This is the smallest Publix in South FL. Very tight inside. Not enough space to keep 6 feet distance. Everything is very squeezed tot he point where I smell people though the mask. Its the same size of nearby CVS almost and the selection is very limited. They dont sell many tegula Publix items. Very crowded near deli. If you dont want to catch covid dont come here. Its small for so many costumers. Needs remodeling and expansion to be safe for costumers and employees in this new pandemic era

Publix is always a great place to shop & enjoy the products @ hand. Theyre known for their buy one get one free deals & excellent prices. They have the best Deli & Bakery service in town.👍

Always a great visit. If something is not available they are always willing to work with you and rain checks. Very clean and organized. Staff always friendlyand smiling... the app makes finding things easy and makes me feel self-sufficient... I dont like asking for help... guilty...But the app organizes your list from home to any publix you visit... you can see what is on sale and even upcoming to better plan.

Ive been going to this public for over 20 years and since they upgraded the store, comma it has been much better. The shelves are always well stocked. The bakery is always prepared. The deli is always well stocked with fresh items. The only problem Ive ever had at the store has been parking, but there is additional parking on the street behind the store.

Publix! What we need in the north but are only in the south. I always miss Publix when I go back up north. Mostly because of their unique food and the best darn sandwiches ever. I don’t know if the crew in the back to go through some special training or what but by far they know what they’re doing in the sandwich making business. We always get sandwiches before going to the beach or out for the day as a family. Be prepared to have a line for these wonderful sandwiches. Otherwise everything else is smooth sailing through the checkout registers. Thanks Publix!! I will be back.

The best supermarket we could find in the area. Lots of good selections. Overall the store is a smaller than some other Publix and not as many options as you may find in the larger store. Still the best option for this area.

Very ran down, dirty. Ive seen a roach was crawling on the wraps and bread packages before. The staff especially the deli staff are so rude giving attitudes speaking in different languages amongst themselves when annoyed at customers. This store needs a serious revamp especially that deli department! Some nasty individuals making subs... yuck! Ive turned away after seeing the filthy behavior. No customer should have to ask an employee to wipe off the utensils and cutting boards. The heath department need to visit this place along with Local 10 Dirty Dinning!

I just went to This Publix for ripe plantains but there were none on the tables, but a worker from Produce told me he would go check on the back, and came back with a box full of them. He just made me happy with his good attitude.

I love Publix but the one at this location I just can’t stand it. The meat that sometimes I purchase is expired. The fruits are all bad & nasty, most of them have mold in them it’s disgusting. The staff is great but the products are just all bad. This is the closest to my house & I can say if I have to travel to another location I will.

Not the biggest Publix. But big on service and friendly staff. Bakery goods are very nice and meat selection is continually serviced. Stop in and get out fast.

This publixs has gone through a wonderful transformation. NEW LIGHTING. FLOORS BUFFED AND SHINED. Was impressed with the efforts to upgraded store. GREAT JOBS PUBLIXS!

Some items that I wanted were not in stock. There seems to be a shortage of items throughout all grocery stores at this time. Can only hope that things get better in the very near future!!!

This neighborhood Publix used to be quite reliable but post pandemic its constantly under stocked and generally messy especially by Publix standards. Though I prefer shopping locally I have now moved the bulk of my grocery business to Amazon simply because this Publix can no longer measure up.

Staff was polite, store well stocked, Management Cordial, everything I sought was easily attainable..And Store had Security...good store to patronize!

Went to the meat department and asked the butcher to cut 2 ribeye steaks 1 inch thick. He said to give him a few minutes. I continued shopping and returned to the meat department to pick up my steaks and the butcher said to give him more time. There was a lady who ordered something from the butcher this time while I was there. I then returned some 15 minutes later only to still not have my steaks but to see the lady who came after me leaving with her order. I asked the butcher what gives, how come she got her order and I was before her. He LIED saying she was there before me. Worst type of customer service ever.

Publix at Bayside is an older smaller store. Its very crowded with smaller aisles, therefore less variety of products, and lots of customers. We did find what we were shopping for. Staff were accomodating.

