Excellent experience with the body repair shop. My car had mechanical as well as body damage. It was repaired safely and the body repair and paint job result make it look as though there had been no accident. I was treated with respect by the owner, assistant manager and each of the guys in the shop that I met. I was always able to reach them by telephone to address any concerns. Their work and customer service are done with integrity. I would recommend Middletown Ford Body Shop as a good choice for car repair.

I was searching for a used car that had all the right bells and whistles I was looking for and had great success here. I spoke with Adam over the phone and got to meet up and do a test drive 15 minutes later. I had pre-approved financing, but their financing arm was able to beat their rates as well. The whole process from me walking in the door to me leaving with the car, this includes the test drive and all paperwork was 3 hours, the car runs amazing and the price was fantastic. All the people I dealt with there were wonderful and professional but a big shout-out to Adam as he did a great job and made sure everything worked out for me and my questions were answered.
Always friendly, never trying to pressure myself, my wife or my daughter into unnecessary service. Very competitive prices! Service when waiting is in and out quickly! I definitely recommend!
I had a transmission failure. My mechanic diagnosed in one day however because of the warranty, I was forced to take the car to Middletown Ford (nearest dealer with transmission service - such as it is). So after two weeks of back and forth with Ford, Middletown determines that I have a transmission failure... It takes another week to get the job done. I have several issues. Ford warranty allowed me $20 / day for 10 days on a car rental... no where near enough to cover what I had to pay for a rental. ($45 / day for 22 days). 1. Middletown Ford failed to realign the car. I had to take the vehicle back to get it aligned. (replacing the transmission requires a realignment in this vehicle). 2. New car transmission shifted very badly. I complained several times and they kept telling me you have to break it in- After 800 miles or so it would settle down. This really doesnt make sense. Ive driven a lot of new vehicles that shift fine right off the lot. This car would leave rubber at a stop light just shifting out of 1st gear. Shifting in the low range was the worst. After taking it to get an oil change (800 miles later), the service guy notes that there is NO transmission fluid on the dip stick. After they added transmission fluid, the car shift response changed dramatically. Middletown should have at least checked the transmission fluid level when I brought the car back to get realigned. They didnt even think to do that. Now Im wondering how much damage Ive done to the transmission driving it like that for so long? Overall, very bad experience with Middletown Ford Service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They try to overcharge you try to say you parts your car donβt need I took my 2002 F150 in do have a key programmed and the antitheft reset they came back at me that I needed a new instrument cluster tried to charge me $1400 for the instrument panel I had the truck towed in and I had to have the truck towed home on the paperwork said the truck was mobile when I got there to pick it up it was doing the same thing cranking an not starting and they said they reset the brain and program the key truck was still not mobile but on the paperwork says itβs mobile charge me $400 for this and still had to have my truck towed home from the Middletown Ford dealership I recommend do not take your car to Middletown Ford for any kind of mechanical issues yours truly Parl Holder
They lead you on, then claim to be super busy with other clients during a pandemic. They also didnβt know how to handle a simple airbag recall.
