I looked cards up online before I go to the store make sure they have got what I need or something close to it and it never fails is either no sorry the internets wrong with dont have that in stock after they said they did or the price that they put on the Internet is nothing like the price that they want to charge at the store I am done with you AutoZone if I could give a negative star I would

Very helpful, knowledgeable and fast! Andrew was awesome.

I went in, 5 people behind the counter ignored me standing there, at least two just having a chat. Another employee came out, threw me a, How ya doing, on his way out the door. That was the only acknowledgement of my presence. I drove up the street to OReilly and got what I needed in minutes. I dont have time to chase people to give them my business.

Stated that I needed rear tires brake pads but the gentleman sold me the front ones. Luckily, I went to another store and replaced them with the right ones. Wish I double checked but had no experience with which one is which until my mechanic saw them. Maybe be little more attentive

I came into the store Saturday May 30th 2020 needing a brake light. I was helped by a very nice gentleman. I believe his name was Pat. I must say no one has ever been more helpful to me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and glad to help me out. As a woman, its not always easy going to a parts store. I will definitely bring my business to this store from now on. This store is kinda hidden behind a new oreillys auto like they were trying to block the autozone out of the view of some people. I have found the autozone to be better priced though and with a more knowledgeable staff. So, dont just see the bright new shiny oreillys and pass up this hidden location because its out of sight.

Staff was super kind and helpful and they had just what I needed. They replaced battery in my wifes car quickly as well which was nice.

This is my views and opinions only. They have a high turn over for employees and I have had several parts fail.

My husband went to Autozone this evening to get a battery for my car that died. We were willing to pay $109 for the battery we needed and there were three batteries in stock but a gentleman named Andrew told him to come back tomorrow. He couldn’t get him the battery because it was on the bottom of a skid. A gentleman named Patrick helped him starting out and he did a great job. The complaint is with Andrew. Who was wearing a gray shirt. We will not be returning to this store tomorrow to purchase this battery. Very poor customer service.

I will go across town or order online before I even attempt to go to an auto zone. The store will be empty and they will put you on hold for 45 minutes.

I have dealt with auto zone for the last twenty five years and they have always had the right parts for my vehicles. I highly recommend this parts store.

I love auto zone but with that being said take some advice. Customers should be able to pick the employee that they want to help them. I hate walking in and getting stuck with the one employee that dont know anything past how to look something up in the computer. Come on AutoZone I dont know much about my car so i need yall to know about my car. Cant be two people not knowing.....feel me?

Fantastic place to get parts. Employees are courteous helpful patient with people. Thats my place for auto needs.They have put windshield wiper on for me.They put a new battery in for meAdvised me on parts.A wonderful crew.

The employee was so helpful! I have a hard time picking up things for the car, and the guy working there did everything for me! He picked everything out I needed, carried it for me, and answered all of my silly questions. I will always use this autozone from now on.

Im not thrilled. Roosevelt AutoZone rarely if ever has whatever part in stock. They called Central to put a hold on a like product and quoted me a $145. plus change price before tax. Right! Central charged me $189. plus change before tax and said they had no idea why Roosevelt said that. Well...it IS what was on the computer screen. As I said, Im NOT thrilled.

A great place to get auto parts but sometimes you get a worker serving you who doesnt know a thing about what you are asking for and i wish that Auto Zone would make sure that their employees would know a lot about their job so that they can better service a custom in need.

Worst autozone I’ve experienced! Stood in line for over 30 minutes because only two people were working this afternoon, when it was finally my turn this guy that just walked in that was clearly friends with the girl working there went right to the counter and she gladly assisted him, even when I and the others behind me called her out she just gave us a blank stare and acted like there was nothing wrong.

Wrong brake line sold to us with rear brakes. Seems, you would be able to get the correct size if you had the info for the drum, cylinder and pads. Upon returning, out of US thread and had to go downtown to reexplain to new sales person. All and all, wasted over an hour and no refund for their mistake.

They where awesome. Very much a help . Im disabled and Truely depend on my van I had 2 different guys stop what they was doing to come outside in the cold and make sure my EGR and BATTERY was tested correctly. Thank you again to both of you. On CENTRAL AVE. Could not have treated me any better. Felt like talking to family members they was so nice. I will come back to buy all my parts from them or at least this store. The info they told me was GOLDEN. Thank you Sirs.....

General they are great. This time they gave me the wrong bulb for my headlights. I have to wait 3 days for a refund on my bank card.

I get all my car parts from here. They are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes they have long lines but thats because they are taking the time to wait on other customers. I always get the same treatment when I am up at the counter. They help find what you need when you need it. If you need help or advice with installing something they can help with that most of the time.

The guys are always friendly and it seems they have more parts in stock then most of the Autozones in the area. Its been several months back but I was sold some routers and a piece that should have been taken off my old set wasnt. After I ran the truck for a couple weeks I noticed the pads that I just replace were about shot. The manager new right away they messed up and comped me an entire front end break system with upgraded parts. Bad they messed up. Great they made it right.
