I am ashamed that I didnt consult Yelp/Google prior to contacting this company. Absolute thieves, scam artists and liars. The same experience as in the other reviews. Its been four+ months since they have taken payment from us. They are impossible to reach and when reached they just feed you lies over and over again. Absolute fraud. I will be contacting the police to stop them from stealing peoples money. Giselle Vandergriff is the only person that can be contacted (if youre lucky) and shes the primary culprit and responsible for consumer fraud. Will be taking legal action against the company and contacting law enforcement. They lie on a daily basis, every week youre told a story how something will happen the week after. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay away! Ordered impact doors for my new house. I was promised delivery within 3 weeks, yeah sure, they ordered a wrong size, the doors arrived in 6 weeks. They recommended an installer who took the money and install the doors in such a way that they could not pass an inspection. He never showed up to fix the problem. These people never reply to voice mails or emails, they are almost impossible to reach unless you drive to their shop. Save yourself a lot of money and nerves, go anywhere else! Update 2: The doors are falling apart. They are actually made of particle board instead of solid mahogany.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This company has no integrity. Our doors were ordered in April through our contractor. We found them in a design magazine and gave the # to our contractor. We waited 12 weeks the first time and the order was completely wrong, wrong glass, wrong finish, ect and the finish was all pitted, the inside of the glass in the doors is not even finished and the glass had stain all over it that our contractor had to pay to have fixed (the glass was not even the glass we wanted but we didnt have another 12 weeks to wait). We were very patient. We were still waiting for the two replacement doors that we had to send back and was promised it would be a couple of weeks. This time around the several weeks turned into 13 weeks and the doors came yesterday ($270 COD). The finish is a different color and sheen and the hinges were on the wrong side. One of the doors goes to the garage and is metal clad. What they did was nail a piece of metal to the back of the door. It looks like a joke!!!!!!!!! I never write reviews but this company deserves a bad review.
