Ethan Allen is my favorite furniture store. David Klein, was simply amazing!!!! I purchased a gorgeous sleigh bed (the Robyn Bed) and it exceeded my expectations. David was kind, extremely attentive, a consummate professional and so knowledgeable! He even went as far as to help me with an issue I had with a previously purchased piece. Truly a wonderful experience! Everyone that visits the store should ask for David. 💗

I was so pleased to have a skilled designer, David Charles, to help me see the products in my home. I have a beautiful Ethan Allen sofa that needed new cushion stuffing. The sofa has been discontinued but Alex Garzon went to bat for me with Ethan Allen corporate until the issue was resolved. Hes extremely professional and worked hard on my behalf. It looks and feels like a brand new sofa! I couldnt be happier and I would work with him again in a hearbeat.

I must acknowledge EA associate and skilled designer David Klein on his professionalism. Mr. Klein assisted me at the showroom. I wasbeginning an early search for the perfect dining chairs for my client.I explained to Mr. Klein that my clients already had a dining table, that the challenge would be blending new chairs to an existing piece. I described their table and the general ‘look’ we were hoping to create. He instantly had a vision!Mr. Klein gave me the opportunity to explore the showroom, then asked pertinent questions. Custom furniture ordered 9/12/20 arrived 2/12/21 extremely defective, poor workmanship on custom upholstery. Salesperson came to my home and immediately declared furniture to be of poor quality on upholstery. Manager called to make arrangements for chairsToday 3/17/21 no resolution. I have expensive chairs that look like I got them from Walmart.Just saw your answer that Ethan Allen would correct upholstery workmanship at no charge to me.However, salesperson just called saying for a nominal charge of $1000.00 they would gladly fix my $7000.00 chairs that were made wrong.You all really have nerve

I’ve been working with David to buy the key pieces for my living room. He has been so helpful and tasteful throughout the process! He really knows and enjoys interior design and it’s such a pleasure to ask him for advice. Although the furniture does take a while to arrive due to customization and covid, I recently received my sofa and it is gorgeous and well made! I’m never going back to those mainstream furniture stores. I considered West Elm and Crate and Barrel but Ethan Allen is way better and comparable in pricing, and you will find great timeless furniture. Can’t wait for my accent chairs to arrive!!!

It had been a while I didnt visit an Ethan Allen however they continue to be friendly and professional. The service is exceptional. Show room is not as big as it used to be, only downside. Quality is excellent, as only Ethan Allen can do. Id defenitely recommend.

We purchased the Arcata sectional. It was worth the wait! The craftsmanship is immaculate, as expected from Ethan Allen. It was white gloved delivered and we could not be happier. Weve received many compliments on it. I would totally recommend them. Great experience with our sales person Annable on the Miami store, she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been working with Gio over the last several months to furnish and decorating my new home and I absolutely love the results. Gio has gone above and beyond to understand my tastes and preferences and it shows in every aspect of my decor. She has been there with me every step of the way as we turned our new house into a beautiful home that is our oasis. She loves what she does and her passion shows! She puts in hours well beyond what is required to make sure I am happy with every little thing. I am so thankful for her and so in love with my new home!! I had a great experience at Ethan Allen, especially with the help of Luciane! I explained what me and my husband were looking for and she even came by our home to take pictures and measurements to customize a room design for us. She was a pleasure to work with and you can tell how much she loves what she does.

Very happy with our Jensen bed. The fabric and the tailoring came out beautifully. It took me months to make up my mid and Luciane helped me through with her infinite patience.

Lucianne was able to take over exactly where my home design had left off and made the design transition seamless. She’s professional, an extremely hard worker, and understood our vision. I was also happy to find there was a new manager at the store. Marcia was involved throughout the design process and was a pleasure to deal with. Alex and the other designers helped as well. Working with Ethan Allen was a experience that I would recommend to anybody looking to redecorate their home or office. A good experience with any store begins with the employees. Luciane was a perfect match for me. I pretty much knew what I wanted but needed some advice on the fabrics and colors. She was great and made the experience easy and pleasant.The items purchased were meant as a gift. Upon arrival, the items were met with approval. The sofa was assembled in Mexico and the chair was assembled in the US. Both are well made but he US assembled chair seems slightly better. The only real issue was loose stitching on a throw pillow which Luciane quickly resolved by replacing.

I went on a Saturday, was closed, couldnt get in, sign said only by appointment went to Baers instead.

When the I got my delivery, I notice one of the chairs had a little scratch, they said the would send someone to correct, so, up to date nobody had come

The customer service is nonexistent. The sales person gave me false information as to delivery time and they were completely inept in getting correct information from corporate. Countless phone calls later and still nothing. I had to get the information myself What a disaster and I will never purchase from them again. If I could give them zero stars I would.

They have provided the WORST service I have ever experienced. I requested replacement inserts for my couch cushions (which I am paying for) and despite my order in November of last year plus numerous phone calls.....no one has responded.. Horrible service despite high prices! I will never return.

Ethan Allen is the first place to visit if you are looking for quality, good taste and if you need advice on decoration. We are happy with Giancarlo Gedler, an excellent designer who is in the Pinecrest store, he is a fashionista who enjoys his work, he visited us at home and I am waiting for all the things we buy to arrive!
