Target is always a pleasant experience. Everything I need and more, clean, friendly service, and amazing options when it comes to products. I really appreciate Targets contributions to the community and the way the company elevates people of all diverse walks of life. Target is my favorite place :-)

Organized, clean, centrally located Target to find what you need. It can get quite busy but we are used to doing self check out, thats usually quicker. The parking garage also connects right to it, so it is convenient getting your stuff into your car.

The first Target store Ive visited. It was a good experience : large, clean and well organized. Featuring all you may need, a needle as well as a Ferrari ( toy) 😉😂. Products of good quality and a great staff that answers all your questions . I recommend it as an interesting shopping option.

My fridge was already out of stock, so I decided to go to this grocery store. Thank God that this store has everything that I wanted. They have a very good selection of foods to buy and pleasant staff. Also, I love to walk in the entire store because it was big and comfortable. Besides, I have a great day making groceries here.

Everything you needed found under one roof. They have a great selection of goods, fresh produce, and meats. Whether it is imported or local, the price is just affordable and worth the money. The staff is very knowledgeable and knows everything about their sell products. Highly recommended!

I always have a very good shopping experience at the two Target stores I go (Miami Central and Aventura, both in FL). I was at the Miami Central store today to purchase a storage bench. I interacted with three associates. First, Jessica who was working in customer service. She called an associate, Noel, who promptly assisted me and brought the bench to the front desk. The time it took from entering the store until my exit was less than expected and both Noel and Jessica made my experience very enjoyable. The help provided by the associates was excellent. They were both courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I did not take the name of the third associate who help me take the bench to my car, I am also very appreciative of his help. The experience I had at the store (Miami Central) was much higher than what what I usually have at any other store, however as high as I always experience at Target. Thank you very much.

Never buy anything anything online to pick up here. Plastic things were fine but the metal kitchen garbage we bought online was can was complete damaged, dented and banged up when we came to pick it up. Then the cashiers ignored us when we wanted a refund. Finally, when shown the barcode, they couldn’t issue a refund to the same card be abuse the purchase wasn’t showing up. Cash was issued as refund, but the transaction took over an hour.

They have nonchemical and chemical-free connoisseur treats, as well as something in the centre. The food, as well as a few other features, are exceptional. After visiting this store, youll think twice about eating out all the time and just use your kitchen appliances. Ill probably return the next time Im in town. This is a fantastic spot for grocery shopping!

Shoppers be careful! My mom was recently robbed at this location! Security guard, even tough knew how it was, told her that could not do anything. Her bag was stolen from her shopping cart. Try to avoid the location if you can or Target all together. Very bad management!

I appreciated the availability of items and the cleanliness of the store. Theres a great selection of childrens clothes and shoes. The toy department is nice as well.The bathrooms needed a little more attention.

I am doing this survey because I was helped by a stellar Target employee, Daniella on 12/20/2020 around 6 pm. My credit card didnt work and I didnt have enough cash or another card to pay to get out of the parking garage. She bought an item and did cash back to give me the Parking Fee. She was so friendly and helpful and I would recommend going to this store to anyone. Give her a raise, promotion or something! Thank you so much for having such a great team. Absolutely love this Target Ive never had any issue with anything here and the friendly staff is always willing to go the extra mile. If you are looking for a clean, well stocked and friendly fun Target this is it.

A decent Target store, but I hate paying $2 an hour to park in the attached lot. Why cant the store validate it so if youre spending money shopping, you get free parking?The Target store itself is nicely laid out with lots of stock and a decent grocery section as well. I like how they have a ton of clearance clothes for men on the racks and shelves.The change room Target staff were just hanging out talking, there must have been 6 staff there huddled together. Whos managing this store?The food court area with the Starbucks and Target food is the worst I have ever seen. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl at the cash today told us we had to get in line on the other side. I said, weve been standing here for 5 minutes, cant you just serve us next? She would not. We get in line and wait and wait and when we ordered two hot dogs she told us it would take 30 minutes. Unreal! That woman with her hair in a ponytail was so rude to us, I dont know how the management allows this poor treatment of customers. The sitting area of tables and chairs was dirty, we werent staying.

Everyone that works there is very helpful and they have most of everything I need. Valnise was my checkout person at the Target in Midtown Miami and she made me aware of the savings I was able to get with my purchasesusing the Target app. She walked me through the process and I was amazed that I ended up saving almost $40! Combined with the 5% off by using my Target card I was able to save even more. Thank you Target andThank you Valnise!

This target is my favorite place to do shopping for my baby supplies. Always valuable goods for great prices. The fresh fruits and veggies are improving in variety. Quality products stands out from other stores. Parking place is cover and plenty of space.

