Austin was a absolute rock star start to finish! He helped me with everything possible! He was only limited by the availability of product in store but was more than happy to order the items that I wanted.One would think that a $ 1200 wireless phone would come with a wireless charger!
No one greets you as you come in or give you any idea of how long the wait is going to be. No sign in for those coming in so must be on the honor system. I was eventually spoken to by what I assumed was the manager & told that he would be right with me but he then promptly went to the back & did not come back out.
NEVER GO HERE!!I went into the store to upgrade my phone using the promotional trade in. I was given 14 days to make sure that everything works before giving them my trade in phone. When I returned to the store 8 days later to give them my trade in phone I had to wait 45 min and then I was told that the person who sold me the phone added a line to my account and attached my trade in to the new line. I was told the new line is costing me $20 per month and I cant cancel it or I will lose my trade in. The only other option is to return my phone with all of the original packaging which I no longer have. The trade in was supposed to be a $19 credit per month but now I have an additional $20 charge per month.

Ive never been to an AT&T where I had to give my license in order to know if a phone was in stock. This guy here was absolutely rude and probably profiling because he didnt think I could afford it.

Marquez was so knowledgeable and help me set up my daughters phone seamlessly! He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! His customer service was over the top excellent! This location has the best employees and that’s why I will not go anywhere else! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Awesome job guys!!

Do not go up there and ask for deandre. He completely messed up our phone bill. Upped our price on one bill more than $200 just to swtich to a new plan. Seemed like a nice dude until he blamed us for the mistakes he made. 3 years in the phone business and knows it like the back of his head he says but can’t take responsibility of his own wrongs. Also was very rude on the phone with us and told us to never call them back or show up at the store again. So being reported to higher authorities it is! DO NOT recommend him in any way. Only putting one star because it doesn’t let you put 0
Waited less than a minute for support. Class act Representatives. Did a great job assisting. They provided many options and were very knowledgeable. I know if I ever have any future issues, I can get them resolved here.
They told me what I needed I think they should know a little bit about all their phones. I think they say they dont know about your phone hoping you will buy a new phone. One guy didnt act like he had the time of day for me unless I was interested in a new phone

My wife went in for a Note 10 Plus, but instead of telling her they didnt have the phone in stock, the dishonest sales rep sold her the Note 10. Now they want me to pay a $55 restocking fee. They are now punishing me for their dishonesty. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. My advise to everyone is go some place else.

While the store is hampered by anti-customer corporate decisions (preference for new customers over long-time loyal customers), the staff at this location is are very friendly and helpful. Michael, in particular, went above and beyond to help get my new phone set up. Very much appreciated his extra efforts on my behalf.
I met someone at this store because I was purchasing a used phone. Brandon was the employee who assisted me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thoroughly checked the phone to make sure it was clean and it functioned properly. I highly recommend this location because the customer service is on point.

The Waxahachie store refused to help set up a new phone for me. I called Midlothian store and they said come in no problem that anyone in the store would help me. Both phone and in store service was professional, polite and eager to assist me with both a purchase and set up.

I came in to do an upgrade. I didnt know how everything worked on the At&t next plan. The rep that was helping was very helpful and patient making sure I understood everything. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ive never had such a painless and easy experience doing anything at an At&t store. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.
Jett, the manager, was wonderful. He can explain things where I, a 70 plus widow, can understand them. He helped me u deed tans some recent changes to my bill and showed me some short cuts to save money.
Did curbside pickup. Waste of time there is no curbside has to wait 30 min to get my order.

I just had the best customer service experience ever with anything related to AT&T, thanks to Johnathan! If you want someone helpful, knowledgeable, smart and resourceful - he is your guy. I appreciate him looking for ways to save me money, putting complicated terms into simplier ones for me (I need it) and enjoyed the pleasant conversation. I did go on a Monday morning, so the store wasnt that busy. Be advised though, this is one of the busiest stores in the area, so you should expect some type of wait in the afternoons and weekends. Looks like you can make appointments for things online...

