Our experience with R&S was fantastic. Danny, our project manager, made the process a breeze from start to finish. He gave us plenty of options to choose from based on our very picky taste and provided his recommendations based on his experience. He was meticulous in the order process, triple checking absolutely everything we were ordering (16 windows and 4 doors) before placing the order. He kept us up to date on expected material arrival time throughout the manufacturing process. Once the material arrived, they began installing shortly after and were very efficient and thorough. Yoandry and the rest of the team were very detail oriented, efficient and cleaned up after everything they did. When finished for the day, there was virtually no dirt in the house. They provided us with installation options to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Throughout the 4 days of installation, Danny came every single day to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with everything and to answer any questions we had. I am really happy I found R&S. As a new home owner I had a whole house of windows and a couple doors to replace. I had a bad experience with another company and a friend recommended R&S. We had received quite a few estimates on our 31 openings. The various companies suggested different windows and manufacturers. The price that R & S quoted was just above the median amount. We felt that David gave us a fair quote for the quality product he recommended. He even met us at the showroom to review all the options available to us. The windows were delivered and installed in four and a half days. The installers, who only work for R&S did a superb job. Extremely neat and very careful with removal of the old windows and doors and the installation of the new ones. There were no hidden or surprise charges. We are extremely happy with the work done by R&S. Good price (we got two other quotes) and excellent quality work. We had impact doors installed in our condo on the 10th floor. Gabby was the project manager and she did an exceptional job, from start to finish. She was always punctual, polite, and professional in our interactions. Gabby worked with our building manager very well and followed all the strict buidling requirements. We postponed the project a few times due to personal factors and she never appeared irritated. All my text messages were returned promptly (within minutes). All in all, an excellent experience and if we have another job that R&S can do, we will certainly contact Gabby. Thank you Gabby!

The whole process of getting bids for impact windows can be stressful and wide-ranging when it comes to the price. I found The Companies of R&S to have been upfront, fair, reliable and extremely professional. My contact person was Alejandro Perez and he always returned my phone calls, texts and emails in a most timely manner. The crew who put in the windows worked efficiently and were extremely thorough when it came to cleaning up after each window was installed. BTW, when I overpaid them in the final billing, they called and said the balance would be in the mail. This company has earned their fine reputation!

This is the second house we have used R & S for windows and doors and both projects were done in a very professional manner. We had Jim as our sales rep and he was on time for our meetings to discuss and give us an estimate. He made several helpful ideas as how to achieve a quality job when completed. His pricing was competitive with other bids. As with anything else cheaper is not always better. They were not the cheapest bid but since we had used them before and knew the first class level of service and quality they bring to the job we went with them. The first day Carlos and his installation crew showed up and started covering up inside and explaining to me how he intended on proceeding with the project I knew I had made the right decision using R &S again. They worked here for several days and every day left my house clean and ready for our use until they returned the next day. When the inspector showed up he told me that he was very familiar with R & S and the level of quality installation work they do and passed the inspection. Our final inspection also passed without any issues. I have only great things to say about my experience with R & S and would definitely recommend them to everyone looking to install new windows and doors.

Before I made the decision to invest in impact resistant windows and doors I did my research. Not only did I want to make sure I purchased quality materials but it was going to be in my home, so I wanted something both functional yet aesthetically pleasing. After meeting with several representatives of other companies, I chose to do business with Project manager, Alejandro Perez from Companies of R & S. He arrived on time, was very polite and professional. He was very informative in his presentation and had provided details about materials used, and showed me catalogs of beautiful windows and doors-as did the others. He caught my attention when he started explaining several components of the engineering of the product he sold which made it stand out from all of the others. He then asked me to visit the showroom whenever I had time. I took him up on his offer and I was really impressed with the craftsmanship of all I was able to see in the warehouse. I signed the contract and handed over the deposit. The order came in within the estimated timeframe on a Friday. Alejandro notified me installation would begin as early as Monday and would take approximately one week to complete. Lead installer, Jorge arrived Monday morning with other workers and started the job. Not only was I happy and thoroughly impressed with how meticulous the windows were installed, but appreciated how they covered up my furniture, put up barriers to contain dust and also cleaned up at the end of each day’s work. Alejandro showed up during the process to make sure I was happy and everything was in working order. The work was completed in a week as specified. I am so pleased with the way it looks. It is very difficult to choose a reputable company when it is time to replace your windows and doors with impact products. The internet is filled with horror stories. This is a family run company that conducts business the right way. My wife and I first met with David Downey who is the Grandson of the founder. David is very knowledgeable and suggested the best products to fit our home. We had gotten a few estimates from other companies and the quote from R&S was very competitive. David was upfront that it would take 2-3 months for the windows and doors to be built by the manufacturer. Sure enough, 2 months after placing the order, the product was ready. The company worked with us in determining the best days for installation. Our installers were a team of two gentlemen, Jorge Lorente and his assistant. Jorge is an EXPERT installer. He is meticulous about performing his job, and we couldn’t be happier with his work ethic. We are so happy with our new windows and doors. It really transforms your home.Bottom line, this company will not let you down and delivers as promised.

The worse company ever. They promised to be faster than any other company and they did not comply with their contract. They would not return calls and they failed inspection 3 times. After 4 months I finally got my windows. Now they are saying that I am lying. They are the liars. I always had the money, just paying them the way they delivered. They told me I would get my windows and it took them 4months so now I will pay them in 4 months. For more information call the city of Tamarac and they will tell you who is lying. They saying they are suing for Defamation of character, I guess I will be couter suing.

I built a custom home in Tequesta roughly a year ago, and knew I wanted Windoor windows and sliding doors, for every room of the house. However, I faced a decision of whether to use the company my Contractor preferred, or The Companies of R&S whom I initially met through a business group I was a member of, when I lived in Miami years ago. The company my Contractor suggested was much closer to the site geographically, however their pricing was significantly greater, and response time significantly slower in terms of responding to final changes in specifications from our architect. Very Poor. I used them before for our entire house with several issues that got resolved only because I talked to the owner. However, several years later we tried to use them for an additional large window opening and its been a total night mare. They put us in a very difficult situation with security and our young family. I would not use them again.
