It was my first time here. There was a little bit of a wait but the workers quickly opened up a third bay for me.I had my oil changed and granted I thought it was priced a little high I still appreciated the work and professionalism that was shown.

Most if my service was good. I asked fir the techncian not to slam my hood after adding the oil. I heard my request being told to all concerned technicians and what happen when there were complete my hood was slammed. My problem with this there are forgetfulness and when you call them oil her out on w hff at was ask to not be done after slamming my hood is sorry. Go figure. Just because of this action Jiffy Lube gets 3 stars

These ladies and gentlemen were just awesome and I cannot even explain how satisfied I am about the service I received. I will always go back to this establishment as long as they keep the staff they have. Everyone kept me informed every step of the way of what needed to be done. They gave me options and not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of by the mechanics which unfortunately does happy at other establishments in this line of work. Extremely happy and would recommend to any/everyone.

There was no sticker for the duration of the oil change, they did not vacuum the car until after we showed them the receipt, and they spent a ton of time recommending extra services we werent interested in.Decent price but I would definitely not go back based on the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.

A while back I gave this place a low review due to the despondency, low energy and attention to detail by the crew that worked there. At the end of the day, I simply want my oil changed and get me out the door. However, in the past few months the place has new management, a new crew and a new attitude. They take pride in doing a good job and even vacuum my car before handing it back. More than happy to upgrade my review.

Great people I just want to give a shout out to the ladies that work at Jiffy lube they know what they are doing took my car to shop twice because my brake light kept coming on, I just went to get oil change and they said I needed my brake fluid changed that I had copper in my brake fluid along with the ladies and the gentleman that work there I left once again a happy customer my brake light has not come on again. So thankful for you guys its hard to find places you can trust people working on your car and know what they are doing. Went there and the system was down, asked to return in an hour. Very apologetic about the situation but understood it wasnt in their control. After using other places in Middletown for auto repair that were extremely expensive and kept my car for days, I brought my car to Jiffy Lube on a Sunday because everywhere else was closed. They fixed my problem that same day and it was inexpensive. Going forward, I will always come here first

Brought in vehicle for basic oil change which also includes vacuuming, air pressure check, and window cleaning. When I left, I noticed the windows or carpets hadnt been touched (and they were a mess, so it couldnt have been more obvious). I brought the car home, and checked the tire pressure and I had two tires that were low. I was going to be driving several hundred miles that weekend, and I dont have an easy way to put air in my tires, so I decided to bring the car back and have the issues resolved. The service manager at the time, Dustin, gladly resolved the issue. Much to my surprise, he provided me with a certificate for a free oil change on my next visit.Two months later, I bring in a vehicle for an oil change. Dustin no longer works at the branch, but the branch manager performed the free oil change for me. After completion, he comes inside and asks me if I was the guy who brought my car back and started cussing out Dustin because my car wasnt clean enough. He then decides to tell me that thats not how you handle things. The experience I had with Dustin was perfectly fine, he rectified the problem and I was satisfied, and the discussion with him was civil and laid back. For the branch manager, two months later, to accuse me of em-effing his guy is insulting. I asked him why he felt the need to ask me, and it was so he could protect his guys. Apparently, his guys are more important than the customer. I will never bring a vehicle here again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Jiffy Lube! My husband normally takes care of having car serviced but I had to do it today. I was treated like a V.I.P.! This was surprising since it wasnt that way when I was here over a year ago. The attention to everything, from my car to my comfort, was better than Ive experienced @ places far more expensive. The manager even took time to find as many DISCOUNTS as possible. The sparse waiting area was more than made up for by the short time I spent in it. If you have been disappointed by this business in the past or if you want a place where you can get terrific car service @ a reasonable price, you really should check this place out. (Disclaimer: I was NOT compensated in ANY way for my statement. I just feel that we should be as quick to report positive experiences as we are to slam negative ones.)

Well when I got there today there was a line and I was the 3rd car back but they were very professional and they went through the other cars quickly. But they didnt rotate the tires which they were supposed to do. And they didnt reset the computer so I have to go back an have them do it. But its all young guys in there so what do you expect!

I have used the middletown store several times with EXCELLENT service. But I am very disappointed in the Franklin Springbro store. I have gone in several times and asked them to please check the air in my tires and was turned away because I had my oil change done in Middletown and to take my car back to them and they refused to work on my car. I have driven back to middletown on almost flat tires because the would not check them. I will never go to the Franklin Springbro store. I will continue to use the Middletown store though.

Evidently there was a fire on July 19, closing Jiffy Lube. Its now July 28 and I went to get my oil changed only to find out theyre closed until further notice. Instead of the sign saying under new management on the billboard, maybe It should say closed so the people dont make a special trip all the way here for absolutely no reason. This management doesnt seem to be any better than the last

Took my car in to get the oil changed was greeted with our air compressor is down and cant do regular oil changes. So I went semi synthetic blend and it goes down hill from there.1. They got my mileage wrong. They were off by 2k having me go over between changes which reflects on my oil change stickers. Makes me wonder what they set the interval to when they reset the oil change indicator.2. Last I checked dont oil changes include vacuuming floorboards, wash n squeegie the exterior windows, and top off the fluids? They checked the boxes but were never done. I saw them top off my washer fluid (um no air?) so whats up with that?3. Not that Im big on upselling, they didnt even check the air filter. Most times thats an easy $20-$25 quick sale item.Reason for 3 stars is they reduced the semi synthetic to the price of a conventional oil change due to the compressor being down but still cost me $50+Was a nice reminder why I dont go here, normally. As much as things change from when I worked for the company 20+ years ago they stay the same. Operational management is MIA. Oh finishing touch is the waiting room was a wreck and no coffee? Next time Im just going to spend $20 for the oil change kit at the local parts store and do it myself.

Drove in for oil change. Drove out and my explorer immediately lost power In the street 20 feet away from jiffy lube. They told me they noticed a fuel filter leak. Im 99% they caused this problem, as its always ran fine Before the fateful visit to jiffy lube.

WARNING --- They didnt put my oil cap on properly and it has left an oil stain in my garage. When I finally realized what happened and WHY....I called to ask them to clean it up for me. (Took 3 phone calls to finally get an answer) I was told it was out of warranty. Apparently there is a warranty on doing the moral thing??? There is a warranty on fixing problems your employees created??? Not only will I never go to Jiffy Lube I will cease to recommend their services to my family and friends. Please learn from my mistake. Take your car somewhere else. Its not worth a groupon to go to Jiffy Lube Middletown.

Went in for an oil change. As soon as I left car started rattling and smoking. Turned around the tech said he noticed it too. Told me to go to a certain auto parts store to have it checked out. I did. The auto parts store told me the only way to fix it was to go to a certain dealership. On my way the car became undrivable and I had to have it towed. The dealership told me Jiffy Lube completely messed up the oil change. After the dealership fixed the problem I went back to Jiffy Lube. They said because I didnt take it back to them they werent going to reimburse me for fixing the problem they caused. I DID go back to Jiffy Lube and was told by them to go somewhere else!
