Jose was fantastic to work with! He was not overbearing, he let us walk try the furniture and just checked in to make sure we were doing okay. When we decided on a set he was extremely helpful answering our questions and giving helpful advice. I would highly recommend seeking him out if you shop there.

Purchasing patio furniture was easy and enjoyable today. Service was incredible. Jose Montesino wasn’t pushy whatsoever. He introduced himself and gave us our space to walk around. He checked in twice and offered expertise product knowledge. We were the first customers at 10am to avoid large crowds since my husband and I have a baby girl of 6 months old. It was perfect! What an amazing experience I had at this rooms to go patio store! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose who was very welcoming. He helped me through everything and answered all of my questions without hesitation, he was not a pushy sales person, he made suggestions as we walked through the store but I didn’t feel pressured and I really like that. I sure will come back for more items to this store!

The showroom display is full of furniture models, all with great quality, modern and nice looking and with either immediate availability and delivery or with short time waiting in some cases, but nothing crazy. Our salesperson Jose Miguel Montesino was very friendly and attentive in helping us the different models until the final purchase.

Found the Patio set we were needing at a good price. They were patient with us as we looked around, giving us lots of time to think about our choices. Only downside is we have to wait till July to get the delivery.

Very poor experience end to end. In store, it took almost 10 minutes to get a sales person’s attention. And there were at least 2 professionals available, one of them not wearing a mask properly. When I finally get some attention, the salesman insisted that I should get product A (more expensive) when I actually willing to get product B (that fit better my patio). Then, dozens of emails, sms, calls to confirm delivery. And finally, the assembling team is at home right now: 2 people NOT wearing masks!!! So disrespectful. Not the experience I was expecting to have.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased outdoor furniture mid July 2019 and a month later the “Outdoor” furniture was damaged. Apparently they sell “outdoor” furniture that does not withstand Florida weather. Material is not appropriate for outdoor use. Do not purchase anything with teak as it will not last. Do not purchase their protection package. I cannot say enough to deter anyone from this store. The manager Keisha is not someone you can reason with. She is fast to refer one to the small print on the contract. I understand being in Florida the weather is a factor but these furniture pieces (chaises/chairs) did not make it past 30 days after purchase before they showed stains. Stay away from this store and its products. They refer you to Fontegra who doesn’t cover anything. Rooms to go doesn’t cover anything either. Read these reviews before you go.

Dont come to this store, they charge you and then later, dont refund your money, I purchased a patio set on June 29th, and the manager there, didnt want to applied our tax exemptions, spending more than 5,000.00 dollars and we cancel the order at the same moment in the store and since June 29th, I am waiting for a credit in my debit card for $300.00 dollars, which is the delivery charge that we have to pay in advance, the store manager there does not have any authority or can not make any decision on her part. She is only there to see the people buying stuff, very sad, I am very frustrated with this issue. They are the ones to loss money. I dont recommend this place to nobody.

My worst experience buying patio furniture, I bought in December 2019 and we are just in August, I bought a dining set for my terrace, and in April one of the chairs the fabric broke and the table loses its color, I call to claim the insurance that I bought the day I made the purchase of the patio set and they gave me the appointment for August, they call week later that the technician was to my house to check patio set and they called me to tell me that the damage to the furniture is not covered by the insurance, the day I buy the The seller explained to me that the insurance covered any damage or accident. Everything is a lie and everything is for sale. The very unpleasant lady from costumer service told me that if I didnt like the decision I have to throw away the patio set and buy another one. I never thought shopping at Rooms to Go was a nightmare.

He showed us all our options when it came to selecting our furniture and discussed financing options so that we would be satisfied when we walked out of the showroom.We are now enjoying our patio set and would definitely recommend Carls because the quality is worth it.

I have purchased many items of furniture from Carls Patio in Miami over a number of years and have never been disappointed. The store manager, Jose Acala, has always assisted me personally with professional and courteous attention, guiding me to make the most of my selection. The added complication of shipping my orders overseas was never a problem and, again, ably managed by Jose keeping me timely informed during the process and checking with me on receipt that everything arrived in good order. I can honestly say that I am a very satisfied and loyal customer!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ROOMS TO GO!!!!!!I am very upset and disappointed with my recent furniture purchase/delivery. We purchased our sectional at the beginning of the month and received the delivery today 09/28 needless to say the sofas are different color, Im missing a piece, one of the pieces was scratched while they were unwrapping it, and one of them is a wrong piece. My delivery was scheduled for early in the day, but they didnt arrive until 3PM - I had to work around their schedule in order to have my delivery done (wasted my entire day). I tried calling customer services; was on hold for a 1 hour when they finally answered they hung up on me, tried calling back but the answering machine was on. Believe me I did not pick the 1 star review, this is automatically, if it was up to me I would give a negative star. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Purchased a patio set for my son’s college apartment which included two small tables. Carl’s failed to deliver a complete order, they omitted one table completely, and the second table has different sized legs-they left him with a completely lopsided table. Carl’s is refusing to remedy their mistake, as they are completely inflexible with delivery times (my son is a busy student in class most of the day) and clearly someone has to be present to examine the delivery as they can’t be trusted to bring what was ordered. When I have called, I’ve received nothing but lip service, and an attitude as though this is a bother to them. Shame on you Carl’s-first for trying to take advantage of a young college student, and secondly for your horrendous customer service. Shop elsewhere.

In April of this year, my wife and I visited the Carls Patio location in the Dadeland area and worked with Jose Alcala, who happened to be the store manager. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and patient while we shopped. After choosing the sectional couch and chair we wanted to buy, we told him that we needed to measure the patio at our home before finalizing the purchase. No pressure was applied. He just offered his help in any way that he could and told us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. Delivery was as advised, the quality was as expected and everything went smoothly. A very positive experience, and we would most definitely shop at Carls Patio again and seek out Jose to work with

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO !!!!!!Read this before you buy anything!!!!!!They sell you furniture with a year warranty and at 1 year and 1 month the furniture breaks and even if you get extended warranty as they sell it to you with a third company and they forget to tell you that as well. Now you call Rooms to go and they clean their hands telling you is Fortegra you should call. I called Fortegra and guess what they do not cover the damage on my furniture. This is a shark company that steals your money. I would never buy anything els from Rooms To Go and rest assure that I would never get any other services with Fortegra.

I bought $4000 worth of outside furniture they claim is real Teak 2 months later Mold is growing on the chairs and table for 12 faded it looks like I picked it out of a dumpster . STAY Away from Rooms to go is Jam 2020 we have been trying to use the insurance we paid extra we cannot anyone to answer the phone or call us back . Worse Furniture and expensive too.
