Literally amazing. words can’t even explain how happy i was to choose maggie as my stylist. she was so so kind and created amazing conversation and listened to exactly what i wanted. it came out beautiful and couldn’t be happier with my balayage. it was my first time ever at a salon and won’t be my last with her. there was another “shadow” stylist that was watching her while she did my hair and he was so kind and involved me in conversation. we all just had a great time talking about everything and i felt so welcomed and comfortable. thank you for the amazing experience and i will be back. recommending you everywhere❤️ :)

Child got burned by a hair stylist this year. I usually don’t comment on google reviews, but this still bothers me cause now my daughter doesn’t really care to have a hot comb near her face. The hair stylist at this location never told me she accidentally burned my daughter, and I actually tipped her. Luckily the owner or the manager reimbursed me with all money paid as well as pay for the medication for her burned face. Still, I can’t recommend anyone going here after this experience. It was the worse experience ever.

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal! Today was my first facial and she took such great care of me, my skin, and my service dog. My service dog was on the ground where she usually rests and started alerting - Ashley asked if she would feel better up on the table with me. I hoisted her up and she performed DPT while she continued with my facial. I have never felt more validated and accepted. Thank you for making me feel normal.

These ladies did such a great job for my wedding! We had them come to the ceremony site to do hair and makeup and they showed up on time and were efficient at getting everyone done on time.

I was referred to Shelly at Element by a friend so it was the first time she had cut my hair, she did an excellent job and was fun to talk too!

I typically do not leave reviews much. But my experience with this place was an absolute nightmare. Being from Midland I was so excited to support a local business for our wedding. We called months prior to secure makeup for our wedding, and was told everything was all set several times. I then started calling closer to the wedding, and had to leave voicemails, never got calls back, never got a straight answer from anyone, and they seemed to not have recorded ANY of our information for our wedding group. I finally got ahold of someone to set up a trial for my wedding makeup, and on that call I corrected all the errors they had for our group and event and was feeling good. The women on the phone was kind and apologetic for my experience so far and set up the trial for me ASAP. I drove an hour and a half to my home town for my trial only to get told A MONTH BEFORE my wedding that they can no longer do anything they agreed to. As if wedding planning isn’t already stressful enough.......... tremendously devastated by this experience 😓😓In response to the owners response on this review:The information you have in your response is completely incorrect. I never received a single phone call from your business as I did just check to make sure, nor did I receive an email of any sort. I was told 5 times you were sending a contract that I never received and called back about another 5 times to make sure they had my email correct. My phone number and email were both taken by a receptionist a handful of times... so there is no excuse for that. As far as the party count goes, I have NEVER had 5 girls. I have 7 bridesmaids and myself plus the moms. So the number 5 would never have been given to you guys. You clearly recorded incorrect information. From a customer service point of view as I have worked in that industry for years... you should never blame the customer for you mistakes. And lying about the process and situation does not take those mistakes away 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m sorry this is being taken out on the owner but your receptionists I spoke with MORE than several times to get this situated we’re unequipped to relay the correct information to you guys in management. I appreciate your time and don’t intend to diminish your businesses presence, however this is experience was a bad one. I Wish you all well.

For its location, it definitely has a plethora of stylists in ranging expertise. Some junior stylists specialize in things the masters themselves took a career to learn and vice versa. A male cut here far outshines any other manly experience in town.

I will definitely come back for another massage from Jillian - and I would highly recommend her to others who are looking for a great, well-rounded experience of relaxation and tension-release. Beautiful salon. Very clean. The girls are friendly enough and will work hard to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome. My daughter had a baliage and you could see lines afterwards near her face, which took them several times to correct but they did. It was one of the younger stylists that maybe didnt have as much experience which is why I gave it a 4.

This place is amazing. I did my research when I was looking for a new salon after starting a new job in Midland. They had the best reviews so I tried it out. That was almost 2 years ago and I have not had a bad experience yet. Everyone is professional, helpful, very nice and very good at what they do. It is a great atmosphere and they are in a great location too. I love the natural Aveda products and the pampering that you get with every service.

I love coming here and have been for about 6 months now. Felicia has been taking care of my hair exclusively but all the girls here know what they’re doing. I get my hair colored and cut and plan on getting my nails done as well. If anyone is looking for a new salon I highly recommend here.

Booked a massage and a pedicure for my wife as an anniversary gift. Booked online and received my confirmation for both appointements in an email. After my wife was finished with her massage she went to get her pedicure and they had a mistake in the scheduling and her appointment didn’t show up in their system, even though I had my confirmation. Instead of trying to make things right they instructed me to call next time instead. My wife loved the massage and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing but bad customer service will prevent us from being repeat customers.

Massage was ok, but the facial was not. I have had facials at several spas, and this one was comparable to what you would receive at a beauty school for $10. I really wanted to like it, but I just couldnt get past the amateur feel of the whole process. My skin was just as dry and dull as when I went in.

Received a pedicure. It has been some time since I have, so I do not remember the technicians name. The pedicure was nice and relaxing. I felt though, a little like a third wheel (more like 4th) since the two techs working knew the other gal getting a pedicure. So the 3 of them spent the time chit chatting and I felt a bit out of place just sitting there. I still need to make an appointment for my massage! So I will be coming back!
