We had a great experience at Visionworks London Square Store earlier today Wednesday September 15th 2021. Store Manager Melissa took great care about me. A very professional well educated person who found the best and perfect solution. She sent me to the eye doctor in house and I was treated there very well too. Thanks to Melissa once more who made me feel very welcome. We will recommend her and the store to friends and people we know. Thank you Melissa you were just great and made our day. We will be back soon

I loved this place. Melissa is the best. She’s super friendly and customer-oriented. They had my prescription glasses ready in less than a week. I highly recommend it.

Doctor was attentive and took the time to answer Qs. She was knowledgeable about fitting me for contacts and glasses and not providing a prescription that exceeded what I needed. Staff goes through all the procedures-Vision Works and Van Eye Optometry are together but charge and operate independently. Vision Works will sell you the eye glasses/contact lens and Van Eye works with you on the prescription side of it. I felt very comfortable with my contact lens and prescription eye glasses, the wait was much less than the promised days, they were done over the weekend!

My experience at this location was amazing. Mirsa was the person there who has helped me both times I’ve gone. My eye exam was quick, as well as the process with picking my frames. She gave me great advice and I actually went with her first suggestion after trying a few. I got my glasses just a couple days later! So fast! The store is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this location. Everyone was super nice, and I only waited a couple minutes to be seen! 10/10!

Thank you to Laura for her patience and helpfulness. I have had a very difficult time finding someone who could adjust my glassesfor the most comfortable fit. My prescription is strong and the lenses a bit heavy. Laura kept working on the perfect fit for me, little by little she adjusted them until I was completely satisfied. She did not rush the process at all. She was professional and kind. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service she provided.

Poor performance by Van Eye Optometrist. Scheduled Appointment with them prior, however without letting me know upfront, they had me come in. As I came in they told me that not all procedures could be performed, which are normally performed on the same day. Like mentioned before this is a poor performance and I will find myself somewhere else.

Extremely happy I decided to pass by and check them out. I went in because they had a great sale going on . There was a big variety collection for men and I was trying on many styles . I was then approached by Jessica who gave me some great advice and we had fun styling the different frames. I felt like the experience was very warm and made me feel this store was unique with their service . Thank you Jessica for going above and beyond with your exceptional customer service . Came in for a quick eye exam, and thats exactly what it was.. fast, easy and affordable.. I was approached by an employee named Jessica and she was the best! Very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and even had a sense of humor.. she helped me through the whole process and even went out of her way to draw a diagram for me to show me what astigmatism is! This was the best service I ever had! Highly recommended!!

The optometrist Liliana is also an amazing person, she was professional, patient and also super gentle with my brother who was getting contact lenses for the first time, everything was super fast!

I came to this Vision Works for a simple adjustment on glasses and had a great experience. Jessica helped me out and went out of her way to make sure my glasses were well adjusted until I was satisfied with the fit. She even went out of her way to change my nose pads all at no charge! Great experience at vision works. When I came in I was greeted by all the associates. Very friendly environment. The lady in the back Marilis was very helpful and attentive. The doctor assisted to all my needs and questions. Frames are very nice and fashionable. Definitely will be coming back.

The manager Mirsa helped me pick out my frames and made my experience easy and followed even up with me after i picked up my glasses to make sure i was happy with them. So I came here to have my sunglasses replace with a new pair lens that I already had, So Jessica took a look at them and said it may be difficult to replace but she tried anyways and in the end she replaced the lense as gently as possible and they came out amazing!!!!! She was very nice and professional and the customer service was fantastic. I hope to come here again soon.

The people that work here are very nice and honest. If the glasses dont look good for your face shape they will tell you. They are not only professional with your eyes but with style. Always come here to get my eyes checked and get the best prices on nice frames.

Its truly a shame how current management at this location has deteriorated. I have repeatedly called this location regarding their error on my contacts order. Somehow the person taking the order heard gray versus green, then they have the audacity to ask me if I checked. Apparently one has to ensure they are capable of taking correct orders. After years going to this location for both contacts and glasses, the level of customer service and loyalty they provide is simply poor. They dont return calls and keep telling me they are waiting for the manager to review. Today I called and was given a different story. We need to wait on the supplier. Two weeks later and they havent rectified their mistake.One star is a joke! It should be negative stars instead.

