DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Worst customer service!! We upgraded 2 phones and bought a sim card for another and there was an error. So we called customer service which was no help. We went back to the store and they were charging us $22 per phone when it was not our fault. Drove to Cedar Hills location right off 67 and RUBY was able to help us in less than 5 minutes. Its worth the drive to Cedar Hills trust me!! Go see Ruby!!

Got there and waited approximately 15 minutes for their system to come up. After that the clerk was fast and courteous

I went to the store only to find the door locked and I saw a worker hide behind the front counter as if he wasnt there. I later found out this isnt the first time this has happened to some of Metros customers. These actions make Metro look bad when in fact they are a reliable phone service. This is my first time having to deal with such bad customer service. I do not recommend you coming to the Midlothian location.

These ladys are absolutely the rudest people. I literally just had her yell at me for coming in with phone issues. She screamed in my face and waved her hand in my face. There is a young man who works there that was much more helpful. Because of this im canceling my metro service. This is ridiculous she needs to be fired!!!!

Hours online do not match up with hours on doors. Mask required even if vaccinated. Would not return a phone purchase the day before even though it was not working.

The asian lady has ZERO idea what the heck she is doing. She refused to remove a line from the account. There was no money owed and she said she didnt have access to remove the line... when we called 611 they said she shouldve been able to remove it there was no reason we should have to call them to do this.

I love coming to this Metro store. The staff is always so cheerful, they all provide an amazing customer service. Everyone here is so professional they know how to help out with any questions/concerns.I highly recommend this Metro to anyone you will feel welcome they actually do greet compare to other stores. Every time i come here i am completely satisfied with the service and their products. Its also a very clean location, thats a plus!!!

Jasmin is one of the best representatives to this location I would never change this store an all those sayin negative thing are stupid she is a great young lady and does her job an dedicate to customers

Everytime I go to this store and see the girl working there im already mad. Because I know shes not going to help and shes just going to be rude. She doesnt belong in customer service and obviously her family owns the store, or she wouldnt be working there.

Absolutely loved the young lady behind the counter.

The two young gentlemen at this location were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. This is by far, the best location in DFW for MetroPCS/Tmobile. We have been treated less than hospitable in many other locations. From now on we will be conducting ALL of our cell phone business at the Midlothian location. A special shout out to you two, thank you for being awesome reps for the company you work for.

The rudest slowest excuse for employee that Ive ever seen she isnot meant for any type of customer service she activated one phone while we stood outside 30 min Ive been with metro for ten yrs she sux

Worst Metro PCS location ever, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Employees DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! The so called manager JAZ will refuse to wait on you if you are frustrated or having any issue with phone or service!!

Completely TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in to get service on my ATT phone, there was no one else there but myself. She tried to tell me she couldnt put my phone on their service for 72 hours because I just got the unlock code yesterday. Knowing that wasnt right, I called one of the stores in Mansfield and they helped me right away! She had a horrible attitude from the second I walked in. I assume because it was Sunday and she did not want to be bothered. When I went back and told her that Mansfield said they would help me, she stated all Metro PCS stores are franchised which has nothing to do with the service being transferred to my phone.

They have a great customer services they have the best offers I wouldn’t change it for anything ...

Worst customer service of any store Ive ever come across. I came in to ask to separate two lines, they said if I did that I would cancel other line. I said dont do that and I will pay both lines next week. I came in to pay to only find out they went ahead and cancelled line. Then I tried to turn back on and they said they cant. This was a commercial line and had business cards associated with it. They were very unsympathetic. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE METRO PCS MIDLOTHIAN TX. BE FORWARNED. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Went up there to pay my phone bill at noon, and the door was locked with no one inside, and no note explaining that anyone was at lunch or anything happened, and their open light was on, I am very angry with this kinda service.
