One of the rare frozen yogurt places that have the toppings always fresh and not stale. They are consistently crunchy and tasting fresh, which is excellent. The variety of yogurts is decent, but they have loads of toppings. Probably the most I ever experienced. Also, they always keep the place super clean and sanitize all the time. The prices are reasonable, and the fact that it is open late is super convenient. The frozen yogurt itself tastes fantastic with a nice texture and excellent consistency. Lastly, you have free and convent parking in front. For a frozen yogurt place, it is a 5 🌟. Have to taste the creeps next time!!!

Came on at 8:45 pm and they only had one table open and the rest had chairs on top and they don’t even close til 11 so I asked if there’s somewhere I could sit and they refused, it’s ridiculous it’s like they don’t want customers and kicking customers out

Came today back to our favorite little place, my son loves it here, the frozen yogurt is our favorite. However now with the new Delta virus, they changed the hours to closing at 10pm though online it says 11pm.

I went inside to place a door dash order and it literally took 30 minutes for two crepes to be made because he was also doing three other crepes in-between my 2 i wanted to go back there to show him how its done #newbies

This is both my teen daughters favorite frozen yogurt place in all of Miami. I would give it 5 stars but they raised the prices recently so the 4 of us can never eat their yumminess for less than $30!

Loved the tart and taro flavor combo! Perfect blend of tangy and sweet. I only wish it was just a tad creamier. Pretty typical toppings you find in other froyo shops, but they also sell crepes and smoothies that Ill have to come back and try. Prices are what you expect for Brickell. Parking lot in front, so that was convenient too.

Very rude staff, especially the little guy with a spider tatoo in his arm. I tried to explain that to work with the public you need to be nicer and he just ignored me and talked to the next client. His attitude ruines the whole experience every time we go. I’m going to find another crepes place.

This is the best hot fudge sundae I may have ever had in my life. And Ive had a lot. Not only is it impressive in size, but the flavors are spot on and delicious. Not much else to say - its just perfect.

Cute little Fro-Yo shop near downtown. I especially recommend the pineapple sorbet and Taro varieties. Decent variety of toppings.

The customer service is awful the Jamaican women and young guy working during the evening shift really have an attitude problem. They dont say welcome to me or thanks for coming in like they do other guest. My feelings are that they dont approve of how im dressed. Since im a Gothic chic. Ill spend my money else where. Where I dont have to deal with judgement and discrimination.

Extremely horrible experience! The attendant guy which I obviously don’t have a name because he created such a bad experience for me to even wanting to remember his name. I had paid for my ice cream which had been close to 23 ounces; almost $15. I poured a little ounce extra on my ice cream which result in the attendant snatching it from my hand in a very aggressive way! Way to go! I know Miami it’s considered one of the worst cities for customer service but this is beyond that. I’m never coming back to this place ever again. Just wondering if the ounce of the syrup was going to even make a big difference to my bill! This guy has definitely no manners and he’s not a people person so good luck with that!

Today I decided to come to this place ( it used to be my favorite place until today) and to be honest I will never be back the customer service was the never be like this bad. This place is highly recommended for people who love frozen yogurt and gelato. They have dairy free and vegan options. There’s a large choice of toppings included fresh fruits. It’s also super clean.

Every time we order Uber Eats they accept the order and then cancel the order 30 minutes to an hour later. Why accept an order to cancel over 30 minutes later consistently. The uber eats service is the worst we’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions! Shame on your business.

Great ice cream, especially the hot fudge sundae. Terrible lines. So bad that it discourages me from going. I cant stand waiting that long (30 minutes or more at times) and then not even getting a table to sit at. This would make this review a 3 except that the ice cream is so good.

Froyo was good. My only but is that I believe it is a little too over priced at i believe it was $0.61 per oz. Which would be ~$10 per lb of froyo. Not the best froyo you will ever try, but then again its location will beat taste.

Ive had better crepes the Nutella crepe with strawberry and bananas was just average. The crepe which is supposed to be on the savory side lacked flavor and had no option to add additional seasoning it left me underwelled. Most likely wont be back. Not what I was hoping for in a crepe sadly.

Ive never had a crepe there but the frozen yogurt is great! My favorite is tarro. So tasty. And they have freak toppings too. Like cheesecake bites, fruits, Oreo cookies, candies, just about everything you want.

Worst place ever. So expensive ice cream paid $20 x 2 single cups. Even the crepes are so bad, not taste, simple as hell.. Not worth even a penny. First and last time that visit the place, feel like a steal my money. These guy charge for every complement of the ordinary crepes. Be aware i was victim now, but not happen to you. Baf so so bad.

I have only been there once but I can say this place has some of the best frozen yogurt that I have ever had. The flavors (Nutella and tarro) were both delicious. As for the price, I filled my cups up pretty well and it cost me around $8 (Which is about average for most places Ive been to).If your going for crepes, go at least 30 min before they close because sometimes they shut the crepe machine down a little early

Taro is amazing ! My boyfriend and I love this place their delivery is quick and its still frozen perfectly ! However they never answer the phone for you to place a delivery you have to call multiple times for them to pick up the phone .

It took about 5 minutes to place the order eventhough the store was empty. But the frozen smoothie was fresh and fantastic
