I walked into this Publix location for the 1st time today and my first thought was how impeccable it looked. The floors were spotless and shiny. Everything was perfectly well put together. The lighting was great, it was well organized and the the signs were in the right place. I bought some Cuban pastries, they were really good. I just noticed that the lady that helped me did not change the gloves before picking my food items but it was too late when I noticed to ask her to change them. The staff was super friendly. I was greeted with a smile by several employees and the ladies at the bakery were super nice and friendly.

Parking can be challenge. When entering I always appreciate their cleanliness in each aisle. Friendly staff as well the cashiers. Pleasant experience.

The cashiers were great and super nice. There was a line at the Lotto line. They installed a machine, but had to redeem our winning ticket.

Its overall price... To high plus no customers service one manger with three employees talking w cellular phone no good morning or my i help you out produce. Whatever happened to customers service no smell pass by produce no service or my i help you.. Baker that same..

New manager has his own refund policy and doesn’t abide by PUBLIX’S RETURN POLICY. I miss the old managers here, I stopped shopping at this store a few months ago because everyone is just so miserable and unhappy the vibe shopping here is terrible.They need to close this Publix down.

The associate Eva was excellent, I just went in to get sushi and go I didnt even have to reach the registers before she saw me from far away and tell me to go to her to be charged. Quick, simple and friendly.

When to order some party platters wich I did and I was going to go to Walmart to buy some a/c filters but also check in the store cause I know they sell it too so they end up being 18cents cheaper than Walmart and with a better quality filter,so I bought a pack of two. You always need to shop around.

Ive been going to the Publix for years I originally like that it was a Publix Sabor but then they changed it back to a regular Publix so its got the small cafeteria in the middle which is great for your croqueta cafecito fix.

We still get our grocery here for our daily needs. They also offer appliances, home décor, and other household necessities. This is a genuine establishment!

I found everything I needed. The store was clean and everything organized. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

I went to the pharmacy section for school required vaccines, the service was prompt and the pharmacist has the best hand for almost painless injections. Any questions I had were answered. I left with more knowledge that I came in with.

An over-all ok publix, however the deli at this location is routinely rude to customers, and has not filled several of my online orders for no reason. Never had an issue except with this store. Also the sale prices are often incorrect.

There is always someone available to help you if needed. Everyone is friendly, the store is well lit & clean. And what about Publix subs...best subs ever! I don’t know what they do or why they just taste different than other subs, but they’re amazing.

This is the second time Ive been to a Publix store and they have ran out of Boars Head honey ham. Dont they know how to manage inventory. Why do I have to wait for a delivery truck day. Bad inventory control I would say. 😠👎

I purchased an elephant ear at the store, and it had a foreign object in it. It broke my tooth and now I have to pay for a dental procedure without insurance. I filled in an accident report at the store, and corporate called next day to ask questions and said someone would contact me to follow up. It took them over a week to call me back and said they were not going to cover the dental procedure.This company is unbelievable putting customers at risk and not assuming their mistakes.

This Publix offers multiple items not offered at my preferred Publix. Produce is always fresh!

Very fast checkout, clean and organized isles and fresh fruits and vegetables.

This Publix Sabor has my respect. During Hurricane Irma the shelves were well stocked and organized. There was nothing I wanted that I couldnt find. Yes, they ran out of water, but so did everyone else in Miami. The store opened until the last minute and the staff was courteous and professional.

Store number: 01151Date: April 16th 2019Time: 9:25pmThe most incompetent deli of all publixs. Wife ordered a custom sandwich to be picked up at 920. Arrived five minutes after. Sandwich was still not made. They said that the ticket did not print out because it ran out of paper so they dont know what sandwhich it was. Neither did I because the sandwich wasnt for me . They had to get a manager to figure out that... oh wait ..it doesnt have paper .....which we already established. They had to take a picture of the screen and make my wifes sandwich from a picture. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO GET THE SANDWICH . Wife hated it because they smothered it in mayo (she opened it and the entire thing was all white from mayo). Thanks for ruining her dinner, thus ruining my night . Hungry wife= unhappy husband .

So glad I came to this Publix while preparing for Hurricane Irma! I heard horror stories about markets with no food and gas stations with no gas but luckily I was able to find many basic essentials at this location. The parking was a hot mess which explains my 4 stars.

Horrible service! These people need to get better employees who can assist their customers! The deli department is a disaster every time! And the employees are always just chit chatting amongst themselves! And when you try calling the deli department your left on hold for about 5 minutes and then they just hang up on you! Horrible customer service!

The prices are marked wrong. I am sick of going to the register and waiting for the cashier to check the prices. The Daiya cheese is marked as $4.99 and it always charges me more.
