Jorge the manager was super friendly and helpful. I ended up buying not only the 12 seat dinning set but the 5 seats bar as well. It looks amazing and here are the photos to prove it. The next day, pool screen company guy stops by to give me an estimate on 2 screen panels that need to be replaced. My new set caught his attention immediately. We initially thought the products and service were good, but when we unpacked our patio furniture we noticed that one of our outdoor swivel chairs was leaning forward. When you would sit on it you felt yourself leaning forward. I figured this was due to a bent frame. So, I called Tiffany the manager of the store to let her know and she said she would order me another chair. She did in that chair was Also bent. She was willing to order a third chair from the warehouse, but then called back after a week and said that her warehouse manager refused to send another chair because they were all the same. So I don’t know if what’s left in stock is damaged, or they just decided not to make the effort for us to be happy with your purchase. So, after spending thousands of dollars on new furniture I now have to learn to live with two swivel chairs that don’t look the same or feel the same. Very disappointing. I would recommend buying your patio furniture somewhere else!!!!!!!

Story started this week.Wanted to buy lounge chair.Wanted to buy one of the floor in the showroom.I get the usual 15% discount that they give when you ask.Then I go take the product and see before leaving the store that the chair was broken.Check what you buy, 99% chance they don’t put the washers, the spacers, and then theyWill tighten until the metal change shape.The local lady who is the “manager” of the store says: “don’t worry I will call them immediately tomorrow morning and you will get your chair here and I will call you”.She never called. She was not even in the store working.I got that other sales associate who tried to cover for her.It was as bad. He says I will call you tomorrow which was then an additional day.Then one more day, and guess what, no call.I had to call at 3:30pm and finally talked to him and says oh I was going to call you...I arrive and chair badly assembled, horrible quality not using washers, tightening the product too tight and damaging the structure.The sales associate did not even check the quality before I took it.They refunded me but I would have prefered to buy a good product and with good service.And finally I went to the store in person today,The manager was upset... she forgot who the customer is and recognize they screwed up and try to do everything to fix the situation.She even mentioned “ I did not have your phone number!!!”. It tells you a lot of the type of people who work there.The long story short:- bad staff- not following through customer cases- get upset when you tell them that they lie to you because they don’t do what they told you- the price of the product is extremely high compared to the quality of the service you get.- they even tell you that you don’t have to buy anything from themI would have loved to spend money, but for sure now I will find a different place where people care about customer service and quality.This is very disappointing when you try to help a local business.If this is the way the company is managed, this is terrible for the employee and the management is not leading by example.Problem comes from management here for sure.

We visited the showroom in Miami last night, and we had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany who was well-versed in the different outdoor furniture styles, material, color combinations, etc. She knew exactly what we were looking for and she helped settle my doubts when picking cushion colors and combinations.
