Friendly service.

Because of the poor service of this business, my husband was without a cell phone all weekend of Fathers Day, the phone was delivered Saturday to be fixed and they promised that it would be ready the same Saturday at 3:30 pm, and business would close at 4:00 pm. My husband arrived at the store at 3:30 pm and it turns out that they were closed! (everything closed, door closed and dark) .. it was the only store in this sector closed at that time. Sunday they dont open so my husband missed calls and hours of work that day.And the worst thing was that when the phone was picked up today MONDAY they told him why he did not call the owner, that he would have opened me ... BUT HE DIDNT HAVE A PHONE TO COMMUNICATE.Terrible customer service, costs are extremely highssss,,,, AH and above all the phone was not arranged to fix somewhere else.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS VERY MALOOOOOOOOO .....EYE WITH THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE.The owner: Eduardo Pereira has to improve services and honesty.
