I really do not know any place in the USA where the customer is not very important, I will have to keep coming because not similar options in Miami and it is likely that is why customers receive bad treatment, extremely dirty store, stinky and dirty bathrooms, Very rude employees, most of the carts are useless and it is difficult to move them on the incredibly bad floor of the store, I could continue with the list, as the products are not identified, they do not have the prices most and many times I take photos of the labels to avoid surprises at checkout. Ahhh the time, I leave it for another review, wow is really increadible, it seem like the heatl department don’t visit this place

It’s the Best place for Business to Shop been going here for 20 years ...You have to b patience as well as Tolerant it will not make any difference to the Staff yes they r very rude unprofessional most of the time but it is what it is...There r few very good ones Maxx/ Nicolas/Eddie / Hector/Alicia in fact she worked at my Dunkin ...than there r 2 Cashier very pleasant Marilyn and I can’t remember the other name ..There is one who organizes the Cups and Togo box very kind helpful.The Fish person is never there if you r not nice to him your Fish weight and price will change depending on how u pursue him.SO PLS CHECK YOUR FISH WEIGHT I had the bad experience Few times even though Iam always respectful and nice he will CHEAT YOU ON THE WEIGHT..Robert is professional and always helpful when u reach out to him and he works hard and is involved .Rather than Blaming Staff some Customers r very rude and always in a hurry ..Jetro is what it is overall I am Thankful since it’s the Best Place to shop for your Supplies .Next time you visit just take it easy ..Shalom!!!

Yes they are slow got here at 09:10 for 10:00 appointment with 7 pallets assigned to a dock at 12:00 and here i am waiting again, one star for easy backing, ohhh while you white you have to park in street

Todays was a terrible experience there from beginning to end, employees were arguing with each other, employees were brung lazy, employees are unknowledgeable about merchandise, supervisors are very unprofessional, one caught an attitude an raised his voice at me because I explained to him that there employee gave me wrong information and he clearly didnt like that. He then threatened to have me removed from the store and he said to him go ahead and he then said if we look st te cameras to see me raising my voice. Of course I did, well after you disrespected me. I really hate that this is the only store that I can get the items i need from

I do not recommend this place unless they change their policy on customer service and product care. I bought a box of chocolate milk dated July 2021 and it was cut. They have to win in cleanliness and organization.

Very messy it looks like a flea market instead of a market the floors inside are in very bad condition you come with the truck loaded with merchandise and everything falls when you pay there is a high level of mistrust among the same employees who check you 3 times different PEOPLE
