Horrible service. Took a while for the delivery then the order wasn’t what I wanted. When I went to confront about the order they said it was my fault for accepting the order. Very rude and Cesar was very condescending. The owner came out and didn’t even look at me, she just through around the box with my product. Never coming back and good luck having that service at Miami’s design district.

I cannot tell how much the owners help me designing space in my house. Besides the excellent quality furniture, they even gave me tips to improve my decor with things I already have. Amazing service. The best designers in town.

I can’t tell enough good things about this place. We just renovated our house and I was feeling a little bit overwhelmed with everything. They made me feel at easy, I worked with the designer who listened and helped me to make smart decisions. The quality of the furniture is amazing and the customer service was just the cherry on the top! My house looks incredible and I had no stress !!! Thank you guys!

They are very good sellers, but they are very bad with the delivery of things they commit offering. Typical over-promise under-deliver.

This is the most horrible store are there to buy furniture, its true that they are modern but it is of no use to them, we ordered a set of 6 chairs and a dining Table for 6 months already and we pay him half the money and we still have nothing, CESAR AMARAL who claims to be customer service manager is not given face and never called us by phone and he responds email between 2 o 3 weeks, I had never heard that a container at customs would take more than 6 months to give it release, and now he tells us that if we want to cancel the order .. (PLEASE DON’T EVER BUY HERE)👎🏻They are a truly disrespectful company DESING DEPOT, CONTEMPORARY HOUSE .

Horrible experience. Ordered some stools for my kitchen. Delivery date 25 of April. We are in May 20 and nothing yet. I’ve called they say someone will get back to me and never happens. I will never buy here again. Horrible

Terrible experience. Ordered a chair that they said they had in stock. They tried to deliver the scratched floor model. Then they said it would be delivered in two weeks. 5 unanswered calls later I find out they dont have it and it will be 2 months to get it. Very poor service.

My car stopped working late at night and I put a sign that said I was having car trouble with my number to contact me if there was any problems. The next day I came and it was there, I was waiting for AAA and told the guy patrolling their empty parking lot we were waiting for AAA. The owner proceeded to call a tow company to tow it to an impound lot, luckily we were sitting there waiting for AAA and told the guy that they were on the way already and made us pay $50 for him to put it down. I did not shop here but the employees were horrible from the 2 hours we had to deal with them.

Their service is really bad, Cesar Amaral de manager won’t return my phone calls or my emails, neither does the sales person. I have called and emailed several times with no answer. I payed the deposit for my order on January 12 it was supposed to be 3 moths, 12 weeks at the most. Today is June 21st more than 6 months and I am still missing 2 Tables and 2 chairs . Their lack of care and interest for their clients is really unacceptable. If you want to save your self from having a really bad experience and waiting 6 months for your pieces go somewhere else.
