Where shopping is a pleasure and everyday gets more expensive for no apparent reason. Still one of my favorite places to buy groceries. Everything is so clean. Nice and helpful staff.

This is a better place for fresh produce than the Aldi across the street. I divide my shopping between both stores. Your wallet will be better served at Publix for produce, specialty items, and a wider range of animal protein selections.

Always a pleasure to shop at Publix. People there are so nice. From the people at the hot meals counter to the management to the people working on filling in, all are so nice . Whats needed so much in the world today. Love goes a long way, and Publix people make you feel like family. They help me alot. The cashiers are so sweet and helpful. My favorite place to shop. They are the best. You couldnt find better anywhere. They are number one in my book of favorites.

I just went to this Publix and had a stellar experience with Mr. Noel Knight at the deli. He Has a beautiful attitude, and was very attentive of customers waiting for him. Many times you walk in somewhere and the employees don’t even look at you, or look bothered by having to deal with you. He definitely seems to enjoy what he does, and I am sure he brings smiles to people’s faces everyday. Thank you Sir for helping me today! I wish more people would carry out their day with as much of a positive attitude and graciousness as you!

This store is an older store. The associates are all pretty nice. The store is clean. Im not a fan of the self checkout at the middle. I feel it gets too congested with people. The layout could be a little better because the aisles, front office, and departments are outdated. All other Publix stores are remodeled and look more modern.

Decided to get a publix sub, simple ham and turkey, not toasted. This happened 12/6/2020 @ 7:30pm. The deli team were chatting cleaning up and no one bothered to look at us, intentionally almost. A gentleman at the deli came to the counter towards us, and lingered around. Started talking to another employee then attended us. He could not be less motivated. It seemed he was very bothered by us. He was tossing utensils here and there. He did not want to cut meats until we spoke up. The second sub was toasted, he threw the sandwich in and slammed the toaster door. The toaster did not want to start. He then opened and closed it normally and it worked. At this point I did not want to say anything else since hes handling our food and a sense of distrust emerged. At the end I asked if my sandwich could be cut slightly diagonal. He then cut my whole sandwich diagonally. I posted a picture. I didnt care much because I thought he at least cut it in a way I could still eat it. I dont know how to eat this and Im very disappointed because usually I go to publix because they offer better service than other places but with service like that, and surrounding employees not taking any action. I cant trust this location. I would rather drive further to avoid this location.We were attended by Diego

Every time I order a sub from the deli (online for pick up) they make it incorrectly. Please read and LEARN the way each of your menu items are done! The Gordon Blue sub comes with BACON, SWISS CHEESE AND DIJON MUSTARD MAYO, according to your online website. I never get these 3 ingredients in my sub. I am a constant customer as I live very close to this Publix so I order for lunch and even dinner sometimes. I would appreciate if the staff was encouraged to learn their menu items or at least to read it every time they’re making the sub. Thank you.

This is the Publix I go when Im in a hurry. Because is located on my way going anywhere or just going back home. They have a redbox and a pharmacy inside.Their service is always great and this past Monday my cashier was extra special with me, she personally went to find out about a price for me.I appreciate the clean place, organization but mostly their service. Went to my neighborhood Publix to take advantage of their all sub $5.99 spacial..I got to deli and I laugh to myself because they stack so much obstruction on top of the glass that I had to peak on the side because I want to see what they are doing....second,the employees have a hard time to put topping on the sub..third,she cut the tomatoes in half right-a-way and her explanation was because the whole tomatoes spill from a sub when you bite into it...😁They cut the topping before hand because it gives false sence to show the fullness of the sub...this has everything to do with cost and it has NOTHING to do with customer service...so Publix mop the floor and have bright lights,big deal...I will stick with tropical supermarket and thats only across the street from Publix...Too bad...

Been shopping here since 1991, clean grocery store, friendly employees. They have what my family enjoys. On two occasions, I spoke to the store manager and let him know that we liked a particular brand of sauces, which werent sold, and two weeks later they were on the shelves. Theres no reason for us to shop anywhere else. Well done!

