The young lady working the counter was very helpful in explaining the [many] problems my car is experiencing. She even took the time to look up parts and explain to me the cost and why everything cost what it did. But the best part? That was the cleanest restroom! It was cleaner than most peoples personal restrooms! And I knew when I went in there that I had to leave five stars! And that doesnt even cover the little coffee bar they have when you walk in! Great atmosphere great people decent price.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Ben and his crew were wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and delivered an excellent product for the price. I had a major repair job done that cost nearly 7K and felt completely confident that I would be in good hands. I will absolutely be returning with any other automotive issues I have in the future

Im completely shocked and amazed with how my experience at Kiddles was. After being told my auto repair was going to be costly (by another very well known auto repair garage; Pep Boys), I read a few reviews about Kiddles and had my vehicle towed there. They completed the exact same repair for half the price and were very informative throughout the entire process. They didnt sell me a bunch of extra things that I didnt need or speak to me in mechanic jargon that most people dont know or understand. I have found that trusting any service center can be frightening but everyone at Kiddles went above and beyond to provide a near perfect experience. I would highly recommend their service and will be using them in the future!

I took my car and truck to Kiddles to have new tires that I purchased online swapped out for the old ones. The price was fair. I had asked for an alignment on the car and when I went to pick it up they showed me the paperwork and told me that the cars alignment checked out fine and I didnt need an alignment, neither did they charge me to check the alignment. Had this been one of many other shops Im sure I would have gotten charged for the alignment whether they actually needed to do one or not. Their honesty more than likely got them a customer the next time I need something done. Thanks Ben!!

Ben is an honest and fair guy. He always does his best to get your car up and running. I have had 4 cars that he has worked on and there has never been a time I have been unsatisfied.

Cant say enough how much I appreciate these guys! After dealing with Jiffy Lube giving me an estimate of $6500 and needing to replace several pieces of my front end including the rack and pinion, I had my car towed here for a 2nd opinion and I am glad I did. They took a look at my car and turns out only needed to replace the tie-rod and my estimate was only a fraction what Jiffy Lube tried to charge. Never, ever, ever go here. They are dishonest and they overcharge.I went in for a simple serpentine belt replacement (usually a $200-300 job) and was charged $600. Its not like a drive some fancy import or something, its an old Honda Civic. To make matters worse, its since been a year that I had the belt replaced and my new belt is already running dry and causing problems. Now I have to go replace it again after Kiddles serviced it only a year ago. What a scam, I just know they put an older belt in my car and charged me twice for their trouble.And that wasnt even the worst of it. As I was checking out, the head mechanic says I need a new O2 sensor and that it would be about $800 (saying some labor intensive bull, again this is typically a $200-500 job). I declined, and when I got in my car to drive off, the car was making nasty noises it wasnt making before I drove it onto their lot. Those dudes must have swapped my sensor with an older one. Pure scam, and they thought I would sit there and pay them twice the normal rate to replace the sensor they swapped out of my car.This place is dishonest at best, and a flagrant chop shop at worst. I am reporting them to the BBB, and you should avoid them like the plague.

I three repairs done. Price beat all whom I compared. One job was a suspension issue that another shop made me feel I had to go to a dealer for or was going to be too much. Ben and his crew fixed it right up. I plan to keep going here!

I thought I had a great experience but In fact down the road, my car is not at all what they made it appear!!!! I got my car back in August and its April. First of all I will praise on the welding job. But seriously they put a used plastic radtior not to mention it had a screw inside of it! Come on seriously! Then I just found that my fog lights was never plugged in they didnt replace my driver side seat belt! And my navigation radio! Im seriously wondering where my $3000.00 really went to! Not to mention Ben wouldnt give me a receipt when I asked for a detailed reciept because he gave me such a hell of a deal!!! According to him!So dont let them kid You! I will never ever go back!!! Not after everything I just found out!I have a awesome mechanic and he laughs at kiddles because he has to fix their BS. work down the road!

So first took my car to jiffy lube, they told me I had a blow head gasket. I then took my car to kiddles, where he assured me I did not have a blown head gasket, cleaned out my overflow and gave me an oil change. Fastforward a month and I am stuck on the side of the highway, got it towed to kiddles and he told me I had a blown head gasket. Got it fixed, kept my car for 3 weeks. Fastforward another month, stuck on the side of the road again, same symptoms of when my head gasket blew. A MONTH. he claims jiffy lube techs are idiots but what are the chances they tell me I have a blown head gasket then 3 weeks later its blown.... My bf went in to complain and he said the mechanic and his wife told him to leave. He kept claiming it was my fault but he is the only one that touched my car in that timeframe.Terrible customer service and I will most likely be stuck on the side of the road in another month, 2200 dollars later.

We have done business with Ben Kiddle for about 3 years and have always been happyand fairly priced....I have sent friends there and they were also happy.

Best shop around

After spending almost a Grand for a brake job it looks like crap. I had New slotted and drilled rotors, ceramic brake pads, and had the calipers repainted what was suppose to be red ( it looks more like burnt orange). Not to mention theres no paperwork period. Guess now I gotta go spend more money to get my calipers RED. Thought you could trust a business with an A+ rating from the BBB but guess you cant.
