I dont go to often. But when I they have what Im looking for. No complaints ( the small nail polish looking bottle is actually cuticle oil:)

The ladies in there are always very helpful and friendly.

On several occasions I have visited this store and the customer service is just sad to say the least. They are constantly out of products and the store is always a disaster. This will be the last time I visit this store. Tonight when I walked in the store with 3 minutes to closing I was advised that they were already closed and that they couldnt check me out. Both associates were rude and very unkind. They were obviously checking out a few women who appeared to be friends of the associates. I will for now on go out of my way to shop at the Sally across town or the one in Odessa..

I like shopping here. The ladies are always willing to take time to answer my questions or help me find what I need. The voice-mail on their phone says they offer curbside, but they dont. You will have to get down to pick up your online order.

When picking up your curbside order(s) at Sally’s Midkiff road, please have the person bringing you your order, physically check your merchandise to make sure it is the correct item(s) you purchased.Once you touch that bag, they will NOT exchange or accept that item.It was not my fault that they gave me the wrong item but, instead they charged my card for their mistake.I was told to call customer service to see if they will take back the wrong item or issue me the correct item.This is the 2nd time they have done this.

I purchased an item of $40 value and realized in the parking lot at my car it was not the correct item I wanted. When entering the store and the clerk was still at the register said, “we do not take returns!” She checked with the so called manager and she would not let me exchange for what I wanted. This is terrible service! No where was it stating “no returns.” I guess I will not return to Sally’s on the loop in Midland Texas. Terrible experience!

Best place to get my hair colors.

I really like the store always have good quality product. But unfortunately today I bought 115 dollars and they did not give me anything of promotion, I do not understand what the card with them is for. I always buy, I am a customer and in two years I only received a promotion.🙁

I just moved to Midland from out of state and Im a licensed professional, I had shopped at another Sally location and found that the sales girls knew very little to help me and acted as though I was disturbing them when I asked for help. However I stumbled upon this location and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful everyone was. This will be the location that I shop. Very helpful and pleasant service.

I was told to leave the store by a women because I sneezed.

It took over 10 minutes (in an empty store) to get someone to help me and then the girl was very rude and inattentive. In addition, the product she recommended to me completely ruined my hair so now Im left with an un-returnable product, wrecked hair, and tears. Worst sallys I have ever been to in my life. Please think twice before trusting any of these employees.
