Bad news people. deposited $1500 for a door, the door was never delivered and the money was never refunded. Draw your own conclusions. I am still waiting for money from these people. I tried politeness and lawyers action, still nothing.

Horrible company! Horrible person! Ordered a door over a year ago and still have not received the door or a refund. Sergio does not answer the phone. He records your phone number and will only answer if it is an unknown number. Happens every time! We have called from 10 different cell phones only for him to tell us the door is not ready or not available. The first one they brought us was completely different from what we order and came broken. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Worst experience of our lives.

Installer showed up on-time and was able to install a storm door onto an old entry way. He provided me further instructions on how to seal up entryway, as the new frame was smaller than the previous frame and there was a large gap. I guess that kind of service was not included in the installation of the storm door. I was able to get it done with no help, though.

I already recommended my neighbor and she had 2 exterior doors put in....I am very happy with the work that was done and the guys were very professional. The only thing that I would have done different is have a different screen that would have given me more privacy....Thank you for the great job on both my new doors...

We are so glad we purchased this door and used the Nas Doors contractor. It is a great door - quality and value, but there is no way my husband and father-in-law who are both very handy could have done it. The contractor had installed several and made it look easy. We are very pleased with the purchase and service.

Installer, was very professional and always on time. He also installed an exterior door and another storm door. That is why we did it again with the additional storm door.I already recommended to my family!Thanks

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!NO CALLS BACK...NO REPAIRS....NO NOTHING......I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. i find it ironic all the love my door reports are on the same day. i have $3500. door that was installed August 2010. It was falling apart 90 days after install. I have ben calling since October 2010. They promise and i get nothing. I will soon have to buy a new door again.

Worst experience of my life!! Its been a 1 1/2 years that Iv been trying to get my deposit back. No Door and No Deposit Returned. HORRIBLE people to deal with. Makes promisses they cant keep. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are crooks!

The worse doors, the worse service, the worse everything.........doors felt apart within 2 years. the business disappeared .

Poor service, what a rip off. Waiting almost 8 months for a door. Still cant get a date wen they are going to install. Dont buy here.

The worst company with which I have negotiated in my life, they sold me very expensive doors with a guarantee that they never fulfilled, supposedly it was made of copper and before the year it had already been pearled as if it had been painted, the page does not answer, on each occasion that you show up at the office they tell you that they send you an agent that never arrives in order there is no worse company of doors than this one. The windows are a wood lined with a thin sheet of aluminum and earned in less than a year
