Had exactly what I needed and said I could return if it didnt work for my switch

The customer service is very nice, but they NEVER have ANYTHING in stock. Any game that is somewhat popular will continually be out of stock at this location. I wish I could enjoy coming to this location, as it is in town and the staff are very kind. But, at this point, I’m better off going to Cedar Hill.

I visited to try and sell some older Xbox 360 games. Out of the 20 games that I had brought, all of which were in good condition, they would only accept one due to the company trade policy. Also, you must be over 18 to request cash for the games. I am 16, and all they did was give me a Gamestop gift card with a balance of $1.19 due to the acceptance of just one game. Dont waste your time returning older games here

I was at another Gamestop did not have a specific color switch control but did tell who did asked me if I wanted her to call the Gamestop to hold it for me if I was going to go today? I said yes. When I got to Midlothian Gamestop they were supposed to have the specific color control on hold with my name. When I got there after a 40min drive one of the guys tried to sell me a different color! I brought it his attention about the specific color and he said his co-worker sold it on an online order.! Gamestop, get your system right!!

Every time I visit this GameStop in Midlothian. I have the most pleasant experience. They are always polite and very informative. Also they make sure your not missing any deals that benefit you. I dont know about you but, I like places that make sure your getting your moneys worth. Such awesome service!!

We love this location. They are always very friendly and helpful. I do not know much about gaming, so I tend to need more help than most. They have helped me pick many age appropriate games for my son that he really enjoys. They have great prices too! Xavier and Krysta helped me today and were extremely patient and helpful.

Much much better then the Cedar Hill location. Always make me feel welcome every single time I have gone. I definitely reccomend driving here instead of the unfriendly Cedar Hill location. All employees I have the opportunity to speak with has been absolutely welcoming and knowledgeable.

Employees have a great knowledge of their products and help their customers. Ive purchased nearly every game-related item I have here for years, and will continue doing so!

This is my GameStop of preference. There isnt really anything to make it stand out from the others. It is just easier for me to get to. You wont get any better or worse deals at this location, but the staff is quite helpful in locating and holding games at other locations for you.

Get all my kids video games from Game Stop... they always have friendly service and great customer service

Always friendly, selling games to them is always kinda bad since thats just GameStop, but always helpful when asking questions.

The guy I spoke with about trying to get a gift card for a Christmas present was very nice.

Realatively good selection, manager at this store knows his games and is friendly with kids. Good recomendarions in games. I do not like all the displays in the middle.
