Bad experience... the installers sent to my house for the installation of the windows and doors were terrible. They didnt have any attention to detail, the calking they put I had to fix it myself because it was all over the place. they broke more walls that they supposed to, they told me the walls next to the windows will get a few scratches, this were holes, big holes... they were not careful at all with anything, they scracted the brand new doors putting them on, so I have new doors with scratches included.They came one day installed 2 windows, they didnt show up until the following week, on Fridays they made up an excuse to leave at noon, it was a long and painful process. Its true that they were the less expensive of all 3 companies we quoted, but after they finished, we had to hire a contractor to fix all the walls they broke and paint again, so the money we saved picking the cheapest quote, we spent it paying the contractor and the painter. I guess the cheapest option is not the best option.

Done business with them several times. They have been operating for decades, hence being a very professional company that offers a reliable product/service. This company provides an excellent product at a very competitive price. The staff has plenty of experience and is always there to assist if theres any issues with your order.Guys, keep up the good work. You outshine the competition.Godspeed.

Rudy was great but the installation company was not. Ready Windows sent Hansel and his team to install our windows. Hansel the boss was never around and his two employees have horrible attitudes when asked to fix something. His two employees were very sketchy to begin with and ended up stealing some tools of mine, when confronted they returned one of the two tools later that night. I later than realized my debit card was missing from the table and through transactions it narrows it down to them. All in all they were very messy, rude, and thieves.The windows are lovely but the experience that I had with this contracted company tarnished it all. Very disappointed to not even get an apology and treating me as if I was the liar instead. Beware of your belongings.

Stopped by yesterday to look around as Im looking for new windows on an investment property I just purchased. Unexpectedly cool showroom! Was greeted by Manny who was super cool and showed all the possible options for my place. He actually recommended a line that was not the most expensive - so I thought that was pretty awesome. Best of all - they offer financing.I would highly recommend PLUS they have pretty good cuban coffee!

If you are looking for quality windows and excellent customer service look no further!! Ready Windows exceeded my expectations from start to finish. When I called to schedule my estimate I was greeted by a friendly staff member - Manny came out the next day and was very knowledgeable & friendly as well. My windows and doors were installed in a timely manner and kept my family safe during hurricane Irma!!! You cant ask for anything more then that!!

I have been working with Rick and his team for years. Stand-up group of folks indeed! When issues came up (because there are always issues in construction), they stepped up and took care of them. Great company and reliable.

Horrible service. I have called and emailed regarding an issue with our front door that was installed less than 6 months ago and have yet to hear from anyone. I keep getting the run around saying that the device department is backed up and they will return my call. In the mean time my front door doesnt work. I am extremely disappointed in their service. Im concern as to why their service department is so backed up on returning customers calls.........
