I really wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me. I am temporarily disabled due to multiple hand surgeries and this employee immediately noticed and became my personal helper. He opened multiple candles for me to smell, and had the patience of a saint with me. Rarely do I run across this level of customer care. I am deeply appreciative of the care he showed. Bath & Body Works are lucky to have employees like him.

I came in today was happy to see the Easter stuff when. I asked if there was anymore pineapple coconut the employee said she will run to the back to check she never came back and I was standing there for 20 mins waiting. I always.have serious customer service issues with this store.

The staff waiting out front with masks were extremely polite and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The staff at the checkout counter were talking amongst themselves and slow to help people but I cant fault then much for that, they are working retail.

Used to love your handsoaps but the last year or so yall have gone down hill in that section. All the soaps smell so generic like walmart soap. It was nice when you had a soap that matched your lotion and body soap lines.

Well I work at WIS International. We do the inventory for other companys. I wasnt shopping. I was working. But doing their inventory we get to see all the products they sale. They have a lot of things that make bath time more enjoyable. And things to fragrant your home.

The store was supposed to open at 7 am for the candle sale. We are still waiting at 7:27 for it to open. Employees are showing up late. This makes it difficult for those of us with children and spouses/relatives who need to be at work and are watching the kids while we shop. Another patron called the store and they stated that they werent going to open until 8 am. Way to keep your customers informed of unplanned changes.

I walked in unsuspectingly with no intention of buying anything. I walked out with about $50 in candles. All of the smells were lulling me in. The staff was super friendly, multiple people tried to help me as I aimlessly wondered the store. At the checkout tline the lady behind the counter even told me where I could find some coupons online, and patiently helped me find them before I completeed my purchase. Truly a great experience. I do foresee my return in the future.
