Rey is a very fair businessman. I needed a cash loan for travel over the summer and went to him for a loan. Over the next 6 months I was almost completely out of communication. He made sure to call me before the goods were forfeited, and was kind enough to let me catch the interest up even though it was greatly overdue and I wasn’t there in person. If you are in the area and intend on getting a loan he is the only guy to see. Just keep up with your end of the deal and he will be very accommodating. Great location, great prices for other goods in store.

Two stars should be enough for y’all. everytime i open the door, the guy started yelling like he had no idea what he was doing. so when i looked around the pawn shop, there’s tons of shoes that were used, dirty, and old. i decided to pawn my jordans flight 23s which i can’t fit in those anymore. the lady took 5 seconds to have a brief look at them she didn’t accepted them so how the hell can I get rid of these shoes ?? the guy had no reason to talk like he was aggressive. maybe the owner should fire him because he would constantly attack everyone.

Scam of a place. Made insulting offers for everything I brought, even things brand new, never used, in packaging, including 40 cents for a bag of 20 Swarovski jewelry pieces (whole pieces, most with tags attached). Dont come here if you want to be treated with the remotest amount of respect or actually sell anything you bring.

Worst customer service came from the man that seemed to own the store. Super rude. The way he treated me and his workers is not ok. I would definitely not recommend this pawn shop. Rip off!!! I went to another pawn shop nearby and was able to sell my item. An item that he would not accept was accepted at another nicer looking pawn shop. Thanks for not doing business with me!

Spoke to someone on the OfferUp platform, negotiated a price and to meet on a Saturday. Seller then backed out and told me to come back on Monday because he does not want to actually sell the item for the price given. After giving feedback to the seller about his poor business tactics and that I will be leaving a bad review, I was told F U and yelp! If you cant speak nicely to people, dont open up a shop in the first place!!! Shame on you Rey Cash Downtown Pawn & Jewelry!

Great shop with fair prices meeting or beating the trends on eBay; also honored a cheaper price from one of their Craigslist listings without hesitation. Definitely worth a look. Quite a lot of good, high-end electronics (gaming computers, LCD TVs, Xbox/PS3) given the size of the store.

I was having some financial issues and i was looking to get some cash asap, i looked all over for a pawnshops and i went to few i didnt get what i was looking for$$$, it was my first time and then i stoped by REYCASH the owner was very nice and, helpful, friendly and most of all soo fair, he gives me what i want and he saves my life .. I really recommand this place its the best !!!!

1 star pawn shop, when you walk I you see a lot of still just all over the place, very bad smell and everything is so dirty. The price they proposed was like a robbery.
