DO NOT USE - complete and utter garbage!!!If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I paid $800 for this company to do nothing!I have sliding closet doors it two rooms which I asked them to add something so the doors would glide in place. They added $3 pieces to accomplish this. In one room they drilled into my rug and it still didn’t glide without the doors moving front and back. And one of the doors is crocked (just like then). Their excuse as to why the doors didn’t glide in place was because they didn’t have enough pieces. Then they drilled this $3 piece of plastic into my wood floors and it wasn’t even aligned properly. I had to unscrew it and tape the pieces correctly to have the doors glide properly. I have since purchased nice gliders for $25 online. These are the type of materials you expect when you pay $800.Then in my kitchen the door was off the hinge I asked them to put it back and it fell 2 days later. They came back and fixed it. They then said the door was too heavy and it would last about 2 yrs. I brushed it off out of rage. Why wouldn’t you tell your customer the door was too heavy before “fixing it” needless to say 2 month later the door fell off the hinge again and it’s just sitting there making me mad everyday.Now for my daughters closet door. Folding doors where the right door was off the tracks. I asked them to add it back. They did and then someone cleaned my house and the left door fell off the tracks. I called to tell them and they said their job was to fix the right side but they would do me the favor of fixing the door. How ridiculous is that! I shouldn’t have to say every detail that needs to be fixed especially not for that price.Towards the end my husband had to call and deal with them as I was so furious. They told my husband that they spent enough time at my house and if we wanted anything else we had to pay more. Last time I checked we paid for a job to be done not for someone’s time.

Two repairmen arrived at my house within an hour of requesting service! They provided a free estimate and did a great job in the repair! They offered a guarantee for their work and showed proper maintenance tasks. Highly recommended!

Bad Company. I do not recommend it.When I called first time to American Sliding Door, the person that answered me, said that hell be at my location in 30 minutes.He went over there in 30 minutes, apparently fixed the sliding door. He charged $300.00. Days later I was treating to clean the glass when I noticed the frame out of position, I called to the company and the person that took my call told me that because that day was Saturday I must wait till Monday or Tuesday to fix the frame. I argued that the web page says 24/7 Emergency. The only thing that I obtained was that somebody will go over on Monday I waited till Monday, but when I called to know when the technician will come, the person told me: the technician will call you 30 minutes before his arrival. I could not move from the apartment all day waiting for the technician. When he came was close to 5 pm. He told me that he was no employed of American Sliding Door Inc, and that he was there doing a favor to the guy that came first. He was no able to let a receipt of the work done, because he is no employed of the company and was doing a favor to the first technician. He told me that the frame was not fixed with an screw in the corner that went out. He told me that his name is Roy Levi and that the first guy that came to my apartment was Lee. I do not know if this guy was fooling me because both guys came with jeans names, Levi and Lee. Again it is not trusted company. I do not recommend it.
