I contracted Vista Impact Windows to replace all windows and sliding doors on the top, 25th floor of my Hallandale Beach Condo in December of 2019.Ben spent a substantial amount of time with me, going over the project and challenges with high level window installations. There were storm shutters that needed to be removed from the outside of the building along with the original windows and sliders. We went over glass options, and chose a high impact window that not only eliminated UV transfer and reduced heat completely, they also improved visibility.Once the contract was signed, Ben and his team took over every aspect of my job. Vista interfaced with my HOA and the City permitting process.My windows were delivered on time, installed in the most professional fashion and it should be noted that we were forced to work with the Covid restrictions of 2020!There were NO SURPRISES, there were NO HIDDEN COSTS, and the job was not complete until I was 100% satisfied.I am completely satisfied with the quality of the windows, the professionalism of the Vista team and the value added to my home. This is the single greatest investment and upgrade done to my home.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISTA IMPACT WINDOWS. They are welcome to share photos of my windows (which can also be seen from A1A and Hallandale Beach Blvd) and I am available for a reference.

I am completely satisfied with the service from Vista. They are not only professional but they did not pressure me to purchase anything from them. They answered my questions. They gave me a very good price and then the installation crew completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again.

We worked with John, he is a real Pro!! Just about to order full SIW package for new residential construction, I will update the final results in 2 months after installation is complete. All story with getting deal done we end up in limbo, I sent number of emails and phone calls to each and every number i know to proceed with windows package purchased and no feedback and no one picked up a phone and called me back, so I signed up with another company, not sure why would you spend so much time with my order and then disappear with no trace, unless something happened to them???

Everything from the initial sales call to the installation was handled with professionalism and upmost courtesy. The installation process was very smooth. The Installers are hard workers and did a great job of putting plastic barriers up to keep construction dust out. The windows look great and the door as well. Very happy overall and we highly recommend Vista.

From the first visit with the sales rep we knew Vista was the right company to replace our windows and doors. They were very helpful with the design and in bringing our vision to life. their sales team, design team, and engineer presented detailed drawings within a few days along with specs which made the process way easier and far more comfortable. the permitting process was handled by Vista. The installation team was extremely professional and very clean even with the extensive work required for our job. within a few days of completion the final inspection was completed and we passed without any issues whatsoever. Our house is completely upgraded and much nicer...we now have a much quieter, much more efficient, and way safer home thanks to Vista. Vista just installed all windows and doors at our home. This company was great from start to finish. I was very concerned about making sure I would be working with a competent and quality company. Weve had bad experience in the past with construction but they were great!

I am super picky and I asked a lot of questions because we’ve been through construction before and its not easy! We got quotes from 4 companies including Vista. Ben had ideas to change the look of the house that none of the other companies suggested. None of the others even came close to being as thorough and meticulous as he was. He prepared us for a difficult installation process since our home has wood structure. From the time of the initial meeting I was impressed by Ben’s honesty and knowledge. They were not the least expensive proposal but the one with most knowledge of what had to be done. The Installers that did the work at my home were wonderful and hard working. It’s not easy finding good quality work in Miami but Ben and his team are really excellent and the design he came up with looks wonderful and we are forever grateful.

If there was no stars available, I would use that.This company is awful. We installed our doors/windows six years ago, and at first we were satisfied. However, in ensuing years we have come to find out this company is awful. The quality of the windows and doors were great. However, the installation was horrible. We found out during Hurricane Irma just how poor the installation was. We had water damage and had air blowing through an area that we had no idea had not been sealed properly.We had remodeled when we had these installed. Had the windows done first, and then finished the rest of the house - we were not living here, so really did not notice at the time, but the windows all had scratches in once we moved in, took the stickers off the windows and had them cleaned. We complained about this, and they told us it must have been the window cleaner who made all of the scratches. The scratches are incredibly noticeable.The doors were always very, very heavy to open. We called Vista several times to see what they could do about this. They offered nothing, only to tell us to spray some silicone on the tracks - this would last about a week. Also, we had handles break four times, much of it because the doors were so heavy it sheared the screws off of the handles.After Irma we called to have one of the handles replaced after we broke another. We got no response. We found another company who repairs and installs the same brand of windows (RH), and they came out. We ended up spending $4,500 to repair the windows, finding out that the installation was done totally wrong. Vista had used the wrong seals, had not installed small caps and mustaches that would have prevented rain and air from coming in, and they had improperly installed the sliding windows which is why they were so heavy. Now the windows open perfectly and easily. In addition, when we asked this company about the scratches, they said there was no way those scratches would have been done by a window cleaner. They said those were likely done by poor handling of the windows when they were installed.The biggest problem with Vista is they want your money, and will be very nice to you. But, their quality control on installation is awful, and their follow up is ridiculous.If you want any other information about installation of the windows, come to the building Grove Towers in Coconut Grove. Ask around. Vista did many, many window replacements in the last five years in this building, and almost all of them failed. Millions of dollars of damage due to failed windows.Trust me. DONT use this company. They sell very good windows. But their customer service, installation and follow up are terribly bad.

Like any construction projects there are always challenges. However, every time there was a delay I was notified and contacted. The windows came out perfect and the workers were professionals and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend Vista to anyone needing new windows and doors. We replaced double doors and all windows. They took great care during every step of the project. They prepared drawings so we see exactly how every window would look and took care of all permits and inspections. The Installation crew was very professional and clean. They covered the areas as they worked and cleaned everything. The impact windows they installed are CGI and we noticed the difference right away. The house is much quieter and more efficient and stays cooler inside. We are extremely happy customers.

This company sucks, I been trying to get a quote for my house for the past month and still waiting, they are not even professional that can give you a true answer, it seems like they dont even care cause if I was the owner of this business I will be calling my clients or future clients and follow up with them. NOT THE CASE! Im very disappointed about their service I will definitely wont recommen them. Totally the service that John provides, he cant follow up with the costumes orders. A total disaster!
