Great ice cream and excellent costumer service. Wein (I am not sure of the spelling) was there when we visited Sept. 7, 2021. He was amazing very nice and whiling to provide us with a great experience, when I asked about Taro ice cream he said “we do not have it in the menu, however, I’ll make it for you”! He did and it was delicious, they should add it to the regular menu! I highly recommend this place!

Fun and tasty place for the family! Creative with a twist of science. Many flavors to choose from (fruity, chocolate, coffee, cookie dough, etc!) Fairly fast, for as elaborate as it is. Food servers are excellent.

Great Ice-cream. However, get ready to wait. They most of the time have only one person making Ice-cream so you need to wait 15 to 20 min to get Ice-cream. Try to pre-order Ice-cream help a little with wait time.

Not only am I a regular here, but I had to have them serve fresh ice cream at my wedding!!! My family was SUPER surprised to see them (and with the heat, most people went to get ice cream first before dinner)! They gave great service and YUMMY ice cream. If you want freshly made ice cream at your event, do it BIG with Sub Zero!! They even offered to come to my school for career day too for the upcoming school year!! These guys are amazing. Ive gone several times personally and ordered out from them. I had a issue with a missing ice cream from my order that got delivered. And not only did I get a refund for the missing item but one of the employees actually went out her way to deliver the missing ice cream. Thank you guys.

The ice cream here is nice but the best part’s got to be the amazing staff! My friend and I got a custom vegan blueberry ice cream but the blueberries tasted like they were expired (way too soft, bad scent and extremely sour). After letting the staff know, they made us another one even though we didn’t ask for it and even packaged it up for us when we were short on time. Overall, the experience was great and they definitely nailed it with the casual decor. The store also always smells like delicious waffles 👌 100% recommend the waffle bowl 😸❤️

I loved that they had sugar free ice cream. My wife loved that they had lactose free ice cream. The kids loved that it was ice-cream. Really great time for the whole family! We must go again!

We came at 9:40 because online it says it closes at 10:30. Also says this on the door, but it was closed. The girl inside was cleaning. We were disappointed.

I’m came here with my best friend to get a vegan milkshake. The lady at the counter took our orders and we clearly said “shakes”, she even went in to explain how the vegan options were not as sweet. Once we finished ordering we got these weird ice creams that tasted like water, she told us apparently they don’t make vegan shakes but we’ve been to other locations that made our shakes with no issue. I’m just dissatisfied because she took our orders knowing what we wanted then told us this specific location doesn’t make vegan shakes for whatever reason.

Came in with my family to get ice cream and found the store completely empty, no customers or employees. The store was open so I found it odd there was no one inside, even behind the counter. Me and my family waited for five minutes, calling out to see if anyone would come. Finally, two employees, a male and female, came out of the back pulling their clothes on. They were very unhelpful and disinterested with us and the entire situation. The ice cream was fine, but definitely not worth it because of wait and rude staff.

The ice cream is great. Excellent display and flavor and many choices. I love this place. Will always go back again and again and again. My lil girl loves this place. Prices in my opinion for the work they put in are extremely good. Cheaper and much better than cold stone. Highly recommended. Would give it more stars if possible.

Nice service no problems. It was cool to see how the ice-cream was made before your eyes. I got watermelon flavor but it did not taste like it unfortunately. They also serve italian ice.

This is a nice little chill spot when there arent a ton of people in there. Its pretty small, open space so sound echoes all around. However, the ice cream is delicious. I havent eaten ice cream in years because a lot of places dont offer Lactose-Free options. SUBZERO does. You can have lactose-free, Sugar-free; whatever your little hear desires, along with your own special flavoring. Make it however it want. The only thing that I dont like is that the candies/fruits to mix in are .55 cents each. But it ok. Its stops me from wanting to be greedy and dumping everything in my fresh Waffle Bowl.

Now its cool I like taking the kids to see the process of making ice cream with liquid nitrogen but the service not that great...if your going to work at a place atleast smile the girl that was making the ice cream looked like she hated what she was doing not even a smirk...subzero a little advise get people that atleast can fake a smile

This place sucks. Customer service sucked and the product was terrible. They claim to use cream but seems like just watery milk/soymilk. A couple of things: they mix it by hand instead of using a stand mixer, they use that watery milk and put the extras into that whilst mixing instead of making the ice cream first and then adding the extras into it and lightly mixing that, the product is watery-NOT CREAMY AT ALL, flavor choice sucks. The staff is not friendly and you can tell they hate working there. Well, save your money and do yourself a favor, try BrainFreeze nitrogen ice cream instead! They have one in Kendall, doral, and pinecrest. They use stand mixers and CREAM and have a more inventive menu. This place charges way too much for the product you end up with.

I feel like I should have gotten a lot more ice lemon... I tried my friends amaretto icecream and it was awesome. Will order the amaretto next time.

Came here b/c this place has the best macaroon ice cream ever and amazing customer service.came friday night waited about 20min, which wasnt that bad. no more mint chip when i got there so there wasnt any watermelon on display. i asked if they could go to the back just to check bc they always keep making them. sooo they did and they had a few. after paying, my friend dropped one at the store, and luckily the people gave her a new one. too nice of them.amazing taste and all, def. coming back hehe.

Needs better management. The employees are disoriented and unorganized. They should all be wearing gloves constantly . The atmosphere feels very dirty with the tables never wiped down and the floor full of crums. Just not the kind of place I would eat at. The quality of the icecream is not worth it. Its average and i would honestly prefer one from the regular grocery store. I would advice everyone to try other nitrogen icecream places and compare.

Horrible night yesterday they were training a new employee who did not make my ice cream correctly. All he could focus is on his phone and that was playing on and of course raising the volume. We waited for him about 15 minutes to make our ice cream. The ice cream had pieces of the base frozen which treated horrible. Now I am try to call to problem my issue and no answers the phone I have called 4 times.