Love shopping there my one major problem is the parking accommodation I am a person with disability and a disabled parking there are only a few spots and all taken nevermind what time of day or night I go there it is extremely hard to find a parking you have to drive around and around and around till you can find a place to park other than that its an excellent store to shop I love the bogos I love the people that work there if we could just get some more disabled parking or parking in general it would get 100% rating from me thank you for the opportunity to tell you so

I have to say, I really enjoy coming to this location. They always keep the outside parking lot clean and a police officer on duty outside so you are safe. The bakery always have fresh sweets and cakes. Sometimes the deli can be crowded but it’s to be expected in any publix. There sushi is delicious and always fresh. I love that there is also fresh fruits and veggies. Overall great location to shop alone, out with the family.

Of course I love Publix. Its been my spot for 22 years even thru the heiress and her b.s. This location is nearest and I go to Miami Shores instead. Its not so much the layout as it is the ONLY Publix in 3 states Ive lived where the employees cannot show you where anything is. Its so funny because Im so spoiled at every other Publix because you can ask ANYBODY in that green shirt for ANYTHING and they can recite the number and will walk you there too! Not here, they dont know simple things like Publix Chocolate Covered Peanuts, Ball Canning Jars and Vegan cheese. It was hilarious asking for peanuts today, 3 women looked at us so strange like whats a peanut???

Not being from Florida, Ive found almost every Publix I have visited exceptional. Always met with friendly positive workers and the grocery variety leaves nothing to want. My favorite aspect is the hot food prepared daily. It is always hot and fresh!Sn: The female security guards at the entrance of the Baypoint location also are very professional and attentive to customers coming and going. Kudos to them as well!

I have visited this particular location many times throughout the years. This is my first experience ever with the rude and disrespectful employee. I was taken back. All I could do is just look and shake my head. Lets just say not another visit to this location.

Horrible experiences with one of the worst delis. Either they need to have more people on staff or Michelle Johnson, the department manager, needs to be reevaluated. I had four subs ordered around 6:30 and were set to be ready at 7:15. I show up at 7:15 and nothing is prepared. This is the third time this has happened to me. Only two workers at the deli at all times. They “run out” of chicken all the time. Do not order subs online from the deli. They won’t be ready. Ever.

Very busy, stock limited. Hot foods counter and sandwich bar needs additional staff at peak times. Lines are long and foot traffic blocked around the aisles.

Most of the Staff was friendly and help. Some of the customers do not have any regard for their fellow man, once that pass security they they pull the nose and some even pull they under their mouth. Some do not want to follow the six feet rule. People are still dying, but these selfish evil people only care about their comfort, they rather be comfortable, than be healthy and live. The longer people the longer we need these masks!!!

Wow I forgot my mask. Upon entrance a soft spoken employee gently reminded me that I didnt have it on. I immediately left to retrieve my mask which I had inadvertently left on my dashboard. No waiting in line to enter. Personnel cleaned each cart before stacking for new customers. Everyone was masked and adhered to social distancing. No line at cashier when I left. Store was clean and I was answered correctly when inquiring for specific product.

Food at the deli was edible but made wrong. Also the service was unacceptable. I was waiting a long time and so someone from the back came to help, he asked what sandwiches I wanted and as soon as I gave my order the guy said to get back in line he didn’t want to help me anymore. I won’t be back.

Big store filled with all I wanted!

Disappointed. I went to get a special type of cheese from the deli, Chipotle gouda. I waited over 20 mins despite 5 people being behind the counter and only 1 person helping the customers. I settled for some pre-sliced ham and cheese from the open fridge.

Just Avoid going to the produce department! There’s mold on each and every box of strawberries like it’s disgusting, and then I told one of their employees and he had a nasty attitude with headphones in his ear!

Just came home from the store and realised that the cashier has incorrectly indicated a watermelons price ($9.99 instead of $5.75). Not a big deal for me, but could be for somebody.

Dirty, the staff is no help.

The Parking at this particular location is not that great. And the customer service in the deli(sandwich) department definitely could use some improvements.
