Actually sephora in my opinion is the bomb as soon as u enter theres ladies waiting for u to came in an help with anything u need ! Am very white and I always have redness problems in my skin I can find products as good as I feel sensational and look radiant 🌟 love this store thank you for the great service and great brands 🤗 amazing!! Great service. I walked to in. The sales rep was with another customer. But she greated me and said shell be with me shortly. She took me straight to the area that had the merchandise got it for me and the gift card I wanted and rang it up. It was absolutely effortless on my part. To me that is what customer service is all about. I only wish I had thought to ask her for her name so I could have acknowledged her. A truly exceptional experience.

Nice employees make a business. I dont care how cheap the prices. Its the employees. Great work and great shopping. I was Christmas shopping, never been in there before. I got a nice gift for a friend. Cant say enough about them. Will definately go back.

Perhaps if they would do something about that terrible beeping in the store and the flicking lights that are downright seizure worthy this place might be decent. We left because it gave everyone headaches.

I buy my perfume here, but their invertory was next to nothing and I had to pay same price for a bottle that equaled a quarter amount of what I used to buy.

New manager and new employees has made this store a better place to shop. Im always asked if I need help and was even color matched for a foundation I was looking for. They know what to recommend as far as what my needs are.

The lighting is horrible which is not cool for a cosmetics store. I was in this store a good 15-20 mins and no one greeted me or offered to help. The people who appeared to be employees stood at the register chatting. A male employee walked in my direction a few times and even glanced in my direction as I was clearly applying a full face with sponges. Another female employee offered help to a customer next to me after she found her rummaging through one of the bottom drawers. So her Can I help you find something? Wasnt very genuine. It was more of a Youre not supposed to be in there. I finally left out of frustration from the poor lighting and not being able to match a foundation. Not to mention the negligence from the employees.

I absolutely love this Sephora. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I enjoy it every time I go in!

Always poorly stocked. You’re better off online shopping for Sephora unless you crave the cold apathetic dead stares of mall employees.

I recently went into this location to look for a lipstick and nobody came to help me. The store was dirty and the bins where people dispose of their wipes were filled in every location of the store. The shelves were not stocked and the staff were extremely rude and standing at the counter not helping any customers at all. What a disaster this store is! I have been in many locations across the country and cannot believe how disgusting this location is in particular. Not to mention the staff are horrible. Do yourself a favor and do not even bother shopping at this location. You will walk out offended!

Clean and well organized. I didnt even have ask for help staff was walking around ready to help anyone. John was kind color matched me, friendly helped me shop for Items I wanted not what he thought I needed. I didnt feel rushed. I will be shopping with them in the future.

My grandma & i recently went to look for a gift for my sister but we had to go up to the register to get anyone for help us. After we found what we were looking for, I asked the employee about a product i was looking for but she in the rudest voice said Whats that? Ive never heard of it. So I responded Oh, Ill just order it online since you dont know products yall sell.Also whats all the employees problems? Like am I supposed to wear makeup everytime i go or something??? Because when I go during my free time they always give me dirty looks

Ughhh I HATE having to come inside this Sephora to shop or exchange something. I just do all my shopping online. The workers here are rude and funnny acting if you ask for a sample. Always under staffed and out of stock.
