3.3⭐️ Nicely decorated place; it has a character. The fact that it is open late is a great bonus, thus the name. The cookies were alright, but I was expecting much more from them. For being a cookie store, it needs to step up the cookie game. However, they are huge and be generous. Excellent service as well! Give them a try!

These cookies are so yummy. My favorite was the fruity pebble . So yummy I forgot to take a picture before trying . The counter tops have sprinkles inside . It’s a vibe . I recommend

The cookies were delicious BUT, the employees and customer service were absolutely TERRIBLE. I ordered online directly through their website. Once the order arrived I was missing 3/4 milks that I ordered. I called them and told them the issue and it took the lady a solid 5 minutes to comprehend that I didn’t receive what I ordered.. continuously telling me that the milk wasn’t on the order (as the receipt shows I purchased 4 milks). She was so cocky and yelling at me… horrible customer service and won’t order again unfortunately. Hopefully I actually get my refund she promised…..

I’ve been to the other locations and loved it since the very beginning, but this one got my heart! The decoration, the ta mes and walls of sprinkles, everything is beautiful and very 305 fives. I’ve tried all of them and I could tell you you’re safe with all, but the classic chocolate chip, the bro okie and the brownie are a must. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend form the menu it’s the cookie cup because I find it too hard. Other than that, everything it’s A1!

First time to this location. Cookies were good but the birthday cakes were a little hard still delicious tho. The doughnut cookie was WOW.

First impression, overly hyped. Received a birthday cookie that looked days old, lol. They popped it in the oven for a few mins and called it, “Hella Fresh”. Don’t let the quality of the photo fool you. The cookie was as good as the service, left a bad taste in my mouth.

Has the potential to be better. Our cookies were served really hot, and kind of mushy and messy as a result. The Brookie was really good, but very melty. The sugar cookie tasted raw in the middle. I loved the presentation and the box, but the cookies themselves could use some work.

Ordered pickup, cookies were ready on time hot and fresh, we ordered the regular chocolate chip and vegan chocolate chip also and the best out of em all was the regular old fashioned chocolate chip cookie, it was perfect and when I go back thats what Im getting but it was fun trying the different kinds

This cookie shop is amazing! They have vegan options, and a very creative menu of gourmet cookies. Its small but very cute. The service staff was very friendly and welcoming! Try any of them, theyre all good.

Absolutely horrible customer service, i was calling the store to place an order like i usually do and zackary answered the phone. i asked to place an order and he said that i can order online or on uber eats and i responded okay sorry i didn’t know i usually place it over the phone. he responded saying “yeah we’ve never done that here” and hung up the phone on me without saying another word. i called again and asked to speak to the manager to which he replied i am the manager, i told him i just called and that he should learn how to speak to customers better, he told someone “i know this chick didn’t call me to check me” and hung up the phone on me again. i come to this location all the time and i’ve never had a bad experience until now. that zackary person needs to learn some basic customer service skills. he shouldn’t be manager with that attitude

It was our first time at this location of night owl cookie‘s, at the Miami design district, And I have a few tips for you...First, you should go.Second, you can park in the parking garage for the Miami design district because it’s the cheapest, it cost three dollars for 4 hours or less.Third, I suggest you to eat at least one different cookie each time you go to night owl cookie’s. While we do it whenever we go we try a different one and that way we can enjoy them. This time we had the brookie and it was simply amazing my kids loved it. The price is reasonable and the service was wonderful.

Friendly, Quick, and delicious. It’s a hard place to find since it’s tucked away directly in the middle of the Design District Mall but definitely worth it when you make it here.

These cookies are pure magic, a must try. They tasted fresh and tasted like right out of the oven. I also had the cinnamon toast crunch milk with them, amazing. You cannot go wrong at this place.

Great cookies, nice small place, open late for late night cookie munchies, customer service there could be a little better or more inviting., but other then that the cookies were delicious and good big size cookies, will revisit again.

Came across this location by surprise, didnt know they were also in the design district. The prices are pretty reasonable for the size of the cookies your getting and theyre truly delicious. They have vegan options as well which is great for people who are lactose intolerant too. I got to try an original and cookies and cream, definitely going back to try the other ones!

Visiting from Maryland and heard about NightOwl cookies at midnight and had to try it. It did not disappoint. Cookies were worth the visit. I recommend the Dirty Diana and Peanut Butter.

I would not go to this location again. We were two families and bought a box of 4. We drove almost 20 miles and only after we bought a box did they seller their oven is broken. So much for warm cookies and driving so far. Future guest,please ask before your next purchase. Also like some of the other reviewers, the staff is not friendly at all.

Nightowl cookies was recommended by another foodie in town and I had to try it. The neon pink owl and sprinkled tables and counter tops get you ready for the sweet treat youre about to enjoy. The smell of the place was as enticing as the cookies themselves. We bought the Diana, cookies and cream, brookie and vegan chocolate chip and all of them were delicious. The cookies are slightly crunchy on the edges and soft and doughy in the middle. The Diana was not too sweet surprisingly, despite having Nutella in the middle. It was a great end to our day.

These were AMAZING! The birthday cake was our favorite because it was unique and gooey deliciousness. Honestly so many great choices I wish we could’ve tried all of them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After driving 30 minutes to this location with my 1 and 3 yr old, myself and my husband wore a mask since we are required but we did not put one on our 3 and 1 yr old because they are babies. She told us she couldn’t serve us because the babies weren’t wearing masks. The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. My husband and I were angry so we left empty handed with an upset toddler. Masks are not required anywhere for little ones. Actually it’s not even safe for them to wear masks. Get this situated and train better your staff to be a bit more friendly. She did not even greet us.
