Employees are polite and friendly. Waiting area is clean and provides complementary bottles of water, cans of soda, and coffee. The restroom was clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the service was slow- my oil change took well over an hour. The nice thing is the employee checking me in for the appointment was very up-front about them being short staffed, so I knew what the expect.

I scheduled my car for service based on a lettee from gm regarding experiencing knocking and engine oil consumption even provided diagnostic code for engine light I received from onstar tbe company wanted to charge me $125 to read diagnostic again. Service woman seemed to be rushing more than listening

Their costumer service and Chris Allison is horrible need to talk to Jeff Schmitt personally about this location hasnt keep their word... Me and my husband spent over$500dollars and gave us the wrong diagnosis about our vehicle and tells us we not responsible and had the money to pay for the part we need... me and my husband knew the problem was and we was basically over looked liked we didnt know the problem with the car

Easy to get an appointment (I use online). Careful about suggestions for additional (and in my opinion) unneeded service (an alignment in just a year?). Very friendly staff that keep me coming back.
