I have so far called this company 2 times for support and 72 hours later still no follow up from tier two support.I purchased a Samsung smart TV last Christmas and one morning after turning it on, it has a quarter of the screen with a huge mark making it pretty much unusable.First time I called, apparently tier 1 support closed my support request instead of escalating to tier 2 as promised.Second time I called, I learned from tier 1 support that my support request was accidentally cancelled and rest assured I would hear back within 24 hours or by today at the latest.Well, I received no follow up and still have no TV for my family to watch shows.I’m disappointed and surprised since Samsung is a well known company. My TV cost at least $1200 and have had it not even a year and not pretty much have to throw it away.I really hope this matter is resolved because I would certainly not purchase a Samsung product in the future if my customer experience will leave me with no resolution.

The sales lady Carolina was sooo nice and helpful... we got back to the hotel and couldnt set up the phones beacuse the wifi at the hotel was horrible... we returned to the store the next day and Carolina allowed us to use their wifi to set up the phones... she was so awesome... Worst place ever i bought a case and 2 screen glass that didnt fit i even told the owner i dont think that glass is sticking perfect cuz the plastic he said is ok it will come out if you move it only throw my phone on couch the glass came off i put back and try yo move and yes never was sticking good came to return it and ask stores next door and they said that those type of cases cant use no glass only rubber but the day he sold it he said it does and that sells a thousand of those he return me the money of the 2 glasses but not the case and i even told him that case will not work with any glass he said not my problem because they do so he never gave the money for the case now im stuck with this that dont fit no glass for it
