These folks are awesome. No joke. For 35 years we lived without an electric garage door because the back half of our garage is made into a laundry/office room. There was not enough length to install a traditional opener. These guys found a way to put the electric motor next to the door and it works like a charm. Our new post Hurricane Irma garage door is ELECTRIC! What an energy savings that was (is) on our backs!

I had a Coplay Hurricane Garage Door installed by a AAA technician in December, 2018..The door opener subsequently began working intermittently (I kept the old Genie opener which was originally installed in 2004).I have a lifetime warranty on the opener, so I called Genie for help in getting my opener working properly.They had me do some diagnostics while on the phone with them. They determined that although they needed to honor their warranty, they informed me that they would only fix the opener after the door was serviced and balanced. They sent me an email with instructions on the information that they would need from the technician.I contacted AAA and explained that I needed the door rebalanced. They set up an appointment for a technician to come out to my home.Jason and Albert came by, as scheduled, and began to check the balance on my door. As it turned out the door WAS in balance and they showed me how this was determined and explained how the balancing was determined.I was NOT charged for the service call and they agreed to provide the documentation that Genie asked me to provide for their service call.I am quite pleased with AAA and highly recommend them.They are a conscientious company that goes the extra mile to make sure that their customers are taken care of.

Great team. The scheduling, timeliness, customer service was great. The tech came to install a new smart garage door opener in home. After use the door was struggling a bit, party because I think its an older house, I emailed them during the weekend and they called right away and followed up the following business day. I solved my own problem with some lubricant on the track, but the fact they called and followed up is great. Highly recommend AAA Garage doors.

These guys were excellent! I can tell you we were very lucky to find them, because a few years ago I didn’t know they existed and had some repairs done and let’s just say this experience was far better. They fixed my door quickly, the price was reasonable they came the same day we called them. Then they lubed the door told us how to take care of it and said it was a great tour and would last for years. It’s a really old door but it’s good to know it will protect us against hurricanes. These guys are great, very helpful and professional. Went to Home Depot first, big mistake, pretty sure the guy at HD had never actually installed a garage door, if I had followed his recommendation the door wood have been too small. AAA recommended the perfect size door and explained all my options. The workmanship is great and the door slides smoothly and is very quiet, what more do you want in a garage door?

The following week, I called them out again as it need some adjustments. They came out to my house a 2nd time and adjusted everything so now it is like new. The door stopped going up more than a foot. We called AAA and they came in about 2 hours (around 11 pm). The technician was excellent and immediately found the problem (broken springs). Although there were 3 springs on the broken door, he stated we only needed 2. Instead of trying to sell us something we did not need, he was concerned about doing the repair the best way needed. The job was completed quickly and the door works better now that it has for months. This company is highly recommended by us and we will call again if other problems occur in the future. Cant say enough good things about the company, and especially the tech who fixed our problem.

Garage door spring (right one) broke on Sunday night. Called AAA Garage door inc Monday morning 9:07 am and they had someone at my house by 11 am which was very fast. The guy found the issue and quoted me $650 to replace both Torsion springs and 12 roller wheels to help the door open and close easier. I found the quote VERY VERY expensive but accepted since car was inside the garage and my wife really needed it. They started at about 11:20 am and were done by 12:40 pm. The service was fast but I still found the price to be very expensive.So this past weekend I happened to be talking to my neighbor and tell him about what happened and he informs me same thing happened to him about 6 months ago and the company he hired went out there ant replaced both springs (no rollers since they said they were good) for $350 in also about an hours time. Im just posting this to inform you of my experience and do try to call around different companies to find the best price since price seems to fluctuate heavily between companies.

My Garage door spring (one) broke. Called AAA Garage door incThey gave me a quoted on the phone of $150, but could go up or down $10. They came out the same day and then told me the cost would be $240 for the one spring, including $90 for installation, something Mr. Tammer never mentioned in out phone conversation and that no other company has ever charged me in the past. I agreed because of the need at the time, but during his installation I called another company and was quoted $150 for one spring and $240 for two spring. By the way the person was surprised when I asked if that included labor because he quotes all in one price. At the end I told Mr Tammer of my findings and he looked very supersized.My recommendation is to do your due diligence before agreeing on service with this company, Im not the only one this has happed too.
