Set up an appointment for Saturday 6/6/2020 and no one showed up. No phone call nothing... disappointed and honestly if you guys read this review all you have to do is call and let consumers know you wont be able to make it. not that difficult

I have never posted a review about anything before but, I have never been so frustrated at this type of service. I gave a down payment to get the window, they explained that it would take 2-4 weeks. I called on the 3rd weeks numerous times and no one picked up. I stopped by multiple times and the door was locked. I honestly thought I got scammed until I went there to find somebody inside (AFTER I CALLED WITH NO ANSWER). I still haven’t received my window. Very displeased with the service and business. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID.

Customer service was poor. A quality of the door installation could be much better. If you decided to use the companys service, it is a good idea not to pay all money upfront, otherwise you will wait forever to get job done.

I requested information and the advertisement they had on website was not all true were more interested in shutters and blinds. Careful from false advertisement

Called and the person who picked up the phone was terribly rude. She didnt even let me finish my sentence, cutting me off yelling Not in stock! Takes 2 weeks! I treid to speak and got hung up on.
