This is not the average auto part place period this store is mainly for foreign models. It took a bit for me to understand how the location worked. I use the one in Middletown. It is a great place to go get your parts. I have an Audi so a lot of the parts that I on dont don’t come from the dealer, come from here period it’s very rare that something is in stock, but they usually have it by the next day. I was just about to talk about the staff, the staff at that location are great. They do an awesome job and are very knowledgeable and usually do a great job when I need a specialty tool or part for the vehicle. They have several locations, and I think they do send parts between the chain autoparts retailers as well, therefore if you do need something from one of those chain retailers. I do believe that they can have a right to them period if you’re in my area and you have a foreign vehicle, this is the place to go.

This place used to be pretty good ! In the last several years it’s gotten worse ! And now a new manager, I’m sorry to say they’re no words for it now

Very very bad need to replace the manager in this store I call up looking for a part he made like he look up the parts came on the phone we do have it I had someone else call he had it this guy been giving me a problem day 1 no one will do not about it will not give us credit ever parts store we have credit with I buy a lot of parts been in business over 10 years so I will write next to BUB ON THIS PROBLEM