Wow so in shock, no protection at all, no mask, no gloves, employees coughing and sneezing, publix is been always my favorite store until today, Ive been a loyal customer to them. I went to two different markets and every employee was covered up. Seems like you guys do not care about your employees and your customer.

Needs a major overhaul. Re positioning products, bad choice trying to fix something thats not. What is going on, middle management trying to keep their jobs? Finally replaced coolers that have been in desperate need of replacement for years.. theres a plus.

This Publix and the one in Briarbay are like my 3rd home, Im always there and even most staff know me by name. I love shopping at Publix where shopping is definitely a pleasure.

This location is a bit far for me but I was in the area so I ordered subs. I got to the store as the lady was finishing up my subs... She was giving me a weird look but I ignored it. I noticed after I had already paid and left that the bread was rock hard!! No wonder she was giving me weird looks, she probably thought I would notice right away and complain. Terrible! Any other location would call you to inform you if anything is wrong! Ive always ordered subs from publix and everytime there is a problem with the bread or any other ingredient they CALL to inform you. They call to see if you would like to change the bread or cancel your order. Its called customer service lady!! It seems like the employees here need to be retrained.

A smaller Publix, which is a plus because the produce, meat and fish are fresher. Good service - when I cant find something I can ask anyone and they will know or they will ask someone who knows where it is. And its near where I live.

Awesome shopping experience. I was looking for the best espresso coffee to make Cuban coffee and they lead me to the coffee section in the store and made a recommendation for the best brand.

This isnt the first or second time that I order subs online and get old HARD bread!!!! I tried calling the store and place a complaint to the manager but was left on hold. This Google review was my last option. I will never return to this store. Let alone order a sub. Totally disappointing. I hope someone with some authority sees this review and does something about it.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!I am here for art basel weekend and saw this place was nearby and was super excited to go stock up on necessary essentials. After browsing the aisles we stopped an employee named Chrissi for some assistance. She was SO polite so nice and so happy. I felt like she genuinely didnt mind helping! I really appreciated it! I was also there with my uncle and we both experienced great customer service at the register too! Anthony and Mandy were also both super nice! My uncle and I were like where do they find these people!? Why is everyone so nice and pleasant?! I just wanted to say thank you. A smile and friendliness goes a longgg wayyy and I just wanted to make it known that this customer service went a long way and we appreciated it.And Publix is clutch. We were able to get the toiletries and snacks we needed to help make our stay comfortable. Thanks guys!

I have never had a worse experience at any Publix than today when a woman named ANA made a chicken cordon blue sandwich for me. She was extremely unpleasant. I bought the half sub this time because the whole sub is usually much. The bread selected was very small and it seemed she hated preparing this sandwich. At the end I asked how much a wrap cost because the sandwich was not going to fill me. She repplied that is what you asked for. They could not find a code for a chicken cordon blue on a wrap. someone told her to put it as a special request. She said it is going to be 5.19. I said ok. She then put the other half of the ham and 2 slices of cheese. I realize this was still not going to be enough and asked her to put the entire meat please. she said she had already placed 3 cheese slices and would have to charge me more. I said ok. She then said I am not going to toast too much because it will get hard. In the end I paid almost 6 dollars for the half sub and another 8 dollars for the wrap. As she was giving it to me she said next time you will save more if you buy the whole sandwich with a smirk. I paid the sandwiches but this experience left me with such a bitter taste in my mouth i did not eat them at all. Meanwhile I saw the other lady doing the sandwich beside her was soooooooo sweet with her customer, I wonder why I did not have the valor to tell her I dont want you to assist me. I guess I was trying to respect her being an older person. I will tell all my friends and have them tell all their friends never to have this woman assist them as she will ruin for them the where shopping is a pleasure. I am sending a copy of this to corporate as I am sure she needs retraining to fit in with the typical courteous, kind, helpful publix employee. What a dissapointment.

This publix is great an all, however the selection of products is limited, i say this because there are many items that are not found at this publix location but are at others.

The customer service at this store is spectacular and the produce department is always neat and clean. The store in general is neat and clean.
