Talked to Doug on the phone prior to going to see his cars. Sometimes you just get a gut feeling when someone is honest. Ended up buying a 2017 Civic from him with my daughter. Great deal! I have yet to have had anything other than a positive experience with Doug and his staff. Since connecting with him, Ive gotten two cars from them as well as had him fix any damages. He is always friendly and does his best to be efficient. Ive also seen him go above and beyond what I asked, doing everything he could do be helpful. Doug and his staff are always helpful. They don’t always have every part but they work with you to try to locate it if possible. Aftermarket sales are well priced and with a reasonable return policy. I’ve bought 10+ cars from Car Connection and countless parts.

Bought a Audi R8 with water damage here without seeing it in person. I had to rely on Doug‘s detailed description of the cars state after he did a little inspection on it.He was always available when i had additional questions. Everything he described was accurate and he didn’t try to make it sound better then it is.All the spare parts that were taken off for inspection were left in the car and nothing was taken out or swapped. I am very happy with my purchase. They also helped loading the car up on the transporter without me being present. Would definitely do it again.

I spent near $5000 in parts with this company, 2 different times they sent the wrong parts, we paid the shipping to correct their mistake. It has been 6 months and they still have not rectified one of the issues. Another part they sold me was not described properly. Even though they never shipped the part the Owner Doug refused to refund the money. He can keep the part and the money. Be aware of this company and their professionalism.
