If I could give no stars I would do it !! Worse service ! Waited more than 5 weeks for to glasses for windows and they keep lying that it was gonna be ready the next day ! Don’t trust Melvin citron, he is the worst !! So after I wait for so long never got my windows fixed and wasted my time !

I am the maintenance manager at an apartment complex. I had a few windows in need of repair and some that needed replaced. I called biscayne glass and they provided excellent professional service. They sent someone out the same day I called arrived quick and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to my own family. I will definitely be using there services in the future.

Had a break in into one of our store fronts and had a busted glass door. Came recommend and were very professional. Very happy with their service.

I own a commercial property in South Beach. and I placed order for windows and doors they were very professional and was very satisfied with work .

Purchased two window screens and sliding patio screen door the first week of Dec 2019. Now its Feb 12, 2020 and still dont have my screens. Paid in advance. I have called and called and they promise to deliver them and even give me a tme of delivery, but dont show up.

I’ve been working with them for years, always reliable and on time, they’ve done all my hurricane impact windows and doors in all my warehouses for a very good price.

I normally dont give reviews but know this one I had to. Please Safe yourself headaches, especially if you looking for hurricane glass doors. Waited over 4mos still no door. Customer Service is very poor. Dosent call back and hard to reach them. We didnt have a good experience had to finally get deposit back through the bank. Hopefully things will change for and with this company soon.

If I could give this unprofessional company negative stars I would. They are the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I’ve ever had to work with. Worst company in Miami and I strongly advise anyone who is thinking of buying from here to not do it unless you want them to steal your money. I ordered a lock about a month ago. Two days ago I called and they told me the lock would be ready in an hour. Yesterday I called once more to verify that they already had it because I was going to be passing by today to pick it up and they told me yes it was already there. When I get there today after waiting a month they told me they hadn’t even ordered it. They are liars. I asked them why they had lied to me on two ocassions and they simply told me that humans make mistakes. The lady that works there even kicked me out of the business. But no worries because right in front there’s another company who offers the same business and they are actually professional and want to help the customer. I had to go there instead and they were able to help me with finding the lock right away so that I didn’t fail my customer who was waiting for me to install the lock today. I recommend the company in front to anyone instead of this unprofessional one.

Those people think they smart always asking for receipt in case you loose it and you loose your money, I ordered 6 windows from them if I loose the receipt Police would not be able to help me. AMERICA is really great!

I have worked with Biscayne Glass a few times and have been very happy with their work. I recently ordered a few window screens and they finished the job the same day!

Do not come here!Custom windows were ordered. It took 2 weeks longer to be ready as was told.When finally ready, they were made wrongfully! It was being argued but it was exactly on the receipt. How can you blame the customer when the order instructions are even on your paper receipt!?!The wrong glass was put in the wrong frames!I had to reorder and that took another 3 weeks - 3 WEEKS!?!Lady answering the phone was rude and kept hanging up. The only way to find out all above was continuous passing by there. Because they couldnt own up to their mistakes.

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!NOV 2018 WE PLACED THE ORDER AND ITS ALMOST NOV 2019..AND JOB STILL NOT DONE. WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES..NO ANSWER. THEY HAD STARTED THE JOB BUT NOT FINISHED. THEY GOT MORE THAN HALF THE MONEY TOO. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. RUN..RUN! TOO MANY EXCUSES..YET JOB STILL CANT BE DONE. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 10..IF I WAS ABLE TO. #WORST

They did a terrible job and I cant get them to return and fix their mistakes. The cabana door frame is bent, the front door wont lock, I have no screens, one sliding glass door isnt level and has a gap at the top and they didnt put all the rails in for the sliding window. The caulking job is awful with holes and gaps. Do not hire this company they will do a poor job and you will get no satisfaction from them. I hired them to install all new high impact windows and doors and none of their work will pass inspection. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Senior Citizens Protection Agency.

I can not complain, I dedicate myself to placing glass and repairing windows and in that place I get the most difficult parts to find of the oldest windows apart from what they helped me by explaining how to repair a window that they had hired me and I had never seen in my life a very old window very difficult to repair there the man who attended me What is the husband of the lady who charges he explained to me in all the details what would be the inconveniences with which I was going to find to be able to repair them the truth that I am very satisfied with the attention
