My husband and I ordered our Hurricane impact Door and a side window for the front of our house and were very happy with the service provided. The order was received and the installation was quick, clean and no more then one hour long. As soon as I can I will order my sliding doors from them! Would highly recommend!

Keiry and the team were extremely knowledgeable professionals who exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. I decided to do owner permitting, and everyone was very helpful. It went as smoothly as it could have even though the door took close to 16 weeks to be delivered. (That was on the manufacturer, not AIWD). However, they kept me informed of the delays and communicated well. I was most impressed with their responsiveness whenever I had a question, which was frequent during the permitting process. Thank you again guys!! The door looks awesome!

So AIW&D was recommended to me by a personal friend who raved about them. I contracted them via Ygrene for hurricane doors and windows during the height of the Covid Pandemic which meant it took about 5 months just to get the product. When they originally came to build my quote, they took detailed measurements and things went smoothly. After the waiting period for the products, they came to install and outsourced to two individuals who in my eye did a great job installing the windows and doors. They showed up early and on time and did their job. When the inspector came around to review/approve the work, the installers were not at my house but the original guy who took the measurements came. When the inspector left he looked me in the eye and told me things looked pretty good just a few things needed to be tweaked. Later I found out that 80% of the windows and doors had to be redone as the wood which held the bolts in was not out far enough from the actual door frames. AIW&D was a bit upset at this and I struggled to understand how they would not include the original installers during the inspection. The guy who was here and followed the inspector around my house had no context regarding the install job. However, the company came back and reinstalled everything, but having to tear out and put back in everything took a toll on my house. Cement and caulk was the name of the name! Another crew was also brought in to do some finishing work and they did their best but as I write this, I am expecting them to come back tomorrow to finish off some of the finishing needed. I wouldve given them five stars if the inspection wasnt handled so poorly in my laymans view but I will say that they will stick around and take care of their customer until you are satisfied. (Miguel the new supervisor better show up tomorrow now!! ;-)) Bottom line, is that any service in Miami these days during Covid times, you have to be patient. I would recommend them but patience is required. Especially when we live in hurricane alley and are waiting to install hurricane windows.

American Impact Windows & Doors came as a referral, and we bid them against two other companies before ultimately choosing them. I am glad we did!! Our job entailed several windows and doors, and from the first visit with Emil, the Owner, to the final visit from David, their field supervisor, I could not be more satisfied. Installation coordination and communication were great, and Roxy in their front office kept us updated with the job as it progressed. They are competitive with pricing and do their best to make your job fit within your cost expectations. I would not use anyone else for my window and door needs. P.S. They also did the plexi-glass child-proofing for our stairwell.

Amazing!! Im so incredibly happy with the doors and windows recently installed. There was minimal dust and minimal touch-up required. I received 5 quotes prior to selecting this company and I am so glad I did. They included everything I needed and their prices were very competitive. They were a joy to work with and answered my numerous questions. Saying I recommend this company is an understatement.

Having used two other window & door companies on various properties with less than stellar work, I was recommended American Impact Windows. From the initial sales call, to installation & finish, everything was done correctly and prompt. I recommend this company.

The team at AIW&D were exceptional from the sales representative (Elvis) upto and including their office team members (Roxy &Jennifer). Everyone was very polite, well informed and professional. They worked with me to reach a fair best price and it didnt change.The quality of the windows and doors (CGI) is overall excellent and the installation team was also very professional, highly skilled and maintained a clean work area.I was a bit disappointed with the project close-out as it took a few more days than I had expected to finish literally 2.5 hours of touch up work, but when it was completed it was to my full satisfaction.I would certainly recommend you contact American Impact Windows and Doors if you are considering such a project.

This company is very professional and the service was excellent. From front office to installers, I was treated very well. I highly recommend them.

Overall I had a great experience with American Impact Windows & Doors. Some issues arose during the installation, but the team took good care of it - although it did delay the installation process. They really do the finishing on drywall and stucco that eventually gets damaged during the installation.But you will have to do the subsequent sanding of the compound they add to the walls, and of course, get the walls painted.

Wow! These guys are the best. Professionalism would best define this company. From the owner to every employee I had the pleasure of meeting. Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction is what they strive for. I have lived in Miami all my life and never have I experienced such workmanship and attention to detail. Punctuality on every stage of the project including date of inspection. Yes that is right they were here on the day of inspection not like other companies that let you deal with the inspectors by yourself. American Impact is my only choice for any home improvements. Like I said they are the best.

I would not recommend this company. Installation was too much of an ordeal, and installers tried to cover up their mistakes. I will post more detail when my warranty expires.My advice in the meantime, if you do use this company, is as follows: Supervise carefully, and completely inspect windows for chips, cracks, and problems with workmanship, before making the final payment.

Excellent service. Everything came out great. Very responsive and addressed all concerns I had related to installation. Would recommend.

I called and made an appointment for them to come and provide a quotation. At the agreed time I waited and after they were an late I called.After a while they were able to find the representative that was supposed to come. The representative proceeded to tell me that he called the previous day to confirm the appointment and that I did not answer.It happens that my phone is a cell phone that registers all missed calls an if left voice mails. There was no call nor voice mail from them.If they behave this way to provide a quotation, I wonder how they will behave if somebody signs a contract.Further to this review, the owner called and apologized, and personally came and took the necessary measurements to provide a quotation.

Hands down the best customer service and professionalism Ive had in Miami, most likely EVER!!! Emil was fast to return my call for a quote and came to my house in Miami Shores the next day. Most companies asked for a 2-3 week window for a rep to come by. He was not only quick to present me with a very detailed proposal but also the best offer. Very professional company, very good customer service. The installers are efficient and courteous and the work is of the highest standards. Definitely a good company to work with.

Everything seemed fine until I put 1/2 down and it seemed impossible to get my Rep to assist me or update me. I was told 2-3 weeks max and after lots of ignored msgs, calls etc my accordion shutters were installed almost 2 months after. I understand its a busy season but what I do not accept is the bad customer service with 0 updates and literally tons of msgs complete ignored. Shutters do look good and they were installed properly. I also got quotes for my mothers house but we have decided to do them somewhere else do to their lack of attention. Thank God for Jennifer who was the only one who took 1 min to reply .
