Awful service from the pharmacy. Extremely slow to fill, the drive thu option is a joke— you are much better off going inside but will likely still have to wait a significant amount of time, and most expensive for private pay scripts.I’ve given it nearly ten opportunities to improve, with no change. Transferring to H‑E‑B for the next refill.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. They never fill all of the prescriptions so it takes multiple trips to pick up. They always seem to struggle with processing insurance. And lastly, they take forever. I have to dedicate 2-3 hours of my time each month putting up with this. Ive had it though and switching locations. Driving further will save me more time and less stress as opposed to this place. TLDR; dont expect Chick-fil-A level service from these pharmacists.

Worst drive thru line service ever at Walgreens location on Wadley across from HEB. Expect to wait nine hours for a simple prescription pickup. Walgreens don’t text me if my prescription is ready to pickup if it is going to require me to sit in line for days. Thanks & Happy New Years Eve!
I went in to buy a pair of scissors. The lady asked if I needed help I told her what i was looking for and she helped me the pair she found was 11 dollars the lady automatically assumed I was stealing them. She says hey boss he has an item. Ill never come here again if thats how they treat there customers!!!
The pharmacy is the MOST disorganized thing I have seen. You would hope that something that people used to help with any medical issues they had would function and operate efficiently. I have had several calls from the pharmacy stating my prescription was ready. Arrive to pick it up, wait in line for anywhere from 10-30 minutes or more. Just to be told its not ready and that it is an error with the system. Ive been told to come back and other prescriptions would be filled later. Come back and they state that its not in the system. I think there needs to be a serious dose of training done. Everyones time is precious to them, and driving back and forth to the pharmacy for them to say they dont have their stuff together is a waste. Its almost easier to just say forget the medicine and take your chances with the results. Id give them no stars if possible.

