic while towing a vehicle via a chain. Cant speak on their work but when you have employees like that good work isnt expected.