Have made a few trips to this location after awful experiences with the cedar hill and Mansfield locations. Cedar hill and Mansfield never made my wife and I feel like we were appreciated customers. They were rude and only wanted to upsell us. Both times in midlothian the reps took the time to explain everything and give us the best options that suited our needs. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

THIS IS NOT AN AT&T CORPORATE STORE!!! Didnt find out until we had been there for 10-15 minutes that this is an authorized retailer. Have never had as much luck with that as the corporate stores. They also will not honor Amy corporate discounts you may have established with AT&T.There are also going through a change in ownership thats effective the end of the week. On Tuesday night when we went in they had no computer system available and said they probably wouldnt until the weekend.... Thats gotta hurt business! They couldnt do anything. Also had zero stock of iPhone 6 in any variety.It was after 8:00 pm so we ended up at Best Buy and it all worked out.
They were very busy when I went! Took them a hour & a half to get to me. But when they did, they address the problem I was having with my phone & where knowledgeable & very kind & helpful!
Very disappointed in my visit to this AT&T store. I have been doing business with AT&T for years and have never damaged my phones or needed extra assistance. I went to this location when my phone was having “service” issues and not only did the employee give my phone a false diagnosis... but they also made it seem like I HAD to buy a new phone to solve the issue. Luckily, I took my phone to get a second opinion and want to know what the issue was? My SIM card was damaged! A $5 fix!!!!! Thanks for nothing! Do your research people!

Just bought a new iPhone 6s Plus and they highly recommended a Pelican waterproof case that was very pricey. I purchased because they said it was the best. Problem is you cant hear or be heard due the waterproofing. I called the store and they said there is nothing the can do. I have literally had the case two days. Not happy bc they are selling people expensive products which they dont stand behind.
Don’t waste your time here. Go to an actual ATT store! Useless people.

After 3 failed attempts to resolve BOGO deal issue extending over 7 months both on the phone to ATT customerservice and once in the store, I have to go back again to wait for employees to have access to an escalation form. Not fun. Praying this gets fixed after tomorrow.
I have been waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes. When I first walked in there were four sales people on the floor, with 6 people in front of me in line. Ive watched 2 sales people go on what I guess is a break at 5 oclock, what should be viewed as prime time for sales. In the hour in a half Ive been waiting a total of 2 people have been helped, with a handful of people walking put due to the wait. Im here to return a phone that I dont need, I was going to give a shot at selling me on why I needed the phone but not anymore. And before you ask, I have to return it today or itll be too late and Ill be stuck with it.Take your business elsewhere!

I have had such a great experience both times Ive been here. They always go beyond my expectations for them.
Broke my iPhone so went there to buy a new one out right. I asked them for the exact same phone. They sold me a phone with less memory and when I figured it out a few days later, they told me it was my fault and Ill have to pay 35$ fee to get the phone I originally asked for. I thought they were the product experts, apparently they are not. Do not expect good customer service here after they have your money.

We live in Waxahachie and went to that location, it was HORRIBLE. We walked out and drove to the Midlothian location. We were greeted as we entered the building at the Midlothian location and Armando Martinez helped us. He took the time to go through our concerns. We were in a tough situation with the phone we had and he handled it with a smile on his face and superb customer service. Did not rush us at all and gave us plenty of options that best suited our current needs. He was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and this ATT employee. Truly the best experience we have ever had with ATT. We will now drive the extra miles to go to that store ONLY.

This is not an AT&T store they are just a store front for Spring Mobile with shady practices. The employee I talked to was rude and when I asked to speak with the manager, the employee told me to take it up with AT&T. I said ok I will and then all of a sudden the manager shows up and tells me about all the policies when asked where the policies were located I was asked to leave

Im not sure if this is a real Att store.i walk in no greeting, I stood in the middle of the store for 10min. No one from the sale team said anything. The day before I went to the Att store in waxahachie there is always someone that at least greet you.This may sound like just another bad complaint,but I work for Att,and I know what the company go for when it comes to customer service.