Seriously the worst service ever. They do not answer phone calls, I called as had an urgent matter about my prescription. I called 6 times and it kept me on hold the whole time it doesn’t seem like anyone was going to pick up the phone. I never see the store being busy, there is no line and at least 3 stuff members, so nobody can answer the phone? Why to have phone number then? I’m done with them switching to another pharmacy. H-E-B pharmacy stuff was very helpful today. Will be using them.
My wife and I visited this pharmacy on 11/7/2020 at 10:30 am..after standing in line for 5 minutes, we were told they would be right with us....3 people were back there but showed no interest in helping ...immediately after we gave up and walked off, I looked back and a gentleman that had been waiting in line behind us was immediately waited on!! I will never step foot in this pharmacy again ....and I’m sure they don’t care and I SURE DONT CARE !! Your pharmacy is HORRIBLE !!
Most incompetent pharmacy ever. Violated PHI, I was given two different peoples medication instead of my own. Drive thru line always takes forever. I’ve waited for over an hour on multiple occasions with only 3-4 cars in front of me.
Pharmacy told me my insurance card was invalid and wanted to charge me 110$ for my Rx. Went to CVS and the price was $6.89.
Was on hold with the Pharmacy for 20 minutes just to be hung up on (not the first time this has happened). Called back, spoke to a person for a good thirty seconds to see if they could take my number and call me back, I was then placed on a hold where I waited over an hour till I finally hung up. Can’t leave a voicemail with a callback number.... What do you have to do to get some help at this place?!
I have been placed on hold several times just to be hung-up on. I would not complain if this happened only once but this has happened at least 5 times to me since I started using this specific store location. I would say this is an issue of being understaffed but I have been to the store and have seen the techs openly just ignore the phone ringing. I will be switching to CVS after years of being a Walgreens customer.
I called to get the pharmacy hours at 5pm and it said they close at 10pm. I showed up at 9:07 and it was already closed. Not a sole in the pharmacy. The store was open. Whatever good that does you when you’re needing your script picked up.
Horrible! Every time i come its bad! Not once has it been a good experience. You have to wait about 20min or 30 min to even get help, and when you finally get help sometimes they have an attitude and they say itll be 15 or 20 min olay thats normal wait, nope youre going to wait for about 2hrs if youre lucky. Never have your perception ready when its an automatic refill, just really bad over all.
The customer service is so poor and the pharmacy is subpar for sure! I recommend going anywhere else but here for your pharmaceutical needs.
Unprofessional and rude! The line is always slow moving. The cashier I had who said her name was Andi but had her name tag hidden (fake red hair looked pregnant) was so rude, she was drinking her juice at the register, waited on customers who were there after me and then acted offended when I mentioned I had been waiting longer. She started yelling at the person coming to her register DONT COME DONT COME. unprofessional to the point Ill never visit this location again. .
This pharmacy is hell on earth. Due to their incompetence and lack of communication they nearly hospitalized me. They made a mistake on my insulin refill which had my insurance denying it. I tried for a week to get it refilled and they kept canceling it without telling me why. They LIED to me about the reason. I had to call insurance to find out. My insurance agent then tried to call Walgreens to have it straightened out for me and they hung up on her twice. Walgreens would rather see me go into a coma than have my insulin.
Consistently behind schedule. Every single time Ive gone here to pick up prescriptions Ive been told a time to be up here ive had to wait double or triple that time. 15 minutes always turns into 30 minutes to an hour and a half.
The hours are weird. Pharmacy closes during times its listed as being open. Apparently cash only today, maybe theyll have notes on the door before the next person has to stand in line unprepared.
Horrible store to deal with! switching to CVS! was in store and was texted to pick up cigarettes a for a friend..when I went to check out they asked for my ID? I had ran with cash and forgot my purse. They refused to sell it to me even though they see me in there almost every day and there is no doubt Im under 21. I think its stupid and very inconvenient to a very frequent customer!! guess what Ill take my business elsewhere and Im sure other people feel the same way Im paying you for convenience you are not my parent or law enforcement and you do not pay my bills but I pay yours learn how money works or you wont have any.
Our pharmacy of choice. Store personnel mostly helpful and courteous. Have some foreigners working there lacking American values.
My prescriptions are NEVER filled when theyre supposed to be. Ive been in the drive through for over an hour because they didnt have half the peoples prescriptions filled. Im changing pharmacies.
Staff is rude and they always take to long to fill orders. If the staff would stay off there cell phone they might be able to handle the work flow. Ive changed pharmacies, got tired of waiting.
I find the staff at this store, to be very helpful and fast. I am a very satisfied customer, they will continue to get my business!!
Pharmacy is not the greatest and I am being as nice as I can. 5 hours for one prescription. And everytime I have to call them to check there voicemail for the my prescriptions.. And rude everytime I call, maybe one or two nice employees if I get lucky. So dont recommend this pharmacy until something changes.
I went in for a passport picture, one of the employees took my picture and asked me to enter my info in their database, then she went to the cash register to help customers in line. After waiting for 15 minutes the store manager Susie tells me she cannot do passport pictures because they have too many customers to attend to, ummm Im a costumer! She was extremely rude, zero customer service. Waste of time for me, Im really upset!
Horrible pharmacy. Revived my call to pick up at 5pm my eye drops were ready. I waited 3 hours for Eye drops. DO NOT USE THEM. Goto CVS instead. If you do use then go in with a fighting attitude and a recorder on. Trust me
One star is being overly generous... waiting in their drive-thru pick up line or in store always feels like im being punished by the powers that be. i want to think that theyre just understaffed, but im more inclined to believe that they just dont give a damn. if you call and youre able to finally talk to a pharmacy tech after 30 to 45 of being on hold, youre met with snippy answers, IF they are capable of providing any. my severe dislike for this particular pharmacy has transferred over to the walgreens app, where every prescription that is called or emailed in never fails to be Delayed. Pharmacist reviewing prescription, which is always unnecessary and ALWAYS results in a scrip that should be filled within a few hours, give or take, finally being filled the following day or possibly two.Avoid this place like the plague... worst walgreens ive ever had the misfortune of using !!
Prescription was sent electronically from doctors office at 11:00 AM. Went to pick up 45 minutes later and was told it will be 2 hours longer. They took my number and said they would text when ready. At 5:30 still no text so I figured someone forgot. They forgot alright, and when I drove there a second time it still wasnt ready. They asked me if I want to come back. I said no Ill wait. So how long will it be? They said 20 minutes. So I waited. No apology, or anything.Wont be going back.
Worst pharmacy ever. Sign out front says get your flu shot today. Go inside and they’re out of vaccine. Call back several days later and get put on hold for 15 minutes.

Pharmacy is awful and they are rude. Cashiers do not know how to handle coupons properly. 2 weeks ago I was trying to use coupons and the cashier got frustrated and started cussing. I haven’t been back since.

I could not get through to anyone on the phone. I was on hold for over 30min in two separate occasions, someone would answer every 10 min and then it would cut off and I would go back to being on hold. I have been trying to get a prescription transferred and filled for 3 days with no luck. I went in person to try and get everything sorted out and the staff was rude. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
Why isnt there a 0 star option! Pharmacy is horrible! They dont call to let you know order is ready. You have to call them and after a rediculous hold wait, they pickup the phone just to hang up on you! Oh and they dont call back when they say they will.
The girl at the counter mumbled and she reeked of cigarette smoke and when I was walking out the bag had a big hole in it and I dropped everything out of the bag so I wont be going back.
The pharmacists here are very rude and do not value confidentiality. My wife was treated very poorly and the man helping her spoke very loudly about her prescription and the cost. They were not helpful and were downright rude. We will be moving all our prescriptions somewhere else.

Called in my prescription refill only to have them tell me that it had already been filled at this location. So I drove down there only for them to tell me that they filled it at the WRONG location. Now I’m waiting another hour and a half for my prescription and I’ll have to go all the way back across town to pick it up tomorrow.... terrible service
