Good service. They possess good skills and they are honest. I went there thinking that driver side power window motor needs to be replaced as suggested by another mechanic. But here they diagnosed it as wiring problem and got it fixed in few hours. I would definitely recommend them for quality and reasonable service

Had a transmission issue with my car, got stuck on the road and had to call Triple A to tow me. Triple A wouldnt let me ride with them to this shop because of covid, so an employee of Miamisburg Auto Service picked me up and drove me to the shop. This was greatly appreciated and that level of service is not seen anywhere else. The issue with the car was handled very professionally, they do NOT price gouge you, and they are honest down to earth folks. I greatly recommend this shop if you have any automobile needs!! My 2011 Chevy Cruze needed the water pump replaced. They got me in the same day I called and had my car done promptly. Everyone is very nice and professional. Not to mention they saved me HUNDREDS compared to what other places were quoting me. I will 100% return and recommend them to anyone in need of maintenance on their vehicle. So thankful for Del and the other guys there!

They always do a great job taking care of my cars, and are the most honest, reasonable auto shop I know! They fixed an issue several years ago in my old car that nobody else seemed to be able to fix with the axle. Now we have new cars, but they are still the place to go for regular maintenance and oil changes. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Today was the first time at this shop and it was awesome. Friendly bunch of guys and fair prices! They even had one of the workers drive me back home while they work on my car! I dont pick my car up until tomorrow but Im already planning on being a loyal customer to these guys.

Ive been bringing the family cars here since 2001. Service is friendly and workmanship has always been good. Opinions and quotes they have provided have always been honest and competitive. Never had any of the sales BS or lies Ive gotten from other places. Thats why even though we dont live in Miamisburg any more, we still make the trip to get the work done here. Ive always appreciated that it doesnt matter if its me or my wife in the shop, the honest treatment is the same. Ive paid a bit more for some stuff but when Im getting honesty, customer service and work I dont have to get checked or fixed somewhere else, its well worth it. They are pretty on the mark with estimates of when the work will be done and weve taken advantage of their pick up/drop off (driver, not the car) service before, which is appreciated. Ive only had minor work, repairs and maintenance on the cars, so I cant speak to any major overhaul work. I honestly cant think of a bad experience weve ever had here.

Honest. Went here for the first time after the dealer quoted thousands of $ in repairs needed. Tldr;. I did not need all of those expensive repairsA few years later and I still recommended.

Thought I needed front brake pads because my peddle was mushy and I was hearing noises from the front wheels. Took it to Miamisburg Auto for repair. Got a call asking why I thought I needed brakes and was then told all my brakes were in very good shape. They just adjusted them and that was that. Got off cheap and I appreciate their honesty.

Once tire discounters told me my breaks needed replaced so I dropped it off at Miamisburg Auto and they called to tell me the breaks had plenty of life left on them. This speaks volumes - positively about Miamisburg Auto and poorly to Tire Discounters. Miamisburg Auto is honest and charge reasonable amounts.