Empty shelves everywhere

Awful experience, the cashier made it seem I was rude when all I ask to make sure if this was correct.They had signs for all the Easter candy for 50% but wanted to give me the 30% telling me it already 50 % when I knew the original price. She kept making me feel bad to other customers when I didnt have a lot of items that had to be fixed to begin with.

Convenience and good selection of products. Unfortunately, after returning home and reviewing my receipt, the checkout clerk used the wrong look-up codes for produce that I purchased, resulting in a higher price than the items I did select.

Excellent products and very good attention! They only have some discounted products, but it is very convenient and assorted.

The team member Destinaya helped me and her service was wonderful. She made sure I was ok with everything. I hope you guys congratulate her on her wonderful job.

We went early afternoon on a Sunday and it was not too crowded due to covid 19. My sister was looking for a bag for her daughter and we found it here. It was inexpensive, thus she bought another one for her. It was all so pretty. Highly recommended!

This target is kind of a nightmare.

I am from out of town and Target is one of my favorite stores. This target was very good except for the fact that a lot of items were lout of stock. That’s the only reason they lost a point. However i want to give a special mention to the cashier who checked us out. She was extremely polite and packed our bags very smartly (no bathroom cleaner packed with the yogurts like a lot of cashiers do). She was extremely pleasant and i wish i would have asked for her name so i could give a special mention to her here. Wish we had cashiers like her back home!

This is one of my favorite Target locations in South Florida. Be prepared to be blown away with how unique and special this Target location is compared to other Target locations in South Florida. The display team really did a brilliant job with the displays and layouts. It is quite sad that all Target locations cant look and feel like this. Definitely a great place to shop or visit if you are in the Design District

Great store. Great service. Luckily I’ve gotten extremely great help on all departments every time I’ve been there. If merchandise is not available, sales associate is quick to order it for me or check availability on another store. Women’s department is also great. Great variety of styles and sizes. Store is super convenient, you pretty much can find anything and everything.

This is a great place to come and grab what you need especially if youre looking for anything Target has it all!! This target is great. Always on point. Clean and organized. There is a wide variety of food. The bargain square in the entrance is my favorite and this target does it the best, I dont know what it is but I find the cutest stuff in this section for every holiday, season or reason! Download the target app and scan each item in your cart to see if you get an extra % off! You just scan your target wallet at check out to redeem all the app coupons you just scanned. I also love it when they run deals for gift cards. If you have a baby or use a lot of an item, it is worth it to fulfill the deal requirements to get a gift card, its free money! For example, in the baby section you may see an offer like buy 100$ of baby stuff and get 20$ target gift card, thats pretty cool!

This is an okay location. I do not come here as often as often as I used since they changed the parking garage rates. I used to be able to come in here and get what I needed and come out within an hour and not have to pay. I hate paying for parking. Sue me.I did a online pickup order and this was the closest location that had what I wanted. Trust me it was a struggle. I almost considered driving all the way out to Aventura, just to avoid coming here.Nevertheless I came and didn’t park in the garage. It was a long line at the guest services counter when I walked in and I was thinking to myself, great. However, as I was waking in a worker was asking if anyone was there to pickup an order and I was able to catch her. I was literally in there for all of 3 minutes. Which was perfect because I didn’t want to leave my car where it was for too

It’s so clean they have a nice home decor section they are always people walking around just in case you need help they are helpful they have a lot of stuff they are better then Walmart

They dont do Drive Up even though it says it does. Parking is horrible.

So I encountered 2 delightful associates I’m always in target and there was an issue with one of the promotional deals and the cashier Shawana not sure if I spelled correctly had so much patience and even though I was holding up the line with my concern she took the time to get a manger and never seemed upset or unhappy about having to help me. She was so sweet the entire time trying to help me she was finally able to get ahold of her supervisor or manager Lilliana and she too exhibited the most sincere attitude and professionalism ..You can tell they both enjoy what they do and love helping people

Not my fave Target but really only because I typically dont but a lot at this location knowing I have to lug it to the garage. Oh and also you have to pay for parking- credit card only. But overall its a nice Target with everything!

The lamp gets tooooo hot and it is a kids lamp for a bedroom. Not a safe product at all for kids. TARGET WAS GREAT ABOUT THE RETURN BUT THE PRODUCTS SHOULD BE REMOVED.

Bike was NOT assembled and ready for pickup, even though Target.com said it was instock and available. If bikes are not built, the website needs to be adjusted so customers are aware of this!

The ladies at customer service were beyond helpful. They were friendly, courteous and helped to make sure my large order was fulfilled correctly. They also helped unlock the wheels of the cart so that I could meet my Uber driver at the curb. This location rocks! Thank you so much Target Miami Central!
