They have good prices! They have a good inventory of windows and doors. But if you need a custom size order, the waiting time is 10 weeks, however this is faster than most other places.

I’m talking about DD on 33155, miami. The one on Coral Way. The service was really bad. There was coffee on the floor and 20 minutes later still there. We let the employees know and they already knew but not even a wet floor sign was used. The manager name Mayeli or something like that appears and started screaming to the employees with a bad attitude and when a customer complain about it she said he is my son and I am the owner. It looks like a franchise not a corporate DD . The customer in front of me throw the coffee on the garbage because they did not make what she asked . It was a sad experience. I hope someone from DD reads this and do something about it.😡😟

My dad bought a door and multiple windows for his home. The door was nice but ended up returning because the loaders were not handling the door with care. The concern was brought up and the loaders snapped at my dad like if he was in wrestle mania. That employee was very disrespectful and needs to be dealt with. We asked for our money back on the door immediately, But they ended up screwing a customer any ways because they gave us the wrong measurement for some of the windows and they decided to not give money back for that.

Rene from New Window Systems installed hurricane windows in my house last year. He did a fantastic job. Everything installed in 3 days. I have a 5 bedroom house. Great prices. Workers clean everything up. Highly recommend him. My electric bill is 50% of what it was before. House is very quiet.

This was one if the most pleasant remodel experiences that We’ve had. We were advised on when they would start and they actually did start on that date. The two installers were great. They worked in a fast and expedient manner. After the days work (it took 3 days) they cleaned up whatever mess had been made. They worked long hours with barely a break. They were courteous as well. Having the worst experience with this company. They do illegal work by telling you they ll pull permits but never do. On top of that I have my door unfinished for over a month now. Very disappointed. Me and my wife keep trying to contact someone that works there but no one ever answers or calls us back.

Windows and product are good, but customer service is lousy. When I went to buy my doors, the lady in the second office who took the payment has a very bad attitude all the time talking on the phone with a friend, it was not professional at all. My door is a special order and I had to wait over a month to be able to pick it up. The door has arrived and I have not been able to pick it up yet because they have it in the new warehouse and they are not completely moved. I called to see if I could pick her up today and the same woman knows nothing and could not help me at all. And it is a business that is certified with the BBB, Better Business Bureau. Very bad customer service …… New Window System.
