I initially came in and worked with Tyler. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. Ended up leaving and coming back another day. This time I worked with Mantwan and he got me the part I needed. It’s a great store, it just depends on which person you get to help you.

Walked in, had immediate help. The guy checked my battery yeap confirmed. Bought the new battery. My car wouldnt start, so they let me borrow the wrench to change out my battery. Highly recommend this place. Now my car starts right up again.

We were greeted by a very grouchy lady.She tried to help us but got very frustrated after 2 minutes.Thank God for Alden.He was outstanding.Went the extra mile to determine our part number. Located and completed our transaction in 10 minutes.Way to go Alden.Associates like Alden makes you want to return to NAPA.My vote for Associate of the Month

This is the best NAPA to go to. Its located at the distribution center so they have pretty much anything in stock that you could ever need. NAPA tends to have the best quality parts too, out of all of the big chain auto parts retailers. If I need a part same day, this is my go-to place.

I’ve been going here for a long time and the parts are great quality but not always great quality employees. There are some good ones but there’s always been those that just want to sell you something wether it’s right or wrong and move on to the next customer. Lately I’ve been dealing with Alden and I have to say he’s by far one of the best employees I’ve dealt with at any of the local parts stores. He’s always willing to spend the extra time to make sure you leave with the correct parts which is a blessing when it’s a 20 minute ride and your in the middle of a project. The world needs more people like Alden for all your 80’s Chevy needs he’s the man. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional I will be recommending people to him at Napa Middletown in the future.

This Napa is definitely one of the best that I’ve been in. However, Mantwan, the assistant manager, is the reason why they get 5-stars from me. Not only did he make good on a mistake that another Napa made, but he also installed my windshield wiper for me. Give that man a raise and a trophy!

I ordered some parts they had them waiting for me when I got their, all I had to do was pay. I ordered a part that came with the timing kit and they refunded the money with no problem.

I bought wiper blades in July, had issues that became a nuisance in November. Brian swapped them out in stride. Putting them on and encouraging me to come back if I had any more troubles. Big store, easy to shop!

I explained what I was looking for and (4) employees couldnt help me so on my way out of the store I stopped in the electrical aisle and found exactly what I was looking for myself......

This is a NAPA, a wholesale parts store. You arent going to get fawned over like you would in a retail-only parts store. They also arent going to give you the best price. They save that for the wholesale customers. You come here to find stuff that nobody else has on site and for the knowledge of the sales staff. Thats worth the premium prices.The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with you. The state warehouse for NAPA is right next door, so availability of parts is excellent. The quality of the parts is much higher than at retail-only places, again well worth a premium price.

I just spoke on the phone with Antoine? About getting a valve cover gasket. I’m not familiar with cars in general especially during this social distancing thing. I called from my car about the part just to get an estimate and then I told him If check with my boyfriend to make sure I got the right part and what we wanted to do about fixing it. I go inside with my VIN just to make sure I’ve got the right part. Bob, who was a very kind employee was getting my valve cover gasket in the back and while he is getting it I can hear Antoine telling his coworkers about me and making fun of me about how I went about this interaction. I’m not a car person at all and I did not enjoy being made fun of for my lack of knowledge. This man deserves to be reprimanded because I am a very unhappy customer

Now usually I have great service ! But today I pulled in and this blond lady flagged me down ! She asked if I could give her a jump and explained to me she just bought a battery from them ! Wait ! What ? You guys wouldnt install her battery and left her stranded in the parking lot ? I went inside and told them that was poor customer service to leave this lady stranded and I left ! Sorry guys ! Seems your service is comming up short for your customers! Now I get you probably are not required to install it ! But to not carry out the battery for her then leave her stranded?

Just went for a wiper blade replacement. After purchase was in parking lot trying to remove old blade but was having trouble. Woman salesperson saw me and came to my assistance. She removed the old blade and mounted the new one for me.I have much respect for that woman. Ive replaced many blades on my twenty two year old truck but on this occasion needed help, and she was right there with assistance. Thats five star service in my book. *****

Never had an issue with this store before. Asked for help with a trailer hitch light control socket. I asked several questions. No answers given. The counter guy said pointed saying towing stuff second aisle from the end. What service!

Sales reps are knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

This place is often quick for being understaffed, and does a great job with trying to influence people to follow store policy mask wise.

I work for Key Chevrolet, and if anything ever comes up for a special part we cant get, I take the 10 minute drive up the road and they get it done. Im also part of the Fazzino family who owns the Wallingford and Meriden Napa stores, so shout out to our brothers up the road!

I was traveling a long distance and at my last full service fueling, the gas cap was replaced, but broken. I realized it much later on my trip. In an unfamiliar area, I called in on a Sunday to this store and the person was so helpful (I think his name was Matt). They not only reserved the part for me but helped put it on (and get the old one off). Amazing how a small thing can be so crucial to your journey. I rate them A-plus for customer satisfaction!

Nice employees, but I am out $$$$ I originally spent at another NAPA store because of this store. it is not their policy to give you that difference that you paid vs what they charge for the same parts when returning items.I was never told his and now am painfully aware of this. NEVER going to a NAPA store again!

Went in Saturday morning. Staff was very helpful. Wait time was about average. This is a warehouse so parts have to be picked from the back and brought up and that takes time so do not expect to be in and out in 2 minutes.

Almost always have the parts, but expect to wait in line.

I really want to say how much of a help Lynn was today with getting me squared away with parts. She was newer to dealing with parts and said she is usually in the office, but she saw the wait and wanted to get me moving. I did not have a short or easy list of parts I needed but she kept up and when she didnt have an answer for a question of mine, rather than guess she promptly got the right answer from someone who had it. I can honestly say that with how long my list was, Lynn still got me in and out of there faster than usual, with the distraction of the front windows of the store being torn out for replacement and all. Hopefully she is appreciated there, thanks again Lynn.

This is a NAPA warehouse that ships to other NAPAs. They are open late. The store is very clean with good lighting. Excellent staff who actually know about cars and are very helpful.

This place sucks! Scumbags offer batteries on sale for 89$ told me 5$ core charge.go to ring out and its a 27$ core. I specifically asked if I had to bring the same group back for core charge they said NO just bring big batteries so I did they offered me 5$ back on the core

This is the best Napa in the area you can go to because it is the warehouse for all the local Napas. The prices are usually much cheaper than the stores but they will have more of a selection. For the most part they should have anything you need in stock if not they can order it for you if they need to.

The biggest things that separate Napa from its local competitors are the fact that they are open till 10pm and they have a significantly wider selection of available parts being that they are a warehouse. Other than that...service is sub par most times. Still better service than autozone or advanced locally but doesnt outweigh the pros. Definitely will continue to shop here over other places.
