JD and his associates were so patient and knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect mattress. Our old mattress was lumpy and we were definitely due for an upgrade. Im very satisfied with the service they provided and confident that we will love our new mattress! The last time I was this excited was when I moved down to SD!If I could give this establishment more than 4 stars, I would!

Bad customer service, if you make returns, it charges you money, almost like buying another new item, it doesnt know how to talk to customers, it lowers you but it takes away your taxes. Unfair does not have a good return policy. I would honestly buy from Ikea but unfortunately this place was recommended to me and I regret it. Terrible attention I recommend to all those who wish to acquire anything related to beds and / or mattresses to go to any store except that one. Very high prices and do not return money (unlike other places) but only change the merchandise.
