One of the worst companies in Miami. Horrible customer service, never receive orders on time and go out of their way to avoid helping customers

Unprofessional isn’t enough to how describe the customer service in this place. I bought more than 1k with this company. They can’t even locate my account into the system.I called today for more information about lids & even to orden more bottles. They stated they are too busy and my sales advisor is the only one who can assist me but they are extremely busy (they even use that phrase)CUSTOMER SERVICE WORST!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a shame how unreliable this company has been. I’m a small business, desperately trying to stay open because of COVID. We needed some supplies to fulfill this order and that’s where I thought AAC could help but they didn’t. They didn’t even call me or email me back. I found out they let go of Carlos my salesman and that got me upset. I know one thing for sure was Carlos ALWAYS got back to me. I don’t recommend using All American Containers because you can purchase online for the same amount or even less and still have the best customer service then counting on AAC. After a week of absolutely no answer, I bought my supplies at Berlin packaging.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would Ive been dealing with this company for over 2 and a 1/2 years and before they were bought out by a bigger company the company seemed to be doing their job professionally and as soon as the company was bought out everything went downhill. All the good people that have been there for years were fired all the good drivers were fired all the good sales people and managers were fired leaving a bunch of clowns to run the show. They cant even get an order straight meaning I order bottles and they cannot get bottles from point a to point B in a reasonable amount of time without forcing you into a contract in which a credit terms dont even cover this company has truly become a con artist and a scam. I suggest to anyone thinking about doing business with this company to find another company at all cost they do not care about you as a small business much less your product youre trying to purchase from them. My business partner and I when in 2 days ago to formally cancel our account and the contract that they forced us to sign in order to just get bottles for my local business. They lost a $30,000 contract because of their shady and unethical business practices. Remember all american that you are not the only company to sell bottles. Your business practices will come back to haunt you as you lose more and more accounts due to your gross negligence.

High quality inventory and responsive but somewhat rigid in their policies. I’ve been working with them for a couple years and I find them to be among the most reputable suppliers in the Miami area for bulk container purchases.

Prepare to waste your whole day if your doing a pickup

I was a temp driver for them. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was kind.

From ordering by phone to pickup the order everything was smooth and friendly staff.

Pit bulls galore! But of course they arent classified as such for adoption purposes...Staff was dry but efficient...unfriendly at best. All dogs looked very well cared for and facility was clean.

Truckers avoid this place 4 hours to be loaded