We visited this location yesterday. Let me start with the positives, our associate Jessica was patient, friendly, and helpful. This was the most positive experience that the 3 of us have experienced at any Visionworks store. Last year, was a fiasco at our local store and two years before that, my husband was inconvenienced significantly at the Kendall location with the optometrist and the store. Our daughter was scheduled for an eye exam at 3:00pm. It was 3:30 when the doctor saw her. He was friendly and my teen felt comfortable with him. However, the exam was too expensive. Also, the lady that attended us was friendly and unfortunately I was under the impression that they accept Care Credit. Nope. She forgot to give me a receipt. She swindled me into getting the Opto Map procedure. My teen hated it and it added $30 to our bill. Visionworks website should include a disclaimer that the independent doctors do not accept Care Credit. I would have never taken my daughter here for her eye exam and dont plan to return. Be prepared to wait. The waiting room is too small and they overbook.

Great experience! Received my glasses very quickly and Kathia’s help was superb, she helped until the very end. She didn’t leave my side until I was happy with my choice of glasses and assured my glasses would come in fast. I’ve recommended my family to this vision works despite others in the area.

Jessica Jaramillo was the best optician I have ever seen in my entire life. She’s was extremely helpful and eager to help me find the best frame for me face shape. She walked me thru this whole process of getting new glasses and she handled all my insurance info with such ease. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Whenever I go in shopping for glasses I only work with her and if she’s not there I will wait for her to be back in.

My husband and I made an appointment to see the optometrist. In view of the current times, with thousands of new cases of corona virus per day in Miami, it is unacceptable that the schedules are not met. My schedule was an hour late and although the place was not crowded, there were more people than I intended to meet. I was very disappointed and do not intend to return.

This is the worst experience of costumer service I return my glasses for a problem ( the glass created strange cloudiness) they tele my glasses to change after a week they returned the same glasses the same problem

I went to this Vision Works for the first time and it will probably be my last. Im not a picky person and I am normally the type of shopper that likes to be greeted and then left to shop alone but this experience really bothered me to the point where I had to make a review. I walked in and was never greeted. There was only a few customers and maybe 3 sales associate on the floor but it was clear that I was not greeted on purpose. I assure you that I dont look rich and I may look young but nonetheless a hello or some sort of acknowledgement would have been better than nothing. Minutes later someone else walked in and they were happily greeted. I knew what I wanted and already had my prescription so I was just shopping for frames, but I was in the store for about 45 minutes trying to decide which frames I wanted. I had to facetime my sister to make a decision, I told her how it had been close to an hour and I had not yet been acknowledged, it was only then when I hung up that an associate walked up to me and asked if I needed help. She was sweet and tried to give me the best deal but her helpfulness felt forced and you could tell she just wanted to close out the sale. It really really bothered me that she took my $600 sale and probably made commission out of it when she and noone else in the store deserved it.

Fortunately, after 53 years of wearing glasses and having cataract surgery, I no longer need glasses. But when I DID wear them, I dreaded every year going to get new frames and lenses. My prescription was very strong and I always ended up paying $7-800 for a pair of glasses (not expensive frames, either!).I happened to see that Visionworks was having a BOGO sale, so I brought my prescription into this store. I was greeted by Mirsa, a polite and professional young woman.I explained how I hated picking out frames because I could never really see them on my face to tell if they were OK looking. She took my prescription and asked me what kind of styles I liked.Based on that, she recommended that I stick with smaller lenses because of the strong prescription and she proceeded to bring me several pairs of frames to try on.She was VERY knowledgeable about face shape, proportion of the nose to the face, how far the eyes are set, etc. I felt so comfortable that I really trusted her to recommend what looked best on me.We picked out two sets of frames, and the best part was that for $700, I got TWO pair of glasses (please be aware that the lenses alone were $500 because of the strength).I returned to the store when I was contacted that they were ready. Mirsa sat me down and adjusted them to my face. I was SO pleased with what she had recommended. For the first time in my life I actually liked the glasses that I had chosen and I had two different styles to interchange depending on my mood and how I was dressed.Visionworks always has some type of sale going on. They do a BOGO sale a few times per year. Frames are very reasonable and they have a large variety ranging from basic frames to high-end designer ones.Lenses are guaranteed and they will make SURE that you are happy with your glasses.The staff in the store are super polite, friendly, and know their stuff! Be sure to check out this Visionworks when you need glasses. Hmmmm, maybe Ill go there for some plain sunglasses

I called about four times to make an appt and they kept hanging up. the day of the appt the girl I front desk tells me that the doctor decided to change the fees so charging alot more and i wasnt told in advance even after I had asked about the fees

I walked in to this empty store at 10 am with an emergency and the employee at the reception desk told me he did not have access to the system 11 am until another employee arrived. Why would they open their store at 9 am with no coverage or services available until 11 am??? This was a terribly inconvenient experience.
